Specifically, the cover plate 3 on the soaking box 1 is hinged with the edge of the opening of the soaking box 1. By such a connection, the cover plate 3 is conveniently opened and closed. The phenomenon that the cover falls off in the process of soaking the oil collector or the wool coil in the prior art is avoided. Meanwhile, in the process of storing the axle suspension bush oil, the influence of dust and particulate matters can be prevented. When the number of the oil collector or the knitting wool coil is small, the cover plate 3 of the soaking chamber is only required to be opened. And the oil collector or the wool coil can be soaked in a distinguishing mode according to the size of the oil collector or the wool coil, so that the follow-up work is facilitated.
In this embodiment, the cover plate 3 is hinged to the edge of the opening of the soaking tank 1, so that the cover plate 3 can be conveniently opened and closed when the oil collector or the knitting wool coil is taken and placed, and knitting wool coils with different sizes can be conveniently found.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the oil outlet and the valve of the soaking device according to the ninth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 10 is a schematic view of the structure of the oil outlet and the valve of the soaking device according to the tenth embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 or 10, further, the bottom area of the side wall of the soaking tank 1 is also provided with an oil outlet, and two valves 11 connected in series with each other are arranged on the oil outlet.
Specifically, the soaking box 1 is provided with an oil outlet, and the oil outlet is provided with two valves 11 which are mutually connected in series. When the axle-locking oil box in the driving motor needs to be filled with oil, the cover plate 3 of the soaking box does not need to be opened, and the oil is directly taken through the valve 11 of the oil outlet. The valve 11 of the oil outlet is provided as a double oil valve, which is aimed at, firstly, preventing oil leakage; and secondly, because the outer valve is frequently used, when the outer valve is damaged, the inner valve can be closed, and the outer valve can be replaced. It is particularly pointed out that the oil outlet of the side wall of the soaking box 1 is higher than the first filter screen 4, so that the taking of the axle-locking tile oil containing impurities in the taking process is avoided. As to the positions of the first filter screen 4 and the oil outlet in the soaking tank 1, the present invention is not limited. For example: the first filter screen 4 can be positioned 80mm away from the bottom of the soaking box 1, and the position of the oil outlet only needs to be higher than the first filter screen 4.
In this embodiment, the cover plate 3 is not required to be opened when the oil outlet of the soaking tank 1 is used for taking oil, so that the oil quality is prevented from being polluted, and the oil loss of the bearing bush can be prevented by the two valves 11 which are connected in series.

Claims (7)

1. A soaking apparatus for soaking an oil collector, comprising: the oil collector comprises a soaking box for containing oil liquid and a bracket for hanging the oil collector, wherein the inner cavity of the soaking box is divided into at least one cavity for soaking the oil collector, the top of the inner cavity is provided with an opening, the upper cover of the opening is provided with at least one movable cover plate, and the bracket is fixed above the top of the soaking box;
a first filter screen is arranged in the inner cavity of the soaking box, the first filter screen is arranged along the horizontal direction and divides the inner cavity of the soaking box into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, the upper cavity is used for soaking the oil collector, and residues in oil are isolated in the lower cavity;
the part of the top of the soaking box, which corresponds to the lower part of the bracket, is provided with an oil collecting port, and a second filter screen is arranged on the oil collecting port;
an oil outlet is further formed in the bottom area of the side wall of the soaking box, and two valves connected in series are arranged on the oil outlet; the position of the oil outlet is higher than that of the first filter screen.

The soaking device according to claim 1, wherein the soaking tank further comprises at least one vertical partition, a side edge of the vertical partition is connected with a side wall of the soaking tank, a lower edge of the vertical partition is abutted against the top of the first filter screen, an upper edge of the vertical partition is lower than or flush with an upper edge of the soaking tank, and the vertical partition, the side wall of the soaking tank and the first filter screen jointly enclose the chamber for soaking the oil collector.

The soaking device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bracket comprises a support plate arranged vertically and a hanging rod arranged horizontally, the support plate is arranged at the top of the soaking box, a first end of the hanging rod is connected with the support plate, a second end of the hanging rod extends towards the front of the soaking box, and the second end of the hanging rod is provided with an upturned bending section.

A soaking device according to claim 3, wherein the support further comprises at least two side plates arranged at intervals, wherein the side plates are arranged in the vertical direction, and the side plates are arranged on one side of the support plate and are perpendicular to the support plate.
5. The infusion device of claim 4, wherein the number of side panels is at least three and wherein each adjacent two side panels define an independent hanging area therebetween.
6. A soaking device according to claim 3, wherein the top of the stand is provided with a top plate.
7. The infusion device of claim 1 or 2, wherein the cover plate is hinged to the edge of the opening.
