本发明提供一种微纳米气泡发生装置,其包括:进水泵、混合器、喷射嘴、气液混合罐、喷嘴;所述进水泵通过管道与所述混合器的一端相连接,所述混合器的另一端通过管道与所述喷射嘴相连接,所述混合器还连接有充气管路,所述喷射嘴伸入所述气液混合罐中,且所述喷射嘴朝向所述气液混合罐的内壁设置,所述气液混合罐的下部的侧壁设置有出口,所述出口通过管路与所述喷嘴相连接,所述喷嘴的内径沿所述喷嘴的喷射方向逐渐减小。本发明的微纳米气泡发生装置功能多样,其可用于被处理污水的气浮、水体充氧以及臭氧氧化,并具有较高的效率,充分满足了污水的处理的实际需求,取得了较好的环境效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种微纳米气泡发生装置。
背景技术
目前,在污水处理时,有时需要对被处理的污水进行气浮、充氧或者臭氧氧化等操作。然而,现有的实现上述处理的设备效率不高,且往往需要在多个工位处设置对应的处理设备,导致污水处理***结构复杂。
因此,针对上述问题,有必要提出进一步的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种微纳米气泡发生装置,以克服现有技术中存在的不足。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种微纳米气泡发生装置,其包括:进水泵、混合器、喷射嘴、气液混合罐、喷嘴;
所述进水泵通过管道与所述混合器的一端相连接,所述混合器的另一端通过管道与所述喷射嘴相连接,所述混合器还连接有充气管路,所述喷射嘴伸入所述气液混合罐中,且所述喷射嘴朝向所述气液混合罐的内壁设置,所述气液混合罐的下部的侧壁设置有出口,所述出口通过管路与所述喷嘴相连接,所述喷嘴的内径沿所述喷嘴的喷射方向逐渐减小。
作为本发明的微纳米气泡发生装置的改进,所述混合器为文丘里混合器。
作为本发明的微纳米气泡发生装置的改进,所述混合器的充气管路上还设置有气体流量计。
作为本发明的微纳米气泡发生装置的改进,所述充气管路中输送有纯氧气或者空气或者臭氧。
作为本发明的微纳米气泡发生装置的改进,所述喷射嘴朝向所述气液混合罐的内壁中的顶壁设置。
作为本发明的微纳米气泡发生装置的改进,所述喷射嘴包括L形的喷射嘴本体以及开设于所述L形喷射嘴本体端部的喷头。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的微纳米气泡发生装置功能多样,其可用于被处理污水的气浮、水体充氧以及臭氧氧化,并具有较高的效率,充分满足了污水的处理的实际需求,取得了较好的环境效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的各实施方式对本发明进行详细说明,但应当说明的是,这些实施方式并非对本发明的限制,本领域普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所作的功能、方法、或者结构上的等效变换或替代,均属于本发明的保护范围之内。
如图1所示,本发明的微纳米气泡发生装置包括:进水泵1、混合器2、喷射嘴3、气液混合罐4、喷嘴5。
所述进水泵1用于为需要处理的污水提供输送的动力,具体地,所述进水泵1通过管道与所述混合器2的一端相连接。从而,污水在所述进水泵1的带动下被送入所述混合器2中进行气液混合。
所述混合器2用于实现污水与氧气或者臭氧的混合。所述混合器2的内部为负压环境。在一个实施方式中,所述混合器2为文丘里混合器2。
具体地,所述混合器2的一端通过管道与所述进水泵1相连接,另一端通过管道与所述喷射嘴3相连接。为了实现所述气液混合,所述混合器2还连接有充气管路,所述充气管路中输送有纯氧气或者空气或者臭氧。从而,该充气管路可将纯氧气或者空气或者臭氧送入所述混合器2中与污水进行充分地混合。此外,为了便于对送入所述混合器2中的气体的流量进行控制,所述混合器2的充气管路上还设置有气体流量计21。
所述喷射嘴3用于将混合后的气液混合物喷射至气液混合罐4中。具体地,所述喷射嘴3包括L形的喷射嘴3本体以及开设于所述L形喷射嘴3本体端部的喷头。其中,所述喷射嘴3的喷头伸入所述气液混合罐4中,且所述喷射嘴3朝向所述气液混合罐4的内壁设置。从而,当气液混合物自所述喷头中喷射而出时,其以一定的速度撞击至气液混合罐4的内壁上,在撞击作用下,气液混合物进一步分散,分散过程中使得气液混合物混合更加均匀。优选地,所述喷射嘴3朝向所述气液混合罐4的内壁中的顶壁设置。如此设置,有利于增大气液混合物分散下落的行程。
所述气液混合罐4的下部的侧壁设置有出口41,所述出口41通过管路与所述喷嘴5相连接,从而,分散后的气液混合物通过所述出口41流出,并进入所述喷嘴5中。其中,所述喷嘴5的内径沿所述喷嘴5的喷射方向逐渐减小,如此设置,由于喷嘴5的出口41较小,气液混合物喷出时,压力骤然变小,溶解在水中的气体以微纳米的孔径释放出来,从而获得含有为纳米气泡的废水。
综上所述,本发明的微纳米气泡发生装置功能多样,其可用于被处理污水的气浮、水体充氧以及臭氧氧化,并具有较高的效率,充分满足了污水的处理的实际需求,取得了较好的环境效益。

1.一种微纳米气泡发生装置,其特征在于,所述微纳米气泡发生装置包括:进水泵、混合器、喷射嘴、气液混合罐、喷嘴;
所述进水泵通过管道与所述混合器的一端相连接,所述混合器的另一端通过管道与所述喷射嘴相连接,所述混合器还连接有充气管路,所述喷射嘴伸入所述气液混合罐中,且所述喷射嘴朝向所述气液混合罐的内壁设置,所述气液混合罐的下部的侧壁设置有出口,所述出口通过管路与所述喷嘴相连接,所述喷嘴的内径沿所述喷嘴的喷射方向逐渐减小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微纳米气泡发生装置,其特征在于,所述混合器为文丘里混合器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微纳米气泡发生装置,其特征在于,所述混合器的充气管路上还设置有气体流量计。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微纳米气泡发生装置,其特征在于,所述充气管路中输送有纯氧气或者空气或者臭氧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微纳米气泡发生装置,其特征在于,所述喷射嘴朝向所述气液混合罐的内壁中的顶壁设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的微纳米气泡发生装置,其特征在于,所述喷射嘴包括L形的喷射嘴本体以及开设于所述L形喷射嘴本体端部的喷头。
