Background
At present, the effective rated voltage of a high-voltage electric connector used on an electric automobile is not lower than 300V, and in order to avoid electric shock danger, injury to operation and maintenance personnel is caused, an effective locking structure is required to be added on the high-voltage electric connector. The existing handle locking structure is not firm in locking or complex in structure and high in cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at overcoming the defects of the prior art, and provides a secondary locking mechanism of an electric connector, which utilizes a secondary locking block to firmly limit a handle and a shell.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

Sliding blocks are arranged on two sides of the front part of the tongue plate platform, and the sliding blocks and the sliding cavity form a sliding pair.
The hole formed in the tail of the handle is hinged with the shell through a shaft, and the shell is an electric connector plug or socket.
An elastic buckle is formed between the two limiting grooves; the tail of the bottom surface of the secondary locking block is positioned between the two vertical plates, a boss is arranged between the two vertical plates, the side surface of the boss, facing the head of the secondary locking block, is an inclined surface, and the inclined direction faces the head of the secondary locking block.
The top of the secondary locking block is provided with an arc groove, and an integrally formed locking and unlocking holding block is arranged in the arc groove.
The side wall of one side of the upper sliding groove is provided with an unlocking circular arc groove and a locking circular arc groove, the side wall of the same side of the secondary locking block, which is positioned on the unlocking circular arc groove and the locking circular arc groove, is provided with a circular arc protrusion, and the shapes of the unlocking circular arc groove and the locking circular arc groove are matched with the shape of the circular arc protrusion.
The unlocking circular arc grooves and the locking circular arc grooves are formed in the side walls of the two sides of the upper sliding groove, circular arc protrusions are arranged on the two sides of the secondary locking block, and the shapes of the unlocking circular arc grooves and the locking circular arc grooves are matched with the shapes of the circular arc protrusions.
The top surface of the elastic buckle is provided with a clamping groove, and the tail part of the clamping groove is fixedly provided with a clamping block.
The bottom surface of the secondary locking block is provided with a strip groove near the inner side of the arc protrusion.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the handle and the shell are secondarily limited by the secondary locking block, so that the handle and the shell are simple in overall structure and convenient to detach, and the purposes of saving cost, improving efficiency, facilitating product maintenance and avoiding equipment and personnel injury caused by improper operation of operation and maintenance personnel are achieved.
2. According to the invention, the arc protrusion is matched with the locking arc groove, and the clamping block is buckled with the elastic buckle, so that the handle and the shell are ensured to be firmly limited secondarily.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, an electric connector secondary locking mechanism includes a secondary locking block 10, a handle 20 and a housing 30; a locking groove 32 is fixed on the shell; the hole 22 formed in the tail of the handle 20 is hinged to the housing by a shaft 31, the housing being an electrical connector plug or socket, or simply a frame for fixing to the electrical connector plug or socket. An upper chute and a lower chute are arranged at the head part of the handle, and a clamping platform 29 is arranged between the upper chute and the lower chute; two limit grooves are formed in the tail of the buckle platform, and a pressing block 27 is arranged at the head of the bottom surface of the buckle platform; an elastic buckle 21 is formed between the two limiting grooves; the top surface of the elastic buckle is provided with a clamping groove, and the tail part of the clamping groove is fixedly provided with a clamping block. Cantilever 25 is arranged in the lower chute, the tail parts of two side walls of the cantilever are fixed with the two side walls of the lower chute, and the front part of the cantilever is freely arranged; a sliding cavity is arranged between the top surface of the cantilever and the bottom of the lower chute; the top surface of the cantilever is provided with a tongue plate action groove 26, and two ends of the tongue plate action groove are respectively opened at the front part and the tail part of the cantilever; the bottom surface of the cantilever is close to the tail to fix the hook 28, and the hook is arranged towards the tail.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom of the secondary locking block is provided with a tongue plate platform; the tail part of the tongue plate platform is connected with the bottom surface of the secondary locking block through two vertical plates arranged at intervals, and the front part of the tongue plate platform is freely arranged to form a tongue plate 16; the two vertical plates are respectively embedded into the limit grooves at the corresponding sides; the tongue plate comprises an extension plate and a pressing block action plate; the pressing block action plate is arranged at the front part of the extension plate, and the top surface of the pressing block action plate is lower than the bottom surface of the tongue plate platform; the extension plate is arranged in the sliding cavity, and the pressing block action plate is embedded in the tongue plate action groove of the cantilever. Sliding blocks 15 are arranged on two sides of the front part of the tongue plate platform, and the sliding blocks and the sliding cavities form sliding pairs. A boss 11 is arranged between the two vertical plates at the tail part of the bottom surface of the secondary locking block, the side surface of the boss, facing the head part of the secondary locking block, is an inclined surface, and the inclined direction faces the head part of the secondary locking block; the boss is buckled with the elastic buckle 21, so that the secondary locking block is prevented from falling off the handle 20. The top of the secondary locking block is provided with an arc groove, and an integrally formed locking and unlocking holding block is arranged in the arc groove.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the side walls of both sides of the upper chute are provided with unlocking circular arc grooves 23 and locking circular arc grooves 24; arc protrusions 12 are arranged on two sides of the secondary locking block, and the shapes of the unlocking arc groove and the locking arc groove are matched with those of the arc protrusions; the locking is realized when the arc-shaped protrusion 12 of the secondary locking block 10 is embedded into the locking arc-shaped groove 24 of the handle 20, and the unlocking state is realized when the arc-shaped protrusion 12 is embedded into the unlocking arc-shaped groove 23. The bottom surface of the secondary locking block is provided with a strip groove 13 near the inner side of the arc protrusion, so as to provide a deformation space when the arc protrusion 12 moves.
The secondary locking mechanism of the electric connector has the following locking and unlocking processes:
from unlocked to locked state: the handle 20 rotates to be flat with the shell 30, and the cantilever 25 is pulled upwards to hang the hook 28 on the locking groove 32; pinching the lock release holding block to slide the secondary locking block towards the head of the handle; at this time, the sliding block slides towards the handle head in the sliding cavity, the tongue plate 16 also slides towards the handle head in the tongue plate action groove 26, and the limiting groove plays a sliding guiding role on the secondary locking block through the limiting vertical plate; when the arc bulge 12 slides out from the unlocking arc groove 23 to be embedded into the locking arc groove 24, the boss 11 is automatically buckled with the elastic buckle 21 under the guiding action of the inclined plane, and the end of the limiting groove, which is close to the head of the handle, limits the vertical plate to further slide; the handle 20 and the housing 30 are in a locked state, and the pressing block 27 at the bottom surface head of the fastening platform is propped against the tongue plate 16, so that the handle 20 cannot be rotated by pulling the cantilever 25.
From locked to unlocked state: the elastic buckle is pulled downwards to pinch the lock release holding block, and the secondary locking block slides towards the tail part of the handle; at this time, the sliding block slides towards the tail of the handle in the sliding cavity, the tongue plate 16 also slides towards the tail of the handle in the tongue plate action groove 26, and the limiting groove plays a sliding guiding role on the secondary locking block through the limiting vertical plate; when the arc protrusion 12 slides out from the locking arc groove 24 to be embedded into the unlocking arc groove 23, the handle 20 and the shell 30 are in an unlocking state; at this time, the cantilever 25 is pulled upward to raise the hook 28, and the handle 20 is rotated to be separated from the housing 30.

the top surface of the cantilever is provided with a tongue plate action groove, and two ends of the tongue plate action groove are respectively opened at the front part and the tail part of the cantilever; the tongue plate comprises an extension plate and a pressing block action plate; the pressing block action plate is arranged at the front part of the extension plate, and the top surface of the pressing block action plate is lower than the bottom surface of the tongue plate platform; the extension plate is arranged in the sliding cavity, and the pressing block action plate is embedded in the tongue plate action groove of the cantilever;
sliding blocks are arranged on two sides of the front part of the tongue plate platform, and the sliding blocks and the sliding cavity form a sliding pair.
