The programmable logic controller receives the serial number of a table to be displayed sent by a touch screen through a serial number storage module and stores the serial number to a register of the programmable logic controller, receives a trigger signal of a reading key sent by the touch screen through a data storage module, stores data at a position corresponding to the serial number in a storage area to be displayed in the register to a display storage area of the register based on the trigger signal of the reading key, and sends the data stored in the display storage area to the touch screen through a data sending module so that the touch screen displays the data stored in the display storage area in the data display table, thereby realizing that the data corresponding to a plurality of tables to be displayed are respectively displayed through the data display table in a single page. According to the invention, when the product types are increased, a new page does not need to be created to display related parameters, so that the workload of related workers for creating the page is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, step 1 further includes, before: and setting corresponding elements of the reading keys in the programmable logic controller, so that when the reading keys are triggered, the programmable logic controller stores the data of the storage area to be displayed in the display storage area.
As an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises: receiving data in a data display table and storing the data in a display storage area; and receiving a trigger signal of a storage key of the touch screen, and storing the data in the display storage area to a position corresponding to the sequence number in the storage area to be displayed based on the trigger signal of the storage key.
Finally, the method of the present invention is only a preferred embodiment and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A method for displaying a plurality of tables on a single page of a touch screen is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 11, setting a programmable logic controller, acquiring a serial number of a table expected to be displayed and sending the serial number to the programmable logic controller;
step 12, acquiring a trigger signal of a reading key and sending the trigger signal to the programmable logic controller, so that the programmable logic controller stores data at a position corresponding to the sequence number in a storage area to be displayed in a register of the programmable logic controller to a display storage area of the register based on the trigger signal of the reading key, and sends the data stored in the display storage area;
step 13, creating a preset page style, wherein the preset page style comprises a data display table, receiving the data stored in the display storage area and displaying the data in the data display table; and if the relevant staff modify the data displayed in the data display table, triggering a storage key by the relevant staff.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the creating of the preset page style further comprises:
and inputting the serial number of the table expected to be displayed in a table number input area on the preset page style of the touch screen and triggering a reading key.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the page further comprises a save button;
accordingly, the method further comprises:
acquiring data in the data display table and sending the data to the programmable logic controller;
and acquiring a trigger signal of the storage key and sending the trigger signal to a programmable logic controller so that the programmable logic controller stores the data in the display storage area to a position corresponding to the sequence number in the storage area to be displayed.
4. A method for displaying a plurality of tables on a single page of a touch screen is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 21, setting the programmable logic controller, receiving a serial number of a table expected to be displayed and sent by the touch screen, and storing the serial number into a register of the programmable logic controller;
step 22, receiving a trigger signal of a reading key sent by the touch screen, and storing data at a position corresponding to the serial number in the storage area to be displayed in the register to a display storage area of the register based on the trigger signal of the reading key;
step 23, creating a preset page style of the touch screen, wherein the preset page style comprises a data display table, and sending the data stored in the display storage area to the touch screen so that the data stored in the display storage area is displayed in the data display table by the touch screen; and if the relevant staff modify the data displayed in the data display table, triggering a storage key by the relevant staff.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the setting the programmable logic controller further comprises:
and when the reading key is triggered, the programmable logic controller stores the data of the storage area to be displayed to the display storage area.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
receiving data in the data display table and storing the data in the display storage area;
and receiving a trigger signal of a storage key of the touch screen, and storing the data in the display storage area to a position corresponding to the sequence number in the storage area to be displayed based on the trigger signal of the storage key.
7. A touch screen, comprising: the device comprises a serial number acquisition module, a trigger signal acquisition module and a display module;
the serial number acquisition module is used for setting the programmable logic controller, acquiring the serial number of the table expected to be displayed and sending the serial number to the programmable logic controller;
the trigger signal acquisition module is used for acquiring a trigger signal of a reading key and sending the trigger signal to the programmable logic controller, so that the programmable logic controller stores data at a position corresponding to the sequence number in a storage area to be displayed in a register of the programmable logic controller to a display storage area of the register based on the trigger signal of the reading key and sends the data stored in the display storage area;
the display module is used for creating a preset page style, the preset page style comprises a data display table, and the data stored in the display storage area is received and displayed in the data display table; and if the relevant staff modify the data displayed in the data display table, triggering a storage key by the relevant staff.
8. A programmable logic controller, comprising: the device comprises a sequence number storage module, a data storage module and a data sending module;
the serial number storage module is used for setting the programmable logic controller, receiving the serial number of the table which is expected to be displayed and sent by the touch screen and storing the serial number to a register of the programmable logic controller;
the data storage module is used for receiving a trigger signal of a reading key sent by the touch screen and storing data at a position corresponding to the serial number in a storage area to be displayed in the register to a display storage area of the register based on the trigger signal of the reading key;
the data sending module is used for creating a preset page style of the touch screen, the preset page style comprises a data display table, sending data stored in the display storage area to the touch screen so that the data stored in the display storage area is displayed in the data display table by the touch screen, and if relevant workers modify the data displayed in the data display table, triggering a storage key by the relevant workers.
