The invention discloses a method for judging the quality degradation of engine oil, which comprises the following steps: obtaining an engine oil viscosity value, an engine oil density value and an engine oil dielectric constant; when the viscosity value of the engine oil exceeds a preset viscosity critical value, the density value of the engine oil exceeds a preset density critical value, the dielectric constant value of the engine oil exceeds a preset dielectric constant critical value, the degradation speed of the engine oil is too high, and if the degradation speed of the engine oil is too high, an alarm is given and a user is reminded that the engine oil exceeds the service life. The engine oil quality degradation degree is judged according to the engine oil characteristic parameters such as the engine oil viscosity value, the engine oil density value and the engine oil dielectric constant value, a user can be informed of replacing the engine oil in time, the accuracy is higher in the traditional method, the user can know the engine oil quality degradation degree and whether the engine oil is replaced or not, and a plurality of numbers are achieved, so that a large amount of time and money are saved.

Background
At present, the market only has the combination of equipment, instruments and measuring sensors for online monitoring of the quality of engine oil, and does not mention a method for monitoring the degradation degree of the quality of the engine oil. Patents such as CN201786416U engine oil change prompting device, CN1807850A device, method and measuring sensor for monitoring engine oil state, CN105181530A on-line engine oil viscosity detecting device and monitoring method thereof are only to arrange corresponding sensors and devices on the engine, but do not describe the judgment of the quality degradation degree of the engine oil.
Further, most of the products on the market for determining the deterioration of the quality of the engine oil are based on empirical values, and some of the products are based on engine sensor monitoring data.
The empirical values are derived from parameters such as the driving mileage of the engine, the severity of the operating conditions, the operating time of the engine and the like. However, the empirical value is often inaccurate, and especially when the quality of the engine oil is faulty, the empirical value cannot be determined.
Some sensor-based solutions on the market have the disadvantage of monitoring only a single or small amount of data and parameters, and are unable to fully and accurately determine the oil degradation and the degree of degradation.
Along with the extension of the engine oil change period of the engine, the original experience oil change period according to mileage or time is not applicable, passive monitoring of the engine oil quality appears in the market at present, the engine oil quality degradation degree is judged according to parameters such as engine mileage, running time, working conditions, starting times and the like, the engine oil is reminded to be changed, the judgment of the engine oil quality degradation degree is an experience value, and the method is a passive monitoring method.

s30, judging whether the density value of the engine oil exceeds a preset density critical value, if the density values of the engine oil exceed the density critical value within a certain continuous time, executing a step S60; otherwise, executing step S40;
s40, judging whether the dielectric constant value of the engine oil exceeds a preset dielectric constant critical value, if the dielectric constant value of the engine oil exceeds the dielectric constant critical value within a certain continuous time, executing a step S60; otherwise, executing step S50;
s50, judging whether the degradation speed of the engine oil is too fast, if the degradation speed of the engine oil is too fast, executing a step S60, and if the degradation speed of the engine oil is not too fast, executing a step S10;
and S60, alarming and reminding the user that the service life of the engine oil is over.
Optionally, in step S50, the engine ECU averages the engine oil viscosity values at intervals, and obtains an average engine oil viscosity value; then storing the average value of the viscosity of the engine oil in an ECU, and forming an average value curve of the viscosity of the engine oil in the ECU, wherein the abscissa of the curve is time, and the ordinate of the curve is the average value of the viscosity of the engine oil;
and subtracting the slope of the standard viscosity degradation curve from the slope of the oil viscosity curve to obtain a slope difference, and judging that the oil degradation speed is too high when the absolute value of the slope difference is larger than an allowable range, or judging that the oil degradation speed is not too high.

Similarly, the continuous time period may be 1 hour when determining whether the density value of the engine oil exceeds the preset density threshold, and the density threshold is calibrated according to different engine oils, such as Mobil CI-415W40, which has a density threshold of 0.88g/m L (@100 ℃), and is user-defined.
S40, judging whether the dielectric constant value of the engine oil exceeds a preset dielectric constant critical value, if the dielectric constant value of the engine oil exceeds the dielectric constant critical value within a certain continuous time, executing a step S60; otherwise, step S50 is executed.
Similarly, the continuous time period may be 1 hour when determining whether the dielectric constant value of the engine oil exceeds the predetermined dielectric constant threshold value. The density threshold is also calibrated according to different engine oils, for example, the dielectric constant threshold is 2.55 for MobilCI-415W 40, which can be defined by users.

in the embodiment, specifically, the engine ECU averages the engine oil viscosity values at intervals, and obtains an average engine oil viscosity value; the average oil viscosity is then stored in the ECU and a curve of the average oil viscosity is formed in the ECU with the abscissa of the curve being time and the ordinate being the average oil viscosity.
The slope of the standard viscosity degradation curve is subtracted from the slope of the oil viscosity curve to obtain a slope difference, and when the absolute value of the slope difference is larger than an allowable range, for example, ± 0.49, it is determined that the oil degradation rate is too fast, and step S60 is executed to perform troubleshooting.
And S60, alarming and reminding the user that the service life of the engine oil is over.
In this embodiment, a step S45 is further included between S40 and S50 (in this case, in step S40, when the density value of the engine oil does not exceed the preset density threshold value, step S45 is executed), a level value of the engine oil is obtained, whether the level value of the engine oil is lower than the preset value is determined, and if the level value is lower than the preset value, step S60 is executed; if not, step S50 is executed.
In the prior art, the traditional method judges the degradation degree of the quality of the engine oil according to mileage and time, the passive monitoring system judges the degradation degree of the quality of the engine oil according to an empirical formula, and the method for judging the degradation degree of the quality of the engine oil judges the degradation degree of the quality of the engine oil according to engine oil characteristic parameters such as an engine oil viscosity value, an engine oil density value, an engine oil dielectric constant value and the like, can inform a user of replacing the engine oil in time, has higher accuracy, enables the user to have a plurality of numbers in mind for the degradation degree of the quality of the engine oil and whether the engine oil is replaced, and.
That is, the method for judging the quality degradation of the engine oil can be realized by comprehensively analyzing a plurality of engine oil quality parameters (the engine oil viscosity value is taken as a main part, and the engine oil density value, the engine oil dielectric constant value and the engine oil liquid level are taken as auxiliary parts); and meanwhile, the degradation speed is limited, so that the method for judging the quality degradation of the engine oil is more reliable.
In the embodiment, the engine oil degradation can be judged according to the parameters such as the engine oil pH value, the iron particulate matter concentration, the non-metal particulate matter concentration and the like, so that the method is more reliable.
The method for judging the quality degradation of the engine oil is developed aiming at the tin diesel engine with a specific model and the engine oil with a specific brand, and has the best applicability to the tin diesel engine. And the engine oil calibration system has better portability, and can still realize the original function for engines of other models and manufacturers and engine oil of other brands by modifying corresponding calibration parameters.

s30, judging whether the density value of the engine oil exceeds a preset density critical value, if the density values of the engine oil exceed the density critical value within a certain continuous time, executing a step S60; otherwise, executing step S40;
s40, judging whether the dielectric constant value of the engine oil exceeds a preset dielectric constant critical value, if the dielectric constant value of the engine oil exceeds the dielectric constant critical value within a certain continuous time, executing a step S60; otherwise, executing step S50;
s50, judging whether the degradation speed of the engine oil is too fast, if the degradation speed of the engine oil is too fast, executing a step S60, and if the degradation speed of the engine oil is not too fast, executing a step S10;
s60, alarming and reminding the user that the service life of the engine oil is over;
