Abstract

本发明提供了一种横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，包括两块相对侧滑的门板；所述两块门板的其中一块端面上设置有卡扣，另一块端面上设置有卡槽，卡扣和卡槽位置相对；两块门板中均设置有穿杆洞，且两块门板中的穿杆洞位置相对。本发明通过穿杆洞等结构设置，能在门板内架设横杆，从而减少空间占用同时不影响安全性，安全稳定、结构简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种横穿杆体侧滑防盗门。
背景技术
部分建筑会需要用到水平安装的防盗门作为上下层之间的防盗门，由于水平安装，因此现有技术中合页开合的防盗门难以适用，而侧滑防盗门由于现有技术中的防盗门大多为确保门板牢固而采用中心实体设置，横杆只能从门外架设，使用很不方便，而且占空间较大。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，该横穿杆体侧滑防盗门通过穿杆洞等结构设置，能在门板内架设横杆，从而减少空间占用同时不影响安全性。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
本发明提供的一种横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，包括两块相对侧滑的门板；所述两块门板的其中一块端面上设置有卡扣，另一块端面上设置有卡槽，卡扣和卡槽位置相对；两块门板中均设置有穿杆洞，且两块门板中的穿杆洞位置相对。
在其中一块门板的端面上有杆洞插头固定于穿杆洞外，另一块门板的端面上对应杆洞插头的位置有形状与杆洞插头匹配的插口在穿杆洞中。
所述每块门板中穿杆洞均为两条。
所述门板的侧面上设置有限位条。
所述门板上与限位条相对的一面上设置有限位槽。
所述杆洞插头端部有椎体结构使得杆洞插头可扣紧。
所述穿杆洞内径大于门板厚度的1/4。
所述限位条厚度大于门板厚度的1/5。
本发明的有益效果在于：通过穿杆洞等结构设置，能在门板内架设横杆，从而减少空间占用同时不影响安全性，安全稳定、结构简单。。

具体实施方式
下面进一步描述本发明的技术方案，但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
如图1所示的一种横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，包括两块相对侧滑的门板11；所述两块门板11的其中一块端面上设置有卡扣12，另一块端面上设置有卡槽22，卡扣12和卡槽22位置相对；两块门板11中均设置有穿杆洞23，且两块门板11中的穿杆洞23位置相对。
在其中一块门板11的端面上有杆洞插头13固定于穿杆洞23外，另一块门板11的端面上对应杆洞插头13的位置有形状与杆洞插头13匹配的插口在穿杆洞23中。
所述每块门板11中穿杆洞23均为两条。
所述门板11的侧面上设置有限位条14。
所述门板11上与限位条14相对的一面上设置有限位槽24。
所述杆洞插头13端部有椎体结构使得杆洞插头13可扣紧。
所述穿杆洞23内径大于门板11厚度的1/4。
所述限位条14厚度大于门板11厚度的1/5。
由此，限位条14和限位槽24可以使门板11方便安装在墙体上并有效固定，同时还起到侧滑导向的作用，关闭时两块门板11相对移动使卡扣12和卡槽22相扣，此时杆洞插头13也***在穿杆洞23中方便初步紧固，同时也起到导向作用，然后保险杆从穿杆洞23中穿过，此时杆洞插头13对保险杆也起到导向作用。

1.一种横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，包括两块相对侧滑的门板(11)，其特征在于：所述两块门板(11)的其中一块端面上设置有卡扣(12)，另一块端面上设置有卡槽(22)，卡扣(12)和卡槽(22)位置相对；两块门板(11)中均设置有穿杆洞(23)，且两块门板(11)中的穿杆洞(23)位置相对。
2.如权利要求1所述的横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，其特征在于：在其中一块门板(11)的端面上有杆洞插头(13)固定于穿杆洞(23)外，另一块门板(11)的端面上对应杆洞插头(13)的位置有形状与杆洞插头(13)匹配的插口在穿杆洞(23)中。
3.如权利要求1所述的横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，其特征在于：所述每块门板(11)中穿杆洞(23)均为两条。
4.如权利要求1所述的横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，其特征在于：所述门板(11)的侧面上设置有限位条(14)。
5.如权利要求4所述的横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，其特征在于：所述门板(11)上与限位条(14)相对的一面上设置有限位槽(24)。
6.如权利要求2所述的横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，其特征在于：所述杆洞插头(13)端部有椎体结构使得杆洞插头(13)可扣紧。
7.如权利要求1所述的横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，其特征在于：所述穿杆洞(23)内径大于门板(11)厚度的1/4。
8.如权利要求4所述的横穿杆体侧滑防盗门，其特征在于：所述限位条(14)厚度大于门板(11)厚度的1/5。
