Abstract
The invention discloses an electromagnetic unlocking device, which comprises a shell and a cover plate, wherein a fixing hole is formed in the shell, a pawl bolt, a ratchet wheel bolt and a locking hook bolt which can rotate around the bolt are respectively arranged on the pawl bolt, the ratchet wheel bolt and the locking hook bolt which pass through the holes, one end of the pawl is inserted into an opening of an iron core, the other end of the pawl is contacted with a bulge on the ratchet wheel, a return spring is arranged at the lower end of the iron core, the iron core can be reset after the return spring acts, a ratchet torsion spring is arranged between the ratchet wheel and the shell, a certain contact force is formed between the ratchet wheel and the pawl, and a locking hook sliding bolt is arranged at one end of the locking hook and can slide in a groove of the ratchet wheel. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, high reliability and convenient operation, and can self-lock when the motion mechanism is locked, thereby effectively reducing the possibility of false unlocking during vibration.

The electric motor can be divided into a motor and an electromagnet, the reliability of the electromagnet is very high as an actuating terminal of an electric control system, the electromagnet has been verified in the military and civil fields, but the electromagnet has the defect that the electromagnet can only perform linear motion generally and cannot perform relatively complex motion.
The parachute of the airplane is generally arranged in a parachute cabin at the tail end of the airplane, an instruction for opening a parachute cabin cover is sent by a pilot or a flight control computer according to the situation when the airplane slides on the road, the parachute is released to decelerate the airplane, one end of the parachute cabin cover is generally in a hinged spring structure, the other end of the parachute cabin cover is hooked by a lock hook, and when the lock hook is released, the parachute cabin cover is opened around a hinged point to throw out the parachute. The unlocking device used at present is generally a mechanical type or a cutter adopting a fire attack article, the weight of a mechanical type system is heavy, the fire attack article cutter belongs to special equipment, the requirements on the environment for preservation and use are high, and the cutter cannot be reused.

an electromagnetic unlocking device comprises a shell 1, a cover plate 2, a pawl bolt 3, an iron core 4, an electromagnet 5, a return spring 6, a pawl 7, a ratchet wheel 8, a latch hook sliding bolt 9, a ratchet wheel bolt 10, a ratchet wheel torsion spring 11, a latch hook bolt 12 and a latch hook 13, wherein 3 fixing holes are formed in the shell 1 and the cover plate 2, and the pawl 7, the ratchet wheel 8 and the latch hook 13 which can rotate around the bolts are respectively arranged on the pawl bolt 3, the ratchet wheel bolt 10 and the latch hook bolt 12 which pass through the holes; an opening is formed in the middle of the iron core 4, one end of the pawl 7 is inserted into the opening of the iron core 4, and the other end of the pawl is contacted with a protrusion on the ratchet wheel 8; the lower end of the iron core 4 is positioned in the electromagnet 5, the lower end of the iron core 4 is provided with a return spring 6, the iron core 4 can be reset after the action, a ratchet torsion spring 11 is arranged between the ratchet 8 and the shell 1, a certain contact force is arranged between the ratchet 8 and the pawl 7, and a latch hook sliding bolt 9 is arranged at one end of a latch hook 13 and can slide in a groove of the ratchet 8.
An extension section is arranged at the joint of the pawl 7 and the ratchet wheel 8, so that the pawl 7 can be prevented from rotating clockwise.
The ratchet 8 is provided with 1 fixing groove, and the locking hook sliding bolt 9 connected with one end of the locking hook 13 can slide in the groove.
The ratchet 8 is provided with 2 protruding limiting parts, and the 2 protruding limiting parts correspond to the locking and opening positions respectively.
One end of the iron core 4 penetrates out of the shell 1, so that the part exposed out of the shell can be pulled to unlock, and the electromagnet 5 can be used for electrically actuating the unlocking.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention adopts the combination of the electromagnet, the ratchet wheel, the pawl and the lock hook, can effectively reduce the weight of the unlocking system, has simple integral structure and light weight, adopts the electromagnet as a driving part, has high reliability, has the self-locking characteristic when the ratchet wheel and the pawl are locked, can effectively prevent the misoperation unlocking when overload occurs, can be opened in two operation modes of manual operation and electric operation, and has the advantage of convenient operation and maintenance.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments thereof in connection with the accompanying drawings.
In fig. 1, 2 and 3, a preferred embodiment of the electromagnetic unlocking device is described. The method comprises the following steps: the casing 1 and the cover plate 2 are provided with 3 fixed holes, a pawl bolt 3, a ratchet bolt 10 and a latch hook bolt 12 which pass through the holes are respectively provided with a pawl 7, a ratchet 8 and a latch hook 13 which can rotate around the bolts, one end of the pawl 7 is inserted into an opening of the iron core 4, the other end of the pawl is contacted with a bulge on the ratchet 8, the lower end of the iron core 4 is provided with a return spring 6, the iron core 4 can be reset after the action, a ratchet torsion spring 11 is arranged between the ratchet 8 and the casing 1, a certain contact force is arranged between the ratchet 8 and the pawl, and a latch hook sliding bolt 9 is arranged at one end of the latch hook 13 and can slide in a groove of the ratchet 8.
In fig. 2, the latch hook 13 is in the latched position, and the meshing position of the ratchet 8 and the pawl 7 is a first-stage protrusion; when unlocking, the lock is opened: when the iron core 4 is powered on the electromagnet 5 manually or by an on-machine power supply, the iron core 4 moves upwards under the action of magnetic force of a coil of the electromagnet 5, compresses the reset spring 6, drives the pawl 7 to move anticlockwise, and after a certain angle is reached, the first-stage protrusion of the ratchet wheel 8 is separated from the pawl 7, at the moment, the ratchet wheel 8 rotates anticlockwise around the ratchet bolt 10 under the action of the ratchet torsion spring 11, meanwhile, the iron core 4 starts to reset under the action of the reset spring 6, drives the pawl 7 to reset, and when the second-stage protrusion rotated by the ratchet wheel 8 is meshed with the pawl 7, the latch hook 13 is opened to a design position, namely an opening position shown in fig. 3. The part of the latch hook 13 exposed out of the shell 1 is pulled upwards to reset, namely, to restore to the locking position shown in fig. 2.

The electromagnetic unlocking device is characterized by comprising a shell, a cover plate, a pawl bolt, an iron core, an electromagnet, a reset spring, a pawl, a ratchet wheel, a latch hook sliding bolt, a ratchet torsion spring, a latch hook bolt and a latch hook, wherein three fixing holes are formed in the shell and the cover plate, and the pawl bolt, the ratchet bolt and the latch hook bolt which pass through the fixing holes are correspondingly provided with the pawl, the ratchet wheel and the latch hook which can rotate around the bolts; an opening is formed in the middle of the iron core, one end of the pawl is inserted into the opening of the iron core, and the other end of the pawl is in limiting contact with the bulge on the ratchet wheel; the lower end of the iron core is positioned in the electromagnet, the lower end of the iron core is provided with a reset spring, the iron core can be reset after the operation, a ratchet torsion spring is arranged between the ratchet wheel and the shell, a certain contact force is arranged between the ratchet wheel and the pawl, and the latch hook sliding bolt is arranged at one end of the latch hook and can slide in the groove of the ratchet wheel; the ratchet wheel is provided with a groove, and a lock hook sliding bolt connected with one end of the lock hook can slide in the groove; two protruding limiting parts are arranged on the ratchet wheel and correspond to the locking and opening positions respectively; the pawl is provided with an extension section at the joint part with the ratchet wheel, so that the pawl can be prevented from rotating clockwise; when the lock hook is at the locking position, the meshing position of the ratchet wheel and the pawl is a first step bulge; when the ratchet is rotated to the second step protrusion to engage with the pawl, the latch hook is opened to a designed position.
2. The electromagnetic unlocking device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the iron core penetrates out of the shell, and the iron core can pull the part exposed out of the shell to unlock the lock and can also be driven by electromagnetic iron to unlock the lock.
