进一步的，所述的覆浆的浆液原料为：水、水性聚氨酯树脂、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸、亚甲基双硬脂酰胺、聚乙烯醇、焦磷酸钠。

所述无纺布为大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维进行混棉制成。所述的覆浆的浆液原料为：水、水性聚氨酯树脂、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸、亚甲基双硬脂酰胺、聚乙烯醇、焦磷酸钠。
阻燃温度可达到350℃，抗菌性强。

实施例三：所述涂层由以下组分按重量份组成PP15、乙烯和丙烯嵌段共聚物8、乙烯和辛烯嵌段共聚物12、石蜡油5、硅灰石3、硫化剂1、防老剂0.4、硅氧烷0.4、氧化锌0.3、六次甲基四胺3、纳米银离子4。
阻燃温度可达到358℃，抗菌性强。
本发明的内饰蒙皮，柔软性好，可塑性强，耐高温，阻燃性能优良，同时抗菌效果好，环保安全无异味，有利于密闭空间内人员的身体健康。
