技术领域
本发明属于织物织造领域,具体涉及一种芦荟改性黏胶纤维与棉交织服用嵌银丝绉布的生产工艺。
背景技术
当前,中国纺织服装业正迈入一个高速发展的时期,研制高档、个性化的服用面料成为当前纺织面料研发的焦点。由于用于制作服装面料的原料很多,如何满足消费者需求、适应季节需要,如夏季服装面料要求舒适、轻薄、透气、美观等。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种芦荟改性黏胶纤维与棉交织服用嵌银丝绉布的生产工艺。
技术方案:一种芦荟改性黏胶纤维与棉交织服用嵌银丝绉布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)纬纱定捻
纬纱是C5.56tex紧密纺强捻纱:2000捻/m,采用湿浴法定捻;将纬纱在35~37℃的热水中浸泡40~60s,取出后在纬纱室内存放4~5h即可供织机使用;用于浸泡的池水应保持清洁,每隔2~3h换水一次,以免污染纱线;
(2)整浆工序
采用LSG A600型整浆联合机进行整经和浆纱,一花经纱数123根,每绞花数为6花,每绞经纱根数738根,整经绞数为7绞,第1绞为762根,第2到6绞为738根,第7绞为147根;
经纱是芦荟改性黏胶纤维纱,选用的浆料的粘附力要强,浆料配方为水100%,聚丙烯酸3.5%,PVA205MB 2.5%,浸透剂0.3%;
上浆工艺为:上浆率11%,回潮率8.0%,伸长率2%,车速50m/min,pH值7,含固率9%,浆液粘度7s,上浆温度为65℃,靠近筒子架压浆辊气压为0.3MPa,靠近烘房压浆辊的气压为0.5MPa;
适当加大边纱的张力,避免在织造过程中形成松边;加强纱线通道的检查,防止刮伤经纱;严格加强生产管理,做好回潮率、上浆率、伸长率、好轴率等浆纱质量的考核;织轴盘片要垂直,避免出现凹凸边等疵轴;
(3)穿经工序
筘号为138.5齿/10cm,地组织和边组织采用2入,银丝1入,每花筘齿数为63齿,全幅筘齿数为2355齿,上机筘幅为170cm;综页数采用5页,第1,2,3,4页综穿地组织和边组织,其中地组织在第1,2,3,4页综中采用顺穿法,即1,2,3,4;停经片为4列,采用1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4穿法;由于银丝不耐高温,且不需上浆,故将111根银丝筒子分别放在两排自制简易筒子架上,并预设一定张力,不经整浆联合机的上浆与烘燥装置等,按色经排列要求在整浆联合机车头处***伸缩筘中,从而满足生产需要;银丝穿入第5页综中;
(4)织造工序
采用ZAX-e-190型喷气织机进行织造,为确保织造的顺利进行,主要从上机张力、开口工艺.引纬工艺等方面进行设置;
上机张力的大小,对织物风格和织机效率有着直接的影响,上机张力大,有利于开清梭口;由于经纱是细特芦荟改性黏胶纤维,强力比较低,上机张力应小一些,经过调试,将上机张力调整为1200N;
开口工艺主要涉及开口时间及开口量、后梁高低、停经架高低等,由于织物是平纹组织,为有利于打紧纬纱和消除筘痕,应采用早开口和高后梁,开口时间为285°,后梁高度为90mm,深度为50mm,停经架高度为70mm,深度为15mm,开口量为90mm、80mm、70mm、65mm、60mm;
为确保纬纱能顺利引入梭口,减少纬缩等疵点,应合理调节引纬工艺参数,主喷启闭时间为60°-195°,第1组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为60°-120°,第2组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为80°-150°,第3组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为110°-180°,第4组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为150°-220°,第5组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为180°-270°,第6组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为200°-300°;主喷嘴的压力设置为0.35MPa,辅助喷嘴的压力设置为0.38MPa,同时为防止纬纱回缩滑出主喷嘴,主喷嘴的微风应调大,设置为0.1MPa;另外,挡车工应经常检查引纬通道,防止飞花等杂物堵塞引纬通道,造成停台。

1、产品设计
1.1织物规格设计:
成品规格设计如下:成品幅宽146cm,坯布幅宽为156cm,总经根数4599根,其中边纱24×2根。经纱为5.56tex芦荟改性黏胶纤维纱并嵌入银丝,纬纱为C5.56tex紧密纺强捻纱(2000捻/m),成品经纬密分别为315根/10cm和291根/10cm,坯布经纬密分别为277根/10cm和272根/10cm,全幅花数37花。
1.2织物风格和特点设计:
经向分别以加白色纱线、浅蓝色纱线和蓝色纱线为主色调,并嵌入银丝作为辅助。纬纱采用白色纱线。由于银丝的颜色与主色调不同,从而沿着织物经向形成光亮的嵌条线效果。同时由于纬纱采用的2根Z捻和2根S捻C5.56tex紧密纺强捻纱(2000捻/m)间隔排列,在后整理过后,因纬纱收缩,在织物表面呈现绉效应,具有较强的立体感。该织物组织为平纹。
1.3织物配色设计:
经纱排列:白3,浅蓝1,白1,蓝1,浅蓝3,白3,银丝1,白5,蓝1,浅蓝3,蓝2,白7,浅蓝3,蓝1,浅蓝3,白16,浅蓝3,蓝1,浅蓝3,白21,浅蓝3,蓝1,浅蓝3,蓝1,浅蓝3,白7,蓝2,浅蓝3,蓝2,浅蓝3,白4,银丝1,白4,蓝1,浅蓝3,白3,银丝1。经纱循环为123根,其中白74根,浅蓝34根,蓝12根,银丝3根。
纬纱排列:一色白。
2、纬纱定捻
纱线经加强捻,纱体中纤维受到拉伸作用后会产生抗加捻的内应力,从而使纱线的捻度不稳定,而且在使用喷气织机织造时,气流对纱线控制力不足,易扭结起圈,产生纬缩等疵点,因此,在织造前强捻纱必须定捻。由于纬纱是C5.56tex紧密纺强捻纱(2000捻/m)采用湿浴法定捻即可达到要求。将纬纱在35~37℃的热水中浸泡40~60s,取出后在纬纱室内存放4~5h即可供织机使用。用于浸泡的池水应保持清洁,每隔2~3h换水一次,以免污染纱线。
3、整浆工序
由于该织物色经排列复杂,采用LSG A600型整浆联合机进行整经和浆纱。一花经纱数123根,每绞花数为6花,每绞经纱根数738根,整经绞数为7绞,第1绞为762根,第2到6绞为738根,第7绞为147根。
由于经纱是芦荟改性黏胶纤维纱,故选用的浆料的粘附力要强,浆料配方为水100%,聚丙烯酸3.5%,PVA205MB 2.5%,浸透剂0.3%。

5、织造工序

上机张力的大小,对织物风格和织机效率有着直接的影响。上机张力大,有利于开清梭口。由于经纱是细特芦荟改性黏胶纤维,强力比较低,上机张力应小一些,经过调试,将上机张力调整为1200N。

另外,挡车工应经常检查引纬通道,防止飞花等杂物堵塞引纬通道,造成停台。

1.一种芦荟改性黏胶纤维与棉交织服用嵌银丝绉布的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)纬纱定捻

为确保纬纱能顺利引入梭口,减少纬缩等疵点,应合理调节引纬工艺参数,主喷启闭时间为60°-195°,第1组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为60°-120°,第2组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为80°-150°,第3组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为110°-180°,第4组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为150°-220°,第5组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为180°-270°,第6组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为200°-300°;主喷嘴的压力设置为0.35MPa,辅助喷嘴的压力设置为0.38MPa,同时为防止纬纱回缩滑出主喷嘴,主喷嘴的微风应调大,设置为0.1MPa;另外,挡车工应经常检查引纬通道,防止飞花等杂物堵塞引纬通道,造成停台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟改性黏胶纤维与棉交织服用嵌银丝绉布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述成品织物规格设计如下:成品幅宽146cm,坯布幅宽为156cm,总经根数4599根,其中边纱24×2根;经纱为5.56tex芦荟改性黏胶纤维纱并嵌入银丝,纬纱为C5.56tex紧密纺强捻纱(2000捻/m),成品经纬密分别为315根/10cm和291根/10cm,坯布经纬密分别为277根/10cm和272根/10cm,全幅花数37花。
3.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟改性黏胶纤维与棉交织服用嵌银丝绉布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述织物经向分别以加白色纱线、浅蓝色纱线和蓝色纱线为主色调,并嵌入银丝作为辅助;纬纱采用白色纱线;纬纱采用的2根Z捻和2根S捻C5.56tex紧密纺强捻纱(2000捻/m)间隔排列;该织物组织为平纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟改性黏胶纤维与棉交织服用嵌银丝绉布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述织物配色设计如下:纬纱排列:一色白;经纱排列:白3,浅蓝1,白1,蓝1,浅蓝3,白3,银丝1,白5,蓝1,浅蓝3,蓝2,白7,浅蓝3,蓝1,浅蓝3,白16,浅蓝3,蓝1,浅蓝3,白21,浅蓝3,蓝1,浅蓝3,蓝1,浅蓝3,白7,蓝2,浅蓝3,蓝2,浅蓝3,白4,银丝1,白4,蓝1,浅蓝3,白3,银丝1;经纱循环为123根,其中,白74根,浅蓝34根,蓝12根,银丝3根。
