Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***,包括:动力输出轴,该动力输出轴上套装有前排太阳轮轴,前排太阳轮轴上套装有后排太阳轮轴;第一电机和第二电机,第一电机和第二电机平行布置在动力输出轴的两侧;共行星架,其固定连接在动力输出轴的一端;以及前行星排以及后行星排,前行星排和后行星排的行星轮都安装在共行星架上,前行星排的前排齿圈用来与发动机的输出轴联接,第一电机和第二电机分别通过前排太阳轮轴和后排太阳轮轴上的太阳轮与行星轮啮合来驱动共行星架转动。该混联动力***提高发动机直接驱动车辆的概率,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度。

Description

用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***
技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力,特别涉及一种用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力***中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力***燃油经济性。
目前,市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力***结构组合更加自由,但也造成混动***构型复杂多样,并增加***内功率流向以及***效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。
比如,现有新能源城市公交客车市场上,应用的行星排混合动力***主要是双电机双行星排的同轴布置方案,主要存在以下几个问题:
1、同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;
2、该方案应用于城市公交客车,虽然能实现发动机直接驱动车辆,但发动机直接驱动车辆的应用概率低,仅在车辆运行概率较低的高速段才能直接由发动机驱动车辆;
3、该***多采用分体式密封方案,存在多个密封圈,不仅密封难度较大,容易漏油,而且维护维修难度大;
4、两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***,提高发动机直接驱动车辆的概率,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***,包括:动力输出轴,该动力输出轴上套装有前排太阳轮轴,前排太阳轮轴上套装有后排太阳轮轴;第一电机和第二电机,第一电机和第二电机平行布置在动力输出轴的两侧;共行星架,其固定连接在动力输出轴的一端;前行星排,其包括:前排行星轮,其安装在共行星架上;前排齿圈,其与前排行星轮啮合,前排齿圈用来与发动机的输出轴联接,前排齿圈与第一制动器相连;以及前排太阳轮,其固定连接在前排太阳轮轴的一端,前排太阳轮与前排行星轮啮合,前排太阳轮轴的另一端与第二制动器相连,前排太阳轮轴上固定连接有第一驱动齿轮,第一驱动齿轮与第一电机的齿轮啮合;以及后行星排,其与前行星排并列设置,后行星排包括:后排行星轮,其安装在共行星架上;后排太阳轮,其固定连接在后排太阳轮轴的一端,后排太阳轮与后排行星轮啮合,后排太阳轮轴的另一端固定连接有第二驱动齿轮,第二驱动齿轮与第二电机的齿轮啮合;以及后排齿圈,其与后排行星轮啮合。
优选地,前排齿圈通过弹性连接装置与发动机的输出轴联接。
优选地,前排齿圈通过输入轴与弹性连接装置连接。
优选地,第一电机和第二电机集成在动力总成箱内。
优选地,第一电机和第二电机为永磁同步电机。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:通过设计双行星排采用共行星架方式与发动机连接,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成***的传动效率更高,降低***的燃油消耗。双电机采用平行轴布置方式,可大幅减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,在有限的公交客车安装空间内,布置方式更灵活,且能适用于不同车型,扩大适配车型范围。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
除非另有其它明确表示,否则在整个说明书和权利要求书中,术语“包括”或其变换如“包含”或“包括有”等等将被理解为包括所陈述的元件或组成部分,而并未排除其它元件或其它组成部分。
如图1所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的一种用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***,包括动力输出轴1、第一电机61、第二电机62、共行星架11、前行星排和与前行星排并列设置的后行星排。其中动力输出轴1上套装有前排太阳轮轴2,前排太阳轮轴2上套装有后排太阳轮轴3,也即动力输出轴1、前排太阳轮轴2和后排太阳轮轴3同轴线设置。第一电机61和第二电机62平行布置在动力输出轴1的两侧,也即第一电机61和第二电机62的转轴平行布置。共行星架11固定连接在动力输出轴1的一端,本方案中,前行星排和后行星排共用一个共行星架11,这样,动力通过共行星架11带动动力输出轴1输出。
另外,前行星排包括前排行星轮42、前排齿圈41以及前排太阳轮43,具体地,前排行星轮42安装在共行星架11上,前排齿圈41与前排行星轮42啮合,前排齿圈41用来与发动机7的输出轴联接,前排齿圈41与第一制动器44相连。前排太阳轮43固定连接在前排太阳轮轴2的一端,前排太阳轮43与前排行星轮42啮合,前排太阳轮轴2的另一端与第二制动器45相连,前排太阳轮轴2上固定连接有第一驱动齿轮21,第一驱动齿轮21与第一电机61的齿轮啮合。本方案中,发动机7的动力通过前行星排的前排齿圈41输入,第一制动器44实现对前排齿圈41的制动。当第二制动器45对前排太阳轮轴2制动时,前排太阳轮43停止转动,前排齿圈41的转动输入通过前排行星轮42带动共行星架11转动,进而将动力经动力输出轴1输出,进而能实现发动机7直接驱动车辆,提高***传动效率。本实施例中,各驱动模式中传动效率最高的模式是发动机直接驱动车辆,为提供***传动效率,多用发动机直接驱动车辆,故将发动机与前排齿圈固联方式,能提高超过30%发动机直接驱动车辆的概率,大幅提高整车***节油率。
本实施例的后行星排与前行星排并列设置,后行星排包括后排行星轮51、后排太阳轮52以及后排齿圈53,后排行星轮51安装在共行星架11上,后排太阳轮52固定连接在后排太阳轮轴3的一端,后排太阳轮52与后排行星轮51啮合,后排太阳轮轴3的另一端固定连接有第二驱动齿轮31,第二驱动齿轮31与第二电机62的齿轮啮合,后排齿圈53与后排行星轮51啮合。本实施例中,当第一制动器44对前排齿圈41制动时,第一电机61和第二电机62分别通过各自的传动轴、太阳轮和行星轮驱动共行星架11旋转,进而将动力动力输出轴1输出,实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,本方案能减小第一电机61的扭矩、功率,减小***成本。
作为一种优选实施例,前排齿圈41通过弹性连接装置与发动机7的输出轴联接。本方案中,前排齿圈41可以通过柔性盘71与发动机7的输出轴联接。
作为一种优选实施例,前排齿圈41通过输入轴与弹性连接装置连接。
作为一种优选实施例,第一电机61和第二电机62集成在动力总成箱8内。当然,本方案中,动力输出轴1、共行星架11、前行星排和后行星排都集成在动力总成箱8内。此时,本方案只有输入轴和动力输出轴1与动力总成箱8需要密封,明显减少密封部位,对于驱动电机、齿轮、轴承等可以采用集中油冷却、润滑方式,能大幅减少密封件,降低漏油故障率,提高产品使用寿命。
作为一种优选实施例,第一电机61和第二电机62为永磁同步电机。本方案中,采用高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,电机尺寸和成本会大幅降低。驱动电机的峰值扭矩至少可减少50%,驱动电机的成本可减少约45%,可从成本上提升核心竞争力。
以下对本实施的混联动力***的各工作模式说明:
1.纯电动模式:第一制动器44结合,锁死前排齿圈41,第一电机61和第二电机62可分别单独工作也可共同工作驱动车辆。
2.纯发动机模式:第二制动器45结合,锁死前排太阳轮43,在整车车速合适时,可由发动机7直接驱动车辆;
3.混合驱动模式:第一制动器44和第二制动器45分离,发动机7和第一电机61可通过前行星排对发动机扭矩进行解耦,同第二电机62共同驱动车辆;
4.回馈制动:当进行刹车制动时,可通过第一电机61回收制动能量。
综上,本实施例的用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***,通过设计双行星排采用共行星架方式与发动机连接,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成***的传动效率更高,降低***的燃油消耗。双电机采用平行轴布置方式,可大幅减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,在有限的公交客车安装空间内,布置方式更灵活,且能适用于不同车型,扩大适配车型范围。

1.一种用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***,其特征在于,包括:
动力输出轴,该动力输出轴上套装有前排太阳轮轴,所述前排太阳轮轴上套装有后排太阳轮轴;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述动力输出轴的两侧;
共行星架,其固定连接在所述动力输出轴的一端;
前行星排,其包括:
前排行星轮,其安装在所述共行星架上;
前排齿圈,其与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述前排齿圈用来与发动机的输出轴联接,所述前排齿圈与第一制动器相连;以及
前排太阳轮,其固定连接在所述前排太阳轮轴的一端,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述前排太阳轮轴的另一端与第二制动器相连,所述前排太阳轮轴上固定连接有第一驱动齿轮,所述第一驱动齿轮与所述第一电机的齿轮啮合;以及
后行星排,其与所述前行星排并列设置,所述后行星排包括:
后排行星轮,其安装在所述共行星架上;
后排太阳轮,其固定连接在所述后排太阳轮轴的一端,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述后排太阳轮轴的另一端固定连接有第二驱动齿轮,所述第二驱动齿轮与所述第二电机的齿轮啮合;以及
后排齿圈,其与所述后排行星轮啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***,其特征在于,所述前排齿圈通过弹性连接装置与发动机的输出轴联接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***,其特征在于,所述前排齿圈通过输入轴与所述弹性连接装置连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在动力总成箱内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于混合动力车辆的混联传动***,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机为永磁同步电机。
