环形零件喷漆装置
技术领域
本发明涉及摩托配件加工领域,尤其涉及环形零件喷漆装置。
背景技术
摩托配件,指装配摩托的零件或部件;或摩托损坏后重新安装上的零件或部件。常见的摩托配件包括车架、挡泥板、车叉、排气筒、减震配件和车轮等。这些摩托配件大都会通过在其表面喷上一层油漆,已到达减少腐蚀,延长其寿命的目的。现有的喷漆装置只能对配件的外表面进行喷漆,而对于环形配件来说,比如排气筒、螺母等,由于喷漆装置本身的限制,只能在配件的外表面进行喷漆,而在配件的内部喷漆相对较为困难,故设计一种环形零件喷漆装置是解决上述技术问题的根本所在。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供环形零件喷漆装置,以便于对环形零件的内部进行喷漆。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础技术方案是:环形零件喷漆装置,包括油漆箱、喷漆杆和喷头,还包括滑动部和支撑部,喷漆杆内部中空并转动连接在滑动部上,滑动部上固定连接有电机,电机与喷漆杆之间连接有皮带,滑动部和支撑部之间设有齿条,齿条的一端与支撑部固定连接,齿条上啮合有直齿轮,直齿轮上固定连接有转轴,转轴上固定连接有第一伞齿轮,电机的输出轴上固定连接有第二伞齿轮,第二伞齿轮和第一伞齿轮啮合;喷头位于喷漆杆上,油漆箱固定连接在滑动部上,油漆箱上转动连接有油漆管,油漆管位于喷漆杆内并与喷头连接。
环形零件喷漆装置的工作原理为:环形零件固定在支撑部上,电机的输出轴转动时,通过皮带带动喷漆杆在滑动部上转动,从而使喷漆杆上的喷头跟随喷漆杆一同转动。同时,电机输出轴带动第二伞齿轮转动,第二伞齿轮带动第一伞齿轮转动,第一伞齿轮通过转轴带动直齿轮转动,因齿条固定在支撑部上,故直齿轮在齿条上移动。直齿轮移动时带动整个滑动部一起移动,从而使喷漆杆沿环形零件的轴向移动并靠近环形零件。这样喷头跟随喷漆杆转动的同时不断的轴向移动,从而实现了环形零件内壁的喷漆。
采用上述技术方案时,喷漆杆便于进入环形零件的内部,当喷漆杆转动时,喷头跟随喷漆杆转动,从而使喷头在环形零件的内壁上进行360度喷漆,同时,滑动部不断的滑动,喷漆杆跟随滑动部一同移动,从而使喷头在环形零件内沿环形零件的轴向移动,对环形零件的内壁进行喷涂,从而使环形零件的内壁得到了全面均匀的喷漆。本装置无需工人手持喷漆杆对准环形零件的内部,喷漆杆可自动进入到环形零件中,边转动边移动进行喷漆,减少了工人的工作强度,提高了工作效率,并且,喷漆杆的转动使环形零件内壁的喷漆表面更加均匀。
进一步,滑动部包括滑轨和滑动架,滑动架上固定连接有滑柱,滑柱滑动连接在滑轨上;支撑部包括支撑台和两个支撑板,支撑板均位于支撑台上,一个支撑板位于齿条和另一个支撑板之间且固定连接在支撑台上,另一个支撑板滑动连接在支撑台上。通过滑柱在滑轨上滑动,从而带动滑动架的整体移动,靠近齿条的支撑板固定连接在支撑台上,可使靠近齿条的支撑板固定齿条,通过滑动另一个支撑板,可调节两个支撑板之间的距离,从而支撑不同长度的零件。
进一步,喷漆杆上设有电热丝和多根与喷漆杆平行的金属棒,多根金属棒顺次连接形成金属筒,金属筒套在喷漆杆上,金属筒与电热丝连接,支撑板的上方设有磁块,支撑板靠近磁块的部位具有与磁块相反的磁性。磁块和支撑板之间产生磁感线,当喷漆杆在环形零件内转动时,金属筒不断的切割磁感线,产生电流,电流通过电热丝产生热量,给零件内壁刚喷上的油漆加热,将油漆烘干。并且,依据磁生电的原理产生电流,无需消耗其他能源,从而节约了能源。
进一步,电热丝上套有中空的叶片,叶片上设有散热孔,散热孔可使电热丝产生的热量散出。叶片旋转时产生气流,气流会加速热空气的扩散,使零件内部均匀受热。
进一步,支撑台上设有支撑杆,支撑杆上连接有底座,底座上设有定位孔。底座可以分散喷漆杆旋转和移动时产生的振动力,使支撑台更加稳定,定位孔便于将支撑台定位到机床上。
进一步,油漆管位于喷漆杆内,减少了本装置中油漆管所占的体积,简化了本装置的结构。
进一步,电机与滑动架之间连接有加强筋,加强筋可使电机固定在滑动架上更加牢固。

如图1所示,环形零件喷漆装置,包括滑动架2和支撑台3。支撑台3位于滑动架2的右侧,支撑台3的上部设有两个支撑板31,左侧的支撑板31焊接在支撑台3上,右侧的支撑板31滑动连接在支撑台3上。支撑台3的底部连接有支撑杆32,支撑杆32上焊接有底座33,底座33上设有定位孔,支撑板31上用于放置环形零件1,在支撑板31的上方设有磁块11,支撑板31的顶部具有与磁块11相反的磁性。滑动架2上转动连接有喷漆杆4,滑动架2和电机5之间连接有加强筋51,电机5的输出轴与喷漆杆4之间连接有皮带52,电机5的输出轴上焊接有第二伞齿轮53,第二伞齿轮53上啮合有第一伞齿轮71,第一伞齿轮71上焊接有转轴7,转轴7上焊接有直齿轮72,直齿轮72啮合有齿条6,齿条6的右端与左侧的支撑板31焊接。滑动架2的底部焊接有滑柱21,滑柱21滑动连接在滑轨22上。喷漆杆4内部中空,喷漆杆4的左端设有油漆箱41,油漆箱41焊接在滑动架2上,油漆箱41上转动连接有油漆管42,喷漆杆4的右端设有喷头47,喷头47与油漆管42的右端连接,油漆管42位于喷漆杆4中。喷漆杆4上设有金属筒43,金属筒43是由若干金属棒组成,围绕在喷漆杆4上的组合。金属筒43的右侧设有电热丝46,电热丝46上套有中空的叶片44,叶片44上设有散热孔45。
使用本装置对环形零件的内壁喷漆时,启动电机5,电机5的输出轴向上转动,电机5输出轴带动第二伞齿轮53向上转动,第二伞齿轮53带动第一伞齿轮71向右转动,第一伞齿轮71通过转轴7带动直齿轮72向右转动,因齿条6固定在左侧支撑板31上,故齿条6不会移动,直齿轮72在齿条6上向右移动,从而带动滑动架2向右滑动,滑柱21在滑轨22上滑动,滑动架2使喷漆杆4的右端进入到环形零件1中。同时,皮带52带动喷漆杆4向上转动,从而使喷头47在环形零件1中360度转动,故喷头47在环形零件1中不断的向右移动和向上转动,从而对环形零件1的整个内壁进行喷漆。
磁块11和支撑板31的顶部之间产生磁场,喷漆杆4转动时,带动金属筒43一同转动并切割磁感线,从而产生电流,电流经过电热丝46时产生热量,产生的热量进入到叶片44中,并通过叶片44上的散热孔45散发出去,将零件内壁上的油漆烘干。同时,叶片44跟随喷漆管转动时,产生气流,加速了热量的传递,使环形零件1的内壁上均匀受热。
使右侧的支撑板31在支撑台3上滑动,调节两个支撑板31之间的距离,从而可以在两个支撑板31上放置不同大小的环形零件1。

1.环形零件喷漆装置,包括油漆箱、喷漆杆和喷头,其特征在于:还包括滑动部和支撑部,所述喷漆杆内部中空并转动连接在滑动部上,所述滑动部上固定连接有电机,所述电机与喷漆杆之间连接有皮带,所述滑动部和支撑部之间设有齿条,所述齿条的一端与支撑部固定连接,所述齿条上啮合有直齿轮,直齿轮上固定连接有转轴,所述转轴上固定连接有第一伞齿轮,所述电机的输出轴上固定连接有第二伞齿轮,第二伞齿轮和第一伞齿轮啮合;所述喷头位于喷漆杆上,所述油漆箱固定连接在滑动部上,所述油漆箱上转动连接有油漆管,所述油漆管位于喷漆杆内并与喷头连接。
2.如权利要求1所述环形零件喷漆装置,其特征在于:所述滑动部包括滑轨和滑动架,所述滑动架上固定连接有滑柱,所述滑柱滑动连接在滑轨上;所述支撑部包括支撑台和两个支撑板,所述支撑板均位于支撑台上,一个支撑板位于齿条和另一个支撑板之间且固定连接在支撑台上,所述另一个支撑板滑动连接在支撑台上。
3.如权利要求2所述环形零件喷漆装置,其特征在于:所述喷漆杆上设有电热丝和多根与喷漆杆平行的金属棒,多根金属棒顺次连接形成金属筒,所述金属筒套在喷漆杆上,所述金属筒与电热丝连接,所述支撑板的上方设有磁块,所述支撑板靠近磁块的部位具有与磁块相反的磁性。
4.如权利要求3所述环形零件喷漆装置,其特征在于:所述电热丝上套有中空的叶片,所述叶片上设有散热孔。
5.如权利要求4所述环形零件喷漆装置,其特征在于:所述支撑台上设有支撑杆,支撑杆上连接有底座,所述底座上设有定位孔。
