The reminder module 160 is configured to output a reminder according to the current fitness parameter of the user, where the reminder includes: the current exercise frequency, whether the current exercise speed needs to be accelerated, the exercise time reaches the expected exercise time or the exercise frequency reaches the expected exercise frequency.
The fitness equipment 100 based on the motion sensing camera can remind the user of the current fitness parameters in real time, so that the human-computer interaction experience of the user can be further improved, and the diversity and the enjoyment of fitness are greatly improved.
Preferably, the receiving module 110 further includes a communication sub-module 111, and the communication sub-module 111 is configured to communicate with the terminal 200, where the communication sub-module includes a WIFI sub-module 111 a.
That is, the exercise device may automatically establish a WiFi hotspot, including a hotspot name and a hotspot password, using the WiFi sub-module 111 a. receiving a user fitness request provided by a terminal, and selecting at least one fitness item from a pre-stored fitness item set as a current fitness item of the user;
receiving expected fitness parameters of the current fitness project, which are input by a user and provided by a terminal, wherein the expected fitness parameters comprise expected fitness time and/or expected fitness times;
the somatosensory camera acquires a fitness depth map of the user under the current fitness project in real time;
based on the fitness depth map, judging whether the current fitness parameters of the user reach the expected fitness parameters, when the current fitness parameters of the user reach the expected fitness parameters, ending the current fitness items, or,
judging whether the user is separated from the preset induction distance of the somatosensory camera or not based on the body-building depth map, and finishing the current body-building project when the user is separated from the preset induction distance of the somatosensory camera;
the method also comprises the following steps which are carried out before the step of selecting at least one fitness item from a pre-stored fitness item set as the current fitness item of the user according to the fitness request of the user provided by the receiving terminal:
receiving a user's exercise item set updating and pre-stored request provided by a terminal;
updating the pre-stored set of workout items based on the update pre-stored set of workout items request, wherein,
the updating of the pre-stored set of fitness items comprises adding new fitness items to the pre-stored set of fitness items;
the step of adding the exercise items to the pre-stored exercise item set comprises:
judging whether a user enters a preset sensing distance of the somatosensory camera or not;
when a user enters a preset sensing distance of the motion sensing camera, the motion sensing camera acquires a motion track depth map of the user in real time;
extracting continuous skeleton action data of the user based on the action track depth map;
pushing the continuous skeleton action data to a terminal;
receiving feedback information of the user returned by the terminal;
and when the feedback information is the confirmation reservation information, updating the fitness items corresponding to the action track depth map into the pre-stored item set.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein updating the set of pre-stored fitness items further comprises deleting one or more of the set of pre-stored fitness items.
3. A fitness method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of determining whether the current fitness parameter of the user reaches the expected fitness parameter based on the fitness depth map, and when the current fitness parameter of the user reaches the expected fitness parameter, ending the current fitness item comprises:
the motion sensing camera acquires a body-building depth map with 30-45 frames per second;
extracting human body skeleton data of the user according to the fitness depth map;
acquiring the current fitness parameters of the user based on the human body skeleton data;
pushing the current fitness parameters of the user to a terminal based on a preset time interval; and outputting a reminder, wherein the reminder comprises:
the current exercise frequency, whether the current exercise speed needs to be accelerated, the exercise time reaches the expected exercise time or the exercise frequency reaches the expected exercise frequency.
4. A fitness method based on a somatosensory camera according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the preset sensing distance is 3-10 m.

the receiving module is also used for receiving a user's request for updating a pre-stored fitness item set provided by the terminal;
the update module is to update the pre-stored set of workout items based on the update pre-stored set of workout items request, wherein,
the updating of the pre-stored set of fitness items comprises adding new fitness items to the pre-stored set of fitness items;
the exercise apparatus further comprises an extraction module, wherein,
the judging module is also used for judging whether a user enters a preset sensing distance of the somatosensory camera or not;
when a user enters a preset sensing distance of the motion sensing camera, the motion sensing camera acquires a motion track depth map of the user in real time;
the extraction module is used for extracting continuous skeleton action data of the user based on the action track depth map;
the receiving module is further used for pushing the continuous skeleton action data to a terminal; receiving feedback information of the user returned by the terminal;
the updating module is further configured to update the fitness items corresponding to the motion trajectory depth map to the pre-stored item set when the feedback information is confirmation reservation information.
6. The motion-sensing camera-based fitness device of claim 5, wherein updating the pre-stored set of fitness items further comprises deleting one or more of the pre-stored set of fitness items.
7. The motion-sensing camera-based fitness device of claim 5 or 6, further comprising a reminder module, wherein,
the motion sensing camera is used for acquiring a body-building depth map with 30-45 frames per second;
the extraction module is also used for extracting the human body skeleton data of the user according to the fitness depth map; acquiring the current fitness parameters of the user based on the human body skeleton data;
the receiving module is also used for pushing the current fitness parameters of the user to the terminal based on a preset time interval;
the reminding module is used for outputting a reminding according to the current body-building parameters of the user, and the reminding comprises the following steps:
the current exercise frequency, whether the current exercise speed needs to be accelerated, the exercise time reaches the expected exercise time or the exercise frequency reaches the expected exercise frequency.
