The connecting rod fixing device comprises a connecting rod fixing block 34 and a connecting rod 13. The upper part of the connecting rod 13 is provided with a steering drag hook sliding groove 13-1, the rear end is provided with a rotating head mounting groove 13-2 and an upper and lower rotating block movable groove 13-3, the middle part is provided with a through hole 13-4 for mounting a band cutter bar 14 and a band blade 11, the lower part is provided with a band blade pressing block mounting groove 13-5, the front upper part is provided with a connector mounting clamping groove 13-6, and the rear part of the connecting rod 13 is fixedly mounted on the fixed handle 24 through a connecting rod fixing block 34.

The knife stopping safety device comprises a firing block 19, a firing block upper cover 33, a rack 25, a rack safety block 23, a rack limit block transmission rod 22, a safety spring 47, a reset rod 29 and a reset handle 28. The firing block 19 is mounted in a firing block sliding groove 24-1 in the fixed handle 24, and a firing block upper cover 33 is mounted on the firing block 19. The front end of the firing block 19 is provided with a sleeve 35. The rack 25 is mounted between the firing block 19 and the firing block upper cap 33. The upper part of the rack 25 is provided with a rack safety catch 25-2, the rear end is provided with a reset rod mounting hole 25-1, a reset rod 29 is arranged in the reset rod mounting hole 25-1 at the rear end of the rack 25, a reset rod mounting groove 28-1 is arranged on a reset handle 28, and the reset handle 28 is arranged on the fixed handle 24 through the reset rod 29. A rack limit block transmission rod installation clamping groove 19-1 is formed in the rear end of the firing block 19, and a rack limit block transmission rod 22 is installed in the rack limit block transmission rod installation clamping groove 19-1 in the rear end of the firing block 19; an inverted trapezoidal groove 22-1 is formed in the middle of the rack limiting block transmission rod 22, the rack safety block 23 is located in the inverted trapezoidal groove 22-1 formed in the middle of the rack limiting block transmission rod 22, the rack safety block 23 is sleeved on the rack limiting block transmission rod 22, and a safety spring 47 is mounted on the upper portion of the rack safety block 23.
The bulge 23-1 at the lower end of the rack safety block 23 is clamped in the rack safety clamping groove 25-2 on the rack 25, so that the rack 25 is prevented from being shot forwards, and the function of stopping knife safety is achieved.
The backstop safety device comprises a firing block 19, a firing block upper cover 33, a rack 25, a firing block limiting plate 21 and a limiting plate spring 48. The firing block 19 is mounted in a firing block sliding groove 24-1 in the fixed handle 24, and a firing block upper cover 33 is mounted on the firing block 19. The front end of the firing block 19 is provided with a sleeve 35. The rack 25 is mounted between the 19 and 33 firing block caps. The firing block limit plate 21 is arranged in a firing block limit plate mounting groove 24-3 of the fixed handle 24, and the limit plate spring 48 is arranged in a spring mounting hole 21-1 at the lower part of the firing block limit plate 21. The lower part of the upper cover 33 of the firing block is provided with a triangular limit bulge 33-1, the lower part of the limit plate 21 of the firing block is provided with a limit boss 21-2, and one side of the upper part of the limit plate 21 of the firing block is provided with a sliding boss 21-3. The rack 25 is provided with a firing block limiting plate sliding groove 25-3, and a 21-3 sliding boss 21-3 at one side of the upper part of the firing block limiting plate 21 slides in the firing block limiting plate sliding groove 25-3 on the rack 25.
The movable handle assembly comprises a movable handle 26, a reset safety block 31, a rack driving block 30, a handle reset safety block 32, a rack driving block spring 49, a driving block pin 50, a brake block spring 51 and a shift fork pin 52. The movable handle 26 is mounted on the fixed handle 24, the rack driving block 30 is mounted on the movable handle 26 through a driving block pin 50, and the rack driving block spring 49 is mounted on the driving block pin 50, with one side thereof abutting against the rack driving block 30 and the other side thereof abutting against the movable handle 26. The handle return safety block 32 is mounted to the rack moving block 30 by a fork pin 52. The brake shoe spring 51 is mounted on the movable handle 26 with one end abutting the handle return safety block 32. A reset safety block 31 is mounted on the movable handle 26. The front end of the rack belt moving block 30 is provided with a rack pushing bulge 30-1.
The fixed handle 24 is composed of a left fixed handle and a right fixed handle.
The sleeve 35, the connecting rod 13, the band cutter bar 14, the connector 36, the steering joint 39 and the like are all made of metal materials, and the device is reasonable in structure, high in strength and more suitable for single-hand operation.
The working principle of the disposable endoscopic incision anastomat is as follows:
during operation, the jaws of the disposable endoscopic incision anastomat are in an open state, at the moment, the backstop safety device plays a role, the limiting lug bosses 21-2 at the lower parts of the triggering block limiting plates 21 in the backstop safety device are clamped at the front ends of the triangular limiting lugs 33-1 at the lower parts of the triggering block upper covers 33, and the triggering blocks 19 are prevented from sliding forwards to close the jaws. At the moment, the position of the firing block limiting plate 21 in the stopping safety moves upwards under the action of the limiting plate spring 48, a sliding boss 21-3 on one side of the upper part of the 21 firing block limiting plate 21 slides in a firing block limiting plate sliding groove 25-3 on the rack 25, a limiting boss 21-2 on the lower part of the firing block limiting plate 21 moves upwards to block 19 the firing block 19 and the firing block upper cover 33, and the opening of a jaw caused by the backward movement of the firing block 19 and the firing block upper cover 33 is prevented, so that the stopping safety is realized.
