Abstract
本发明提供了一种OLED点屏装置,包括FPGA模块、至少两路MIPI点屏组件和OLED屏,所述FPGA模块的输出端分别与每路所述MIPI点屏组件连接,每路所述MIPI点屏组件分别与所述OLED屏连接,所述MIPI点屏组件包括RGB接口、桥接芯片和MIPI接口,其中,所述FPGA模块的输出端分别通过所述RGB接口与所述桥接芯片的输入端连接,所述桥接芯片的输出端通过所述MIPI接口与所述OLED屏连接。本发明提供的一种OLED点屏方法。本发明的有益效果是:能够支持高分辩率的OLED屏的点屏测试。

技术领域
本发明涉及点屏装置,尤其涉及一种OLED点屏装置与方法。
背景技术
随着FHD屏的普及,消费者在***求高分辩率的方案,QHD,UHD的屏已经纷纷面世,传统的信号发生器已经无法满足需求,这样对测试信号发生器的需求越来越高。现有的MIPI信号发生器只能测试最高只能点到FHD的屏,无法实现OLED的点屏测试。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种OLED点屏装置与方法。
本发明提供了一种OLED点屏装置,包括FPGA模块、至少两路MIPI点屏组件和OLED屏,所述FPGA模块的输出端分别与每路所述MIPI点屏组件连接,每路所述MIPI点屏组件分别与所述OLED屏连接,所述MIPI点屏组件包括RGB接口、桥接芯片和MIPI接口,其中,所述FPGA模块的输出端分别通过所述RGB接口与所述桥接芯片的输入端连接,所述桥接芯片的输出端通过所述MIPI接口与所述OLED屏连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述FPGA模块的输入端连接有计算机。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述FPGA模块的输入端通过USB接口与所述计算机连接。
本发明提供的一种OLED点屏方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、通过FPGA模块将图像数据分成至少两组RGB信号并同步发送至桥接芯片;
S2、分别将各组RGB信号经桥接芯片转换成MIPI信号并同步发送至OLED屏;
S3、分别将各组MIPI信号合并扩展MIPI通信带宽来驱动高分辩率的OLED屏。
本发明的有益效果是:通过上述方案,能够支持高分辩率的OLED屏的点屏测试。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种OLED点屏装置,包括FPGA模块102(Field-Programmable GateArray,即现场可编程门阵列)、至少两路MIPI点屏组件(即移动产业处理器接口,MobileIndustry Processor Interface)和OLED屏104(Organic Light-Emitting Diode, UIVOLED,又称为有机电激光显示、有机发光半导体),所述FPGA模块102的输出端分别与每路所述MIPI点屏组件连接,每路所述MIPI点屏组件分别与所述OLED屏104连接,所述MIPI点屏组件包括RGB接口、桥接芯片103和MIPI接口,其中,所述FPGA模块102的输出端分别通过所述RGB接口与所述桥接芯片103的输入端连接,所述桥接芯片103的输出端通过所述MIPI接口与所述OLED屏104连接,通过多组MIPI 信号合并来驱动OLED屏104,所述FPGA模块102实现至少2组RGB数据的同步发送。
如图1所示,所述FPGA模块102的输入端连接有计算机101(PC)。
如图1所示,所述FPGA模块102的输入端通过USB接口与所述计算机101连接。
PC端要进行图像处理,把QHD的图像数据分成2组,分别经FPGA模块102发送到2组RGB接口上,所述桥接芯片103同时将RGB信号转成MIPI信号,然后把2组MIPI信号同步发送给OLED屏104,MIPI信号合并扩展MIPI通信带宽来驱动高分辩率OLED屏幕,包括软件图像处理和硬件方案实现,本发明提供的一种OLED点屏装置,能够支持更高的分辩率MIPI接口的OLED屏。
如图1所示,一种OLED点屏方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、通过FPGA模块102将图像数据分成至少两组RGB信号并同步发送至桥接芯片103;
S2、分别将各组RGB信号经桥接芯片103转换成MIPI信号并同步发送至OLED屏104;
S3、分别将各组MIPI信号合并扩展MIPI通信带宽来驱动高分辩率的OLED屏104。
本发明提供的一种OLED点屏装置与方法,多组MIPI同步发送信号就可以支持到QHD以上的OLED点屏,通过MIPI(Mobile Industry Processor Interface)信号的合并去驱动OLED屏104,实现了驱动高分辩率的OLED屏104的点屏测试。

1.一种OLED点屏装置,其特征在于:包括FPGA模块、至少两路MIPI点屏组件和OLED屏,所述FPGA模块的输出端分别与每路所述MIPI点屏组件连接,每路所述MIPI点屏组件分别与所述OLED屏连接,所述MIPI点屏组件包括RGB接口、桥接芯片和MIPI接口,其中,所述FPGA模块的输出端分别通过所述RGB接口与所述桥接芯片的输入端连接,所述桥接芯片的输出端通过所述MIPI接口与所述OLED屏连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的OLED点屏装置,其特征在于:所述FPGA模块的输入端连接有计算机。
3.根据权利要求2所述的OLED点屏装置,其特征在于:所述FPGA模块的输入端通过USB接口与所述计算机连接。
4.一种OLED点屏方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、通过FPGA模块将图像数据分成至少两组RGB信号并同步发送至桥接芯片;
S2、分别将各组RGB信号经桥接芯片转换成MIPI信号并同步发送至OLED屏;
S3、分别将各组MIPI信号合并扩展MIPI通信带宽来驱动高分辩率的OLED屏。
