本发明公开了一种能散热的灯杯,包括有杯体,所述杯体上部开设有孔洞,所述孔洞内安装金属卤素灯,所述杯体内腔的形状为非球面状,所述杯体内腔涂设有反射膜,所述杯体的***均匀设置有散热齿。本发明在杯体内部反射面上镀450~1200nm厚的高反射率膜层,此膜层能起到将卤素灯的灯光反射出去;杯体内腔面形状是一非球面面型,此非球面能将光反射出去后形成一固定直径的光斑;灯杯外侧是一圈散热齿,卤素灯产生的热量,聚集在灯杯上,灯杯通过散热齿将热量散热挥发到空气中。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,尤其涉及一种能散热的灯杯。
背景技术
在现有技术中,灯杯大多采用1mm厚的铝板冲压成形,此种工艺,模具制作成本高,周期长,而且灯杯的反射面需要一非球面面型,有些非球面面型冲压成形实现不了。
而且在灯杯外面装上散热片,灯杯与散热片之间抹上导热硅脂;传统方案灯杯外面的散热片散热效果不理想,原因是:灯杯与散热片是2种材料,2种材料之间的热传递、导热效果不好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能散热的灯杯,其能够使灯杯均匀散热,并能够形成固定直径光斑。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种能散热的灯杯,包括有杯体,所述杯体上部开设有孔洞,所述孔洞内安装金属卤素灯,所述杯体内腔的形状为非球面状,所述杯体内腔涂设有反射膜,所述杯体的***均匀设置有散热齿。
进一步地,所述杯体的顶部设置有灯固定板,所述金属卤素灯的顶部露出灯杯,所述金属卤素灯卡设在灯固定板上。
进一步地,所述灯固定板的两侧设置有孔,所述孔通过盘头螺钉将灯固定板安装固定在杯体上部。
进一步地,所述杯体的顶部还设置有灯杯固定板。
进一步地,所述杯体顶部和灯杯固定板上设置有孔,所述孔内安装盘头螺钉。
进一步地,所述散热齿和杯体一体成型。
进一步地,所述反射膜的厚度为450~1200nm
本发明在杯体内部反射面上镀450~1200nm厚的高反射率膜层,此膜层能起到将卤素灯的灯光反射出去;杯体内腔面形状是一非球面面型,此非球面能将光反射出去后形成一固定直径的光斑;灯杯外侧是一圈散热齿,卤素灯产生的热量,聚集在灯杯上,灯杯通过散热齿将热量散热挥发到空气中。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1至图3所示,一种能散热的灯杯,包括有杯体1,所述杯体1上部开设有孔洞,所述孔洞内安装金属卤素灯3,所述杯体1内腔的形状为非球面状,杯体内腔的形状是一非球面面型,此非球面能将光反射出去后形成一固定直径的光斑;所述杯体内腔涂设有反射膜,在杯体内腔的反射面上镀450~1200nm高反射率的反射膜,此膜层能起到将金属卤素灯的灯光高反射出去。
所述杯体1的***均匀设置有散热齿6。所述杯体1的顶部设置有灯固定板4,所述金属卤素灯3的顶部露出杯体1,所述金属卤素灯3卡设在灯固定板上4。
所述灯固定板4的两侧设置有孔,所述孔通过盘头螺钉5将灯固定板4安装固定在杯体1上部。所述杯体1的顶部还设置有灯杯固定板2。所述杯体1顶部和灯杯固定板2上设置有孔,所述孔内安装盘头螺钉5。本发明中盘头螺钉5为M4X8盘头螺钉,金属卤素灯3通过M4X8盘头螺钉固定在灯固定板4上;灯固定板4再通过M4X8盘头螺钉固定在灯杯上,这样金属卤素灯3就固定在灯杯里了;灯杯固定板2通过M4X8盘头螺钉将灯杯与灯杯固定板2连接在一起。
所述杯体1外侧是一圈散热齿6,金属卤素灯3产生的热量,聚集在灯杯上,灯杯通过散热齿6将热量散热挥发到空气中,传统技术上,灯杯与散热片是2种材料,2种材料之间的热传递、导热效果不好,本实施例中,所述散热齿6和杯体1一体成型,杯体1与散热齿6是1种材料,灯杯可以直接通过灯杯上的散热齿6将热量挥发到空气中。
本方案与传统方案相比较存在的优势:
①传统方案的灯杯大多采用1mm左右厚的铝板冲压成形;此种工艺,模具制作成本高.周期长,而且灯杯的反射面需要一非球面面型,有些非球面面型冲压成形实现不了;本专利的灯杯,是采用牌号为AL6061材料,通过机械加工将灯杯加工出来,灯杯任意形状的非球面面型,都可通过机械加工实现;
②传统方案灯杯外面的散热齿散热效果不理想,原因是:灯杯与散热齿是2种材料,2种材料之间的热传递.导热效果不好;本专利的灯杯与散热齿是1种材料,灯杯直接通过灯杯上的散热齿将热量挥发到空气中。

Claims (7)

1.一种能散热的灯杯,其特征在于,包括有杯体,所述杯体上部开设有孔洞,所述孔洞内安装金属卤素灯,所述杯体内腔的形状为非球面状,所述杯体内腔涂设有反射膜,所述杯体的***均匀设置有散热齿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能散热的灯杯,其特征在于,所述杯体的顶部设置有灯固定板,所述金属卤素灯的顶部露出灯杯,所述金属卤素灯卡设在灯固定板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的能散热的灯杯,其特征在于,所述灯固定板的两侧设置有孔,所述孔通过盘头螺钉将灯固定板安装固定在杯体上部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的能散热的灯杯,其特征在于,所述杯体的顶部还设置有灯杯固定板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的能散热的灯杯,其特征在于,所述杯体顶部和灯杯固定板上设置有孔,所述孔内安装盘头螺钉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的能散热的灯杯,其特征在于,所述散热齿和杯体一体成型。
7.根据权利要求1所述的能散热的灯杯,其特征在于,所述反射膜的厚度为450~1200nm。
