Abstract

本发明涉及了一种苯并咪唑高氯酸盐的制备、制备方法、结构及光学性质。苯并咪唑高氯酸盐的分子式为C26H24Cl2N4O12。采用简单、易操作的方法合成苯并咪唑高氯酸盐。由单晶X‑射线确定其结构。本发明的化合物是经过分子自组装而成的单晶化合物。所述化合物易于制备,稳定性好,结晶度高。该化合物在分子发光等领域有非常好的应用前景。

Description

一种苯并咪唑高氯酸盐的制备、结构及荧光性质
技术领域
本发明属于有机化学、晶体学及光学领域,涉及有机盐类化合物的合成及晶态结构表征。
背景技术
苯并咪唑衍生物是一类结构特殊杂环结构的化合物 ,分子结构有刚性较强的共平面性,其中咪唑环具有独特的识别配位性能、质子接受性能及共轭酸碱性能 ,苯并咪唑衍生物享有“生命配体”的称号。同时由于其具有特殊的 π⋯π共轭结构 ,在紫外一可见光区表现 出较强的特征吸收 ,而且这种特殊的结构可以通过氢键 、π⋯π堆积和金属离子配位、疏水一疏水作用与生物体内的受体和酶发生反应,具有良好的生物活性 、反应活性 、高选择性等。 苯并咪唑及其衍生物在有机合成中应用范围也十分广泛(R. g. M. JulienJouanneau, Laurent Gonon, and Ge ´rard Gebel, Macromolecules 2007, 40, 4)。
2-苯基苯并咪唑主链中的苯环和苯并咪唑的刚性很大,且咪唑环上的N-H会产生分子间氢键从而增大分子间作用力。因此设计更加新颖的含苯并咪唑化合物,并扩展其功能,不仅挖掘了该物质的价值,更对配位化学及光学的发展起到了推动作用。
发明内容
本发明属于有机化学、晶体学及光学领域,涉及有机盐类化合物的合成及晶态结构表征。
本发明提供一种苯并咪唑高氯酸盐,分子式为C26H24Cl2N4O12,化学式为[HPBI]+ ClO4 ·H2O。
本发明提供的苯并咪唑高氯酸盐主要采取以下技术方案:
将高氯酸和2-苯基苯并咪唑加入甲醇水溶液中并在一定温度下加热,加热一定时间后缓慢降至室温,冷却析出晶体。所得晶体通过单晶X射线衍射方法测量,并在PC机上用SHELX程序包解析确定其晶体结构(图1-图4)。并检测了此化合物的荧光光谱图(图5)。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细的说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
本发明的目的在于提供一种苯并咪唑高氯酸盐及其制备方法,其分子式为:C26H24Cl2N4O12
为实现上述目的,将适量酸和2-苯基苯并咪唑(PBI)分别加入甲醇水溶液中,加热一定时间后缓慢降至室温,冷却析出针状晶体。所述的化合物为单斜晶系,C 2 /c空间群。晶胞参数 a=16.860(3) Å,b=12.4822(19)Å,c=7.6421(12) Å,a=90°,β=116.238(2)°,γ=90°,V=100(2) Å3
本发明的具体步骤为
实施例1
将0.097g (0.5 mmol) 2-苯基苯并咪唑(PBI)加入甲醇水溶液中使其溶解,并加入0.039 mL (0.5 mmol) 酸。最后,加热10分钟后缓慢降至室温,冷却析出晶体。
实施例2
将0.097g (0.5 mmol)2-苯基苯并咪唑(PBI)加入甲醇水溶液中使其溶解,并加入0.078 mL (1 mmol)高氯酸。最后,加热30分钟后缓慢降至室温,冷却析出晶体。
实施例3
将0.194g (1 mmol)2-苯基苯并咪唑(PBI)加入甲醇水溶液中使其溶解,并加入0.019mL (0.25 mmol) 高氯酸。最后,加热5分钟后缓慢降至室温,冷却析出晶体。
图1是由单晶衍射法得到的苯并咪唑高氯酸盐晶体结构图。在不对称单元中有一个高氯酸根离子,一个质子化的苯并咪唑和一个自由水分子。
图2是苯并咪唑高氯酸盐沿晶体轴c轴向外延伸的一维链状结构图。如图所示,每一个相邻的苯并咪唑通过高氯酸根和水分子相连形成的沿晶体轴c轴向外延伸的一维链状结构图。
图3是苯并咪唑高氯酸盐的二维结构图。如图3所示,不对称单元通过N–H⋯O,O–H⋯O和C–H⋯O键生成的二维图。
图4是苯并咪唑高氯酸盐的堆积结构图。如图4所示,二维层进一步通过π⋯π堆积形成的三维堆积结构。
图5是苯并咪唑高氯酸盐的室温固态荧光光谱图。如图5所示,苯并咪唑高氯酸盐在波长270 nm激发下,其发射波长为419 nm。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制,但凡采用等同替换或等效变换的形式所获得的技术方案,均应落在本发明的保护范围之内。

2.根据权利要求书1所述的苯并咪唑高氯酸盐的合成方法,其特征在于所述化合物的合成步骤为:将2-苯基苯并咪唑以一定比例的物质的量溶于适量甲醇水溶液中,滴加适量高氯酸,然后将反应混合液在适当温度下加热完成后缓慢降至室温、过滤、静置2周,得到白色片状晶体。
3.根据权利要求书2所述的苯并咪唑高氯酸盐,其特征在于所述化合物为单斜晶系,C 2 / c空间群。晶胞参数 a=16.860(3) Å,b=12.4822(19)Å,c=7.6421(12) Å,a=90°,β=116.238(2)°,γ=90°,V=100(2) Å3
4.根据权利要求书2所述的苯并咪唑高氯酸盐,其特征在于所述化合物的不对称单元通过N–H⋯O 和 O–H⋯O生成一维链,然后一维链通过C–H⋯O形成了二维结构,在二维结构的基础又通过π⋯π堆积形成了三维结构。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的苯并咪唑高氯酸盐,其特征为所述化合物在室温下,在270nm处激发,其发射波长为419 nm。
