the turnover cover is provided with a turnover rod, the turnover rod is arranged at one end part of the turnover cover, which is close to the insulating shell, and the turnover rod is convenient to operate by stirring the turnover rod so as to rotate the turnover cover.

The anti-return device according to claim 1, wherein a handle portion is provided on the flip cover, and lifting the handle portion can separate the first waterproof glue and the second waterproof glue so that the second section of the conductive portion is exposed to the outside for connection with the grounding device.
3. The anti-return device according to claim 1, wherein the flip cover is provided with a pull ring, the pull ring is arranged at one end part of the flip cover, which is close to the insulating shell, and pulling the pull ring facilitates the operation of the flip cover to rotate.

the clamp body comprises a pressing plate and two clamping plates which are oppositely arranged, the pressing plate is clamped with the clamping plates, the cable is arranged between the two clamping plates, a threaded hole is formed in the pressing plate, and the cable is inserted into the threaded hole and screwed down by using a bolt so as to be fixed; the protective sleeve is covered outside the clamp body, and sealant is arranged in the protective sleeve;
a rotating shaft is fixedly arranged on the insulating shell, and two sides of the turnover cover are respectively and movably connected with the rotating shaft so that the turnover cover can rotate along the rotating shaft; the turnover cover rotates in the anticlockwise direction under the state of being turned over and opened, and the insulating shell plays a limiting role on the rotation of the turnover cover;
an opening is formed in one side, far away from the clamp body, of the turnover cover, and the turnover cover is rotated, and the opening moves from one side of the second section to the opposite side so that the second section is exposed; grooves are formed in two opposite sides of the opening, and the grooves are formed in the axial direction of the second section; the groove is used for installing waterproof glue; a first waterproof adhesive is arranged on one side of the opening, a second waterproof adhesive is arranged on the other side of the opening, and the first waterproof adhesive and the second waterproof adhesive extend to the middle of the opening respectively and contact with each other in the middle of the opening so as to seal the opening and protect the conductive part;
