The number of various control keys of the existing control device, such as a television remote controller, is large, but actually, the number of the common control keys is small, and the common control keys are often submerged in a large number of control keys, so that the common control keys are difficult to find quickly. Based on the above problem, the application provides a controlling means, aims at letting the user find commonly used control key fast, is particularly useful for under the environment that light is relatively weak. Fig. 1 is a control apparatus 100 for controlling an intelligent appliance, according to an exemplary embodiment, including: a touch sensing module 101 and a control module 102;
the touch sensing module 101 is located in a preset feature area 103 of the control device and used for sensing preset touch gesture information, and the number of the touch sensing modules 101 is at least one;
after the control module 102 analyzes preset touch gesture information sensed by one of the touch sensing modules 101, a corresponding control instruction is sent to the intelligent household appliance according to an analysis result.
The control device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application may be a remote controller or a control device integrated on the smart home appliance. The intelligent household appliance provided by the embodiment of the application can be a television, an air conditioner, an induction cooker, an electric fan, a microwave oven and other household appliances, and the type of the intelligent household appliance is not limited by the application.
In the conventional art, most of the control keys of the control device are located on the front side of the control device, and it is difficult to quickly find out the corresponding commonly used control keys due to the large number of the control keys, in order to solve the above problems, the touch sensing module 101 is located in the preset feature area 103 of the control device, and in some examples, the preset feature area 103 may be: the frame of the control device, the side of the control device, and the upper side, the lower side, the left side, the right side, etc. of the front or back side of the control device. The preset feature area 103 of the present application may be an area specified on a product specification, and in an environment with weak light, a user may quickly touch the area by means of the description of the specification. In some examples, when the control device is a remote controller, the preset characteristic region 103 is a region that is easily touched by a finger of a hand holding the remote controller or a region that is easily touched by another finger when the remote controller is held by a single hand; in some examples, when the control device is a control device integrated on the smart appliance, the preset characteristic region 103 is a region that is easily touched by a body when the smart appliance is laid flat.
In order to solve the above problems, in the embodiment of the present application, the touch sensing module 101 is used to replace a conventional mechanical key, and the touch sensing module 101 can sense preset touch gesture information, in some examples, the touch sensing module may be any one of the following types, such as a capacitive touch sensing key, a resistive touch sensing key, a capacitive touch sensing screen, an infrared sensing module, and the like.
The touch sensing module 101 provided by the embodiment of the application can be fully distributed in the whole preset characteristic region 103, and can also be only a part of the preset characteristic region 103, and the application does not limit the proportional relation of the touch sensing module occupying the preset characteristic region.
The preset touch gesture information provided by the embodiment of the application comprises at least one of the following information: the gesture information sliding along the preset feature region, the gesture information sliding along the preset feature region and long-pressing at the stop position, the gesture information of clicking, the gesture information sliding along a straight line and the like are not limited in the form of the preset touch gesture information.
The control instruction provided by the embodiment of the application is an instruction sent by the control device to adjust the functional parameters of the intelligent household appliance, namely the control device sends the control instruction, and the intelligent household appliance adjusts the corresponding functional parameters according to the control instruction. In some examples, the control instructions include: volume adjustment instruction (including volume increase instruction and volume decrease instruction), channel jump instruction (including channel increase instruction and channel decrease instruction) and firepower adjustment instruction (including firepower increase instruction and firepower decrease instruction), etc., the functional parameters respectively corresponding to the above-mentioned control instructions are volume adjustment (including volume increase and volume decrease), channel jump (including channel increase and channel decrease) and firepower adjustment (including firepower increase and firepower decrease), it can be understood that all the control instructions according with the present application are the protection content of the present application, and the present application does not limit the type of the control instructions. In some examples, the control instruction may also be a code value, and a mapping table between the code value and the function parameter of the intelligent appliance is stored in a system of the general intelligent appliance, for example, as shown in table 1, when the television function parameter corresponding to the code value 0x01 is a channel increase, and the control module sends the control instruction to the intelligent appliance, which is the code value 0x01, the television may increase the channel according to the corresponding relationship between the code value and the mapping table of the function parameter of the intelligent appliance.
Table 1 code value and function progress parameter mapping table
Code value Functional parameters

0x02 Channel reduction-

0x04 Volume reduction-
When the preset touch gesture information is gesture information sliding along the preset characteristic region, the finger slides in one direction, and the control device sends a first control instruction to the intelligent household appliance, for example, a volume increasing instruction of a television remote controller; the finger slides towards the other direction, and the control device sends a second control instruction to the intelligent household appliance, for example, a volume reduction instruction of a television remote controller; thus, two different control commands can be sent out according to two different sliding directions. However, the sliding direction of the preset touch gesture information is determined, generally, the sliding direction and distance of the user finger are determined by obtaining the coordinate information of the user finger, and obtaining the coordinate information needs to use an intelligent touch sensing module, such as a touch sensing screen of a smart phone, but the cost of the touch sensing module is high. In order to reduce the cost of the control device, in some examples, as shown in fig. 2a, the touch sensing module 201 is composed of a plurality of sub touch sensing modules S1 to Sn +1, the sub touch sensing modules are located in the preset feature region 203 of the control device 200, where the preset touch gesture information is taken as gesture information sliding along the preset feature region 203 as an example, the control device 202 may determine a sliding direction of the preset touch gesture information according to a sequence in which the sub touch sensing modules are touched, and send a corresponding control instruction to the intelligent appliance through the sliding direction information. For example, the sequence of the sub touch sensing modules being touched is S1 → Sn +1, and a first control instruction is sent to the intelligent appliance; and the non-touch sequence of the sub-touch sensing modules is Sn +1 → S1 in sequence, and a second control instruction is sent to the intelligent household appliance. In this way, the control device 202 can determine the sliding direction of the finger of the user without acquiring the coordinate information of the touch position of the user, and can issue two different control instructions according to two different sliding directions. Of course, in some examples, the end position of the finger sliding may be on a certain sub touch sensing module or between two sub touch sensing modules.
The first control command provided in the embodiments of the present application is different from the second control command, and in some examples, the first control command and the second control command form a set of control commands, for example, the first control command is a volume increasing command, and the second control command is a volume decreasing command, so that the first control command and the second control command form a set of control commands for adjusting the volume. In some examples, the first control command and the second control command belong to two different sets of control commands, for example, the first control command is a volume adjustment command, and the second control command is a channel jump command.
In some examples, in order to facilitate user operation, a finger only needs to sequentially touch at least two sub-touch sensing modules for sensing the sliding direction of the finger, and the number of the sub-touch sensing modules touched by the finger is not limited in the application. For example, fig. 2b shows an embodiment in which the control device is a television remote controller 200, the preset feature region 203 is a side edge of the remote controller, the touch sensing module 201 is composed of 9 sub-touch sensing modules, which are S1 and S2 … … S9 respectively, taking the case that the touch sensing module controls the volume of the television as an example, the preset touch gesture information is gesture information sliding along the side edge of the remote controller, and when a finger sequentially touches S3, S4, S5, and S6, the control device sends a control instruction to the television to reduce the volume; when the finger sequentially touches S8 and S7, a control instruction for volume increase is issued to the television.
In order to avoid misoperation caused by inadvertent touch on the touch sensing area, in some examples, before a control instruction is sent to the intelligent household appliance, whether the number of the sub touch sensing modules which are sequentially slid reaches a preset value is judged, and the control instruction is sent to the intelligent household appliance according to a judgment result. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the control device is a control device integrated in an induction cooker, the touch sensing module is composed of 7 sub-touch sensing modules, which are respectively S1 and S2 … … S7, and is located at the front side of the induction cooker, the control module analyzes preset touch gesture information sensed by the touch sensing module and sends a control instruction for adjusting the fire power, if a user touches the front side of the induction cooker carelessly, the control module is likely to make a misjudgment, and sends the control instruction for adjusting the fire power, so that it is necessary to determine whether the number of sub-touch sensing modules sequentially slid reaches a preset value, for example, if a finger needs to sequentially slide at least 4 sub-touch sensing modules to send the control instruction, the finger sequentially touches S2, S3, S4, and S5, the control instruction is successfully sent to the intelligent appliance, and if the number of the sequentially touched sub-touch sensing modules is less than 4, the control instruction is not successfully sent to the intelligent appliance, therefore, misjudgment of the preset touch gesture information can be reduced.
Some intelligent household appliances need to continuously send the same control instruction for multiple times, such as a volume adjustment instruction of a television, a channel jump instruction, a temperature adjustment instruction of an air conditioner, and the like, taking the channel jump instruction of the television as an example, if a user needs to jump 10 channels quickly, the user needs to operate preset touch finger information for 10 times, which causes inconvenience for the user to operate. In order to solve the above problem, in some examples, the sending the control command to the intelligent appliance according to the analysis result may further include: and if the preset touch gesture information is sliding along the characteristic region and the touch signal detected at the sliding ending position reaches the preset time, continuously sending a control instruction to the intelligent household appliance. For example, sliding along one side of the feature region may indicate that a command for increasing the volume is issued to the smart appliance, and then sliding along one side of the feature region and pressing for a long time at the end position may indicate that a plurality of commands for increasing the volume are continuously issued to the smart appliance.
A plurality of common control instructions exist in many intelligent appliances, such as a television, where the common control instructions are a volume adjustment instruction (including a volume increase instruction and a volume decrease instruction), and a channel jump instruction (including a channel increase instruction and a channel decrease instruction), and thus it is necessary to send a plurality of control instructions to the intelligent appliances, in order to send a plurality of different control instructions to the intelligent appliances, in some examples, as shown in fig. 4, a first touch sensing module 401 and a second touch sensing module 411 are installed on the control device 400, in some examples, the first touch sensing module 401 and the second touch sensing module 411 may be in the same preset feature area, and in some examples, the first touch sensing module 401 and the second touch sensing module 411 may be in different preset feature areas; the first touch sensing module 401 and the second touch sensing module 411 are respectively connected to the control module 402, and the control module 402 sends a first control instruction to the intelligent appliance 404 according to a preset touch gesture sensed by the first touch sensing module 401; the control module 402 sends a second control instruction to the intelligent appliance 404 according to the preset touch gesture sensed by the second touch sensing module 411; if the control device 400 is a tv remote controller, the first control command may be a volume adjustment command (which may include a volume increase command and a volume decrease command), and the second control command may be a channel jump command (which may include a channel increase command and a channel decrease command).
In practical application, if the control device needs to send a plurality of common control commands to the intelligent household electrical appliance, at least one touch sensing module needs to be designed for each set of control commands, which will increase the cost of the control device, and based on cost consideration, in some examples, in order to issue a plurality of different control commands to the intelligent appliance, which may also be implemented by the apparatus shown in fig. 5, the control apparatus 500 further includes a switching module 504, when the control module 502 senses the preset touch gesture information of the touch sensing module 501 connected to the control module, it sends a first control command to the intelligent appliance, and if the switching module 504 is triggered, the next time the control module 502 senses the preset touch gesture information of the touch sensing module 501 connected thereto, and sending a second control instruction to the intelligent household appliance, and if the switching module is triggered again, sending a first control instruction to the intelligent household appliance. The switching module can be a physical key or a touch sensing module, and the form of the switching module is not limited in the application. The number of control instructions is not limited in the present application.
In some examples, the switching control instruction of the switching module may also be implemented in other manners, where the control device is a television remote controller 600, and the switching module is used to switch volume adjustment and channel hopping, for example, as shown in fig. 6a, if the switching module 604 is triggered, the control module 602 connected to the switching module sends a switching instruction 610 to the television, and after the instruction parsing module 611 of the television obtains the switching instruction, the steps shown in fig. 6b are executed:
s602, judging the corresponding relation between the control instruction corresponding to the touch sensing module and the functional parameter;
in some examples, the correspondence between the control instruction and the function parameter may be a code value and function progress parameter mapping table.
S603, when the control instruction corresponds to control channel skipping, switching the function parameter corresponding to the control instruction into control volume adjustment;
s604, when the control instruction corresponds to the volume adjustment, the function parameter corresponding to the control instruction is switched to control the channel jump.
The instruction processing module 612 performs adjustment of the corresponding function parameter according to the result analyzed by the instruction analyzing module 611.
In some examples, the switching module may also be replaced by special preset switching touch gesture information, so that the cost of the control device may be lower, and after the touch sensing module senses the first preset touch gesture information, whether the second touch gesture information is sensed within a preset time is determined; if the information of the second touch gesture is not sensed, sending a control instruction to the intelligent household appliance; if the information of the second touch gesture is sensed, a switching instruction is sent to the intelligent household appliance; the switching instruction includes any one of: and switching the corresponding relation between the code value of the control instruction in the intelligent household appliance system and the control function, or switching the control instruction corresponding to the touch sensing module. For example, the preset touch gesture slides along the preset feature area, a single sliding is to send a control instruction to the intelligent household appliance, and a quick sliding is to send a switching instruction to the intelligent household appliance twice.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the control device, the application also provides an embodiment of a control method.

determining a sliding direction of preset touch gesture information according to the sequence of the sub-touch sensing modules being touched; the preset touch gesture information may be gesture information sliding along the feature region.
