一种仿皮革针织复合面料的制备方法,涉及一种针织面料,仿皮革针织复合面料包括基布、无纺布和聚氨酯涂层,步骤A:在基布上均匀的涂抹热熔胶,然后在热熔胶上放置无纺布形成预制面料;步骤B:对预制面料进行加热;步骤C:在预制面料上的无纺布表面均匀的涂抹聚氨酯涂料,涂抹完后在20~25℃下静置24h,使之形成聚氨酯涂层;步骤D:通过染色剂对预制面料进行染色;步骤E:对预制面料进行烘干;步骤F:对预制面料进行复定型。本方法生产出的仿皮革面料由全棉或涤棉成分的基布、无纺布和聚氨酯涂层构成,相比现有的皮革具有仿真度高,透气性好,可降解的特性,是一种对环境友好型面料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种针织面料,特别涉及一种仿皮革面料。
背景技术
皮革是经脱毛和鞣制等物理、化学加工所得到的已经变性不易腐烂的动物皮。革是由天然蛋白质纤维在三维空间紧密编织构成的,其表面有一种特殊的粒面层,具有自然的粒纹和光泽,手感舒适。在人类进化的过程中,人们发现一些植物的汁液或矿物油对皮革具有一定的鞣性,原料皮通过汁液的浸泡,更具有透气性,防腐性。从而使板质具有柔软、抗撕裂性、耐曲折性等物化性能。这个时期的皮才真正具备了革制品的特性。而这种汁液我们称之为鞣剂。制革业发展到上个世纪中期形成稳定的鞣剂大致分为以下三类:1.植物鞣剂:主要有栲胶,用于工业用革或底革。2.矿物鞣剂:主要有铬盐、铝盐,用于各种民用革。如服装等。3.有机鞣剂:主要有甲醛、戊二醛等,用于毛皮裘皮及各类细杂皮。由于皮革的材料和结构原因,大部分的皮革透气性不佳,在夏天使用非常不舒服,同时因为物理加工以及化学加工时需要使用助剂的原因,现有的皮革大部分生产流程都不环保,且皮革成品也不易降解。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种仿皮革针织复合面料的制备方法,本方法生产出的仿皮革面料由基布、无纺布和聚氨酯涂层构成,相比现有的皮革具有仿真度高,透气性好,可降解的特性,在制造过程中无需化学助剂,是一种对环境友好型面料。
为了解决上述技术问题,一种仿皮革针织复合面料的制备方法,仿皮革针织复合面料包括基布、无纺布和聚氨酯涂层,织造方法包括以下几个步骤,步骤A:在基布上均匀的涂抹热熔胶,然后在热熔胶上放置无纺布形成预制面料;步骤B:对预制面料进行加热,在5min~15min内将预制面料温度升温到80℃至100℃,然后保持至少10分钟,再然后在20min内将温度降至20℃;步骤C:在预制面料上的无纺布表面均匀的涂抹聚氨酯涂料,涂抹完后在20~25℃下静置24h,使之形成聚氨酯涂层;步骤D:通过染色剂对预制面料进行染色;步骤E:对预制面料进行烘干;步骤F:对预制面料进行复定型,复定型完成后得到一种仿皮革针织复合面料。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述的基布为包括全棉或涤棉成分的汗布、棉毛、二线绒布、三线绒布。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述的无纺布为已聚丙烯树脂为原料的无纺布。
上述技术方案中,优选的,在步骤D中染色时需要加入添加剂,所述的添加剂为有机硅类消泡剂、除油剂、固色剂、匀染剂中的一种或几种混合物。
上述技术方案中,优选的,在步骤F中,将预制面料通过定型机进行复定型,其中轧液率在70%~90%、压辊压力在2Kpa~5KPa、烘箱温度在100℃~120℃、速度在15 m/s~35 m/s。
本发明的仿皮革面料由基布、无纺布、聚氨酯涂层,通过热熔胶复合而成。基布一般选择全棉或涤棉成分的汗布、棉毛、二线绒布、三线绒布等,基布主要提供成品的基础手感。无纺布主要成分为聚丙烯树脂,其作用为成品提供表面肌理、适当的挺括度及弹性回复性。聚氨酯涂层主要由聚氨酯和溶剂组成,主要用于模仿皮革表面光泽以及手感。本仿皮革面料的制造原理为通过模仿真皮原有结构,以基布、无纺布、聚氨酯涂层相互复合,通过在聚氨酯涂与基布中间添加无纺布,解决现有产品虽然柔软,但韧性不足,曲回运动生硬,弹性差的问题。同时采用已聚丙烯树脂为原料的无纺布和全棉或涤棉成分的基布,从原料上解决现有产品不佳的透气性以及不可降解的情况,减少环境污染。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本方法生产出的仿皮革面料由全棉或涤棉成分的基布、无纺布和聚氨酯涂层构成,相比现有的皮革具有仿真度高,透气性好,可降解的特性,在制造过程中无需化学助剂,是一种对环境友好型面料。

实施例1,一种仿皮革针织复合面料的制备方法,其特征为,仿皮革针织复合面料包括基布、无纺布和聚氨酯涂层,所述的基布为全棉汗布。所述的无纺布为已聚丙烯树脂为原料的无纺布。

1.一种仿皮革针织复合面料的制备方法,其特征为,仿皮革针织复合面料包括基布、无纺布和聚氨酯涂层,织造方法包括以下几个步骤,
步骤A:在基布上均匀的涂抹热熔胶,然后在热熔胶上放置无纺布形成预制面料;
步骤B:对预制面料进行加热,在5min~15min内将预制面料温度升温到80℃至100℃,然后保持至少10分钟,再然后在20min内将温度降至20℃;
步骤C:在预制面料上的无纺布表面均匀的涂抹聚氨酯涂料,涂抹完后在20~25℃下静置24h,使之形成聚氨酯涂层;
步骤D:通过染色剂对预制面料进行染色;
步骤E:对预制面料进行烘干;
步骤F:对预制面料进行复定型,复定型完成后得到一种仿皮革针织复合面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿皮革针织复合面料的制备方法,其特征为,所述的基布为包括全棉或涤棉成分的汗布、棉毛、二线绒布、三线绒布。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿皮革针织复合面料的制备方法,其特征为,在步骤D中染色时需要加入添加剂,所述的添加剂为有机硅类消泡剂、除油剂、固色剂、匀染剂中的一种或几种混合物。
