技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶的配方,尤其涉及一种纸管胶的生产配方。
背景技术
纸管用胶粘剂俗称纸管胶、纸筒胶等,是制作各种纸管、纸桶、纸罐及相关纸制品的一种专用胶粘剂。纸、布、塑料膜、金属箔等薄软材料,常用纸筒(纸管)卷绕成捆,做成纸筒芯卷状成品。这些纸筒一般是用牛皮纸或其它原料纸机械卷制卷、粘合而成,所用的黏合剂称为纸筒胶。目前市场上主要使用的纸管胶,多为水溶性黏合剂,主要由聚乙烯醇和玉米淀粉组成,采用现有技术中的该类纸管胶存在以下缺点:一方面,由于在冬天,由于温度较低,胶液无法完全聚集熔融形成完整的膜,而变成开裂状或粉状,以至于生产出来的纸管就会产生“抱管”现象,纸管的成品率较低;另一方面,由于该类纸管胶所需的成膜温度较高,因此干燥速度较慢,在干燥期间,容易造成产品变型等现象,且纸管抗压强度低,无法满足客户的使用要求,不利于该纸管胶的推广利用。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明提供一种纸管胶的生产配方。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种纸管胶的生产配方,其配方包括以下组分:有机高分子材料、粘合剂、单体、瓜尔豆胶、氢氧化钙或氢氧化钠或两者的混合物、石粉、杀菌防腐剂和催化剂。
进一步的,其配比按重量份计分别为:
有机高分子材料 70-75份;
粘合剂 2-5份;
单体 8-10份 ;
瓜尔豆胶 0.5-1.2份;
氢氧化钙或氢氧化钠或两者的混合物 4-5份;
石粉 10-12份;
杀菌防腐剂 1-3份;
催化剂 2-4份。
进一步的,所述有机高分子材料为环氧树脂或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物 。
进一步的,所述单体为聚氯乙烯或醋酸乙烯。
进一步的,所述粘合剂为聚乙烯醇或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是:组分配方科学合理,该种纸管胶生产出来的纸管质量较好,适宜推广运用,同时该纸管胶粘结强度大、耐水性好、无污染。

一种纸管胶的生产配方,其配方包括以下组分:环氧树脂、聚乙烯醇、聚氯乙烯、瓜尔豆胶、氢氧化钙或氢氧化钠或两者的混合物、石粉、杀菌防腐剂和催化剂;
其配比按重量份计分别为:
环氧树脂 70份;
聚乙烯醇 2份;
聚氯乙烯 8份 ;
瓜尔豆胶 0.5份;
氢氧化钙 4份;
石粉 10份;
杀菌防腐剂 1份;
催化剂 2份。
实施例2
一种纸管胶的生产配方,其配方包括以下组分:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、醋酸乙烯、瓜尔豆胶、氢氧化钙或氢氧化钠或两者的混合物、石粉、杀菌防腐剂和催化剂;
其配比按重量份计分别为:
有机高分子材料 72份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 3份;
醋酸乙烯 9份;
瓜尔豆胶 0.8份;
氢氧化钠 4.5份;
石粉 11份;
杀菌防腐剂 2份;
催化剂 3份。
实施例3
一种纸管胶的生产配方,其配方包括以下组分:环氧树脂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、醋酸乙烯、瓜尔豆胶、氢氧化钙或氢氧化钠或两者的混合物、石粉、杀菌防腐剂和催化剂;
其配比按重量份计分别为:
环氧树脂 75份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5份;
醋酸乙烯 10份 ;
瓜尔豆胶 1.2份;
氢氧化钙或氢氧化钠或两者的混合物 5份;
石粉 12份;
杀菌防腐剂 3份;
催化剂 4份。
本发明的有益效果是:组分配方科学合理,该种纸管胶生产出来的纸管质量较好,适宜推广运用,同时该纸管胶粘结强度大、耐水性好、无污染。

有机高分子材料 70-75份;
粘合剂 2-5份;
单体 8-10份 ;
瓜尔豆胶 0.5-1.2份;
氢氧化钙或氢氧化钠或两者的混合物 4-5份;
石粉 10-12份;
杀菌防腐剂 1-3份;
催化剂 2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种纸管胶的生产配方,其特征在于:所述有机高分子材料为环氧树脂或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物 。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种纸管胶的生产配方,其特征在于:所述单体为聚氯乙烯或醋酸乙烯。
