Abstract

本发明涉及本发明涉及到一种充气子午线轮胎。一种充气子午线轮胎,该轮胎包括胎体层、胎面层和带束层,所述的带束层包括至少有两层以上交叉的耐张力带束层,耐张力带束层的两个端部区域分别覆盖设置有两层第一零度带束层,耐张力带束层在冠部中部覆盖设置有两组一层以上的第二零度带束层。通过上述结构,解决了现有零度带束层结构的冠部中间扩张大、带束层位移量变化大等问题,造成轮胎使用寿命不良的影响。有效的控制了轮胎接地轮廓变形和带束层位移量变化,即解决了行驶后磨耗性能下降问题,又实现了提高耐久性能的载重充气子午线轮胎。

一种充气子午线轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及本发明涉及到一种耐充气子午线轮胎。
背景技术
一直以来,作为充气子午线轮胎的带束层,零度带束层结构是市场上卡客车常用的轮胎带束层结构。
现有零度带束层结构的轮胎轮胎,肩部在零度带束层作用下,有效的控制了轮胎肩部的扩张,降低了肩部偏磨现象的发生。不可忽视的是传统零度带束层结构存在冠部中间扩张加大,轮胎行驶后,接地轮廓形状变差,磨耗性能变差;且造成带束层的位移量变化较大,影响带束层耐久性能,进而影响轮胎的使用寿命。
一直以来,零度带束层结构和4层带束层结构是市场上卡客车常用的轮胎带束层结构。但是,4层带束层结构的充气子午线轮胎在高气压、高负荷作用下,易出现爆胎问题。然而,零度带束层结构的充气子午线轮胎则极少发生爆胎。因此,选用零度带束层结构是非常有必要的。
而现有的零度带束层结构的充气子午线轮胎,虽然肩部在零度带束层作用下,有效的控制了轮胎肩部的扩张,降低了肩部偏磨现象及爆胎现象的发生。但不可忽视的是现有零度带束层结构存在冠部中间扩张大,轮胎行驶后,接地轮廓形状变差,导致磨耗性能变差;且造成带束层的位移量变化较大,影响带束层耐久性能,进而影响轮胎的使用寿命。
通过大量的试验研究表明,现有的零度带束层结构的子午线轮胎,冠部和肩部接地长差值较大,对接地面轮廓的变化也产生影响。造成行驶后,现有零度带束层的中央部接地长比肩部长、容易发生中间易磨;现有零度带束层产生的位移量变化较大,易产生带束层端点的应力集中。导致轮胎磨耗性能下降,影响产品的耐久性能。因此,需要对现有的零度带束层结构进行改良是非常有必要的。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种充气子午线轮胎,通过本发明的零度带束层结构,即解决了接地轮廓变化影响造成的行使后磨耗性能下降问题,又解决了带束层位移变形量大造成的耐久性能下降问题,有效的提高了轮胎使用性能。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种充气子午线轮胎,该轮胎包括胎体层、胎面层和带束层,所述的带束层包括至少有两层以上交叉的耐张力带束层,耐张力带束层的两个端部区域分别覆盖设置有两层第一零度带束层,耐张力带束层在冠部中部覆盖设置有两组一层以上的第二零度带束层。
作为优选,所述的第二零度带束层为一层,第二零度带束层设置胎冠中心的10%区域至胎冠中心的60%区域,每组第二零度带束层的宽度应大于或等于第一零度带束层的宽度。
根据本发明,通过上述结构,解决了现有零度带束层结构的冠部中间扩张大、带束层位移量变化大等问题,造成轮胎使用寿命不良的影响。有效的控制了轮胎接地轮廓变形和带束层位移量变化,即解决了行驶后磨耗性能下降问题,又实现了提高耐久性能的载重充气子午线轮胎。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
在图1中,放大表示本发明的充气子午线轮胎的胎面部附近的剖面图。图示的本发明的充气子午线轮胎1为以胎体层2为骨架,在所述的胎体层2的轮胎半径方向外侧顺次层叠设置带束层6及胎面层7而成。
在本发明中,带束层6包括至少有2层以上交叉的耐张力带束层3组成,带束层6位于胎体层2为骨架上;第二零度带束层4位于带束层6端部位置(与现有0度结构一致)。
并且,第二度带束层5是有两组,且至少有一层以上0度带束层组成,位置在交叉的耐张力带束层6与胎面胶7之间,胎冠中心10的10%区域8与60%区域9之间,第二度带束层5宽度应大于或等于第二零度带束层4宽度。
根据本发明,通过上述结构,有效的控制了轮胎接地轮廓变形和带束层位移量变化,即解决了行驶后磨耗性能下降问题,又实现了提高耐久性能的载重充气子午线轮胎。
如下图2所示,分别是本发明零度带束层结构与现有零度带束层结构的行驶前和行驶后的胎面接地印痕图,测试规格是12.00R20的充气子午线轮胎。
在试验的充气子午线轮胎中,轮胎的胎面接地印痕图中间扩张,本发明结构明显优于现有零度带束层结构的充气子午线轮胎,尤其是在行驶后,本发明的零度带束层结构的胎面接地印痕图中间扩张明显减小。证实了使用本发明的零度带束层结构的充气子午线轮胎能够改善产品在行使后的磨耗性能。
在图3所示,充气子午线轮胎外直径伸张分布(胎面冠部中央和肩部)和行驶前后的差别示意图。本发明带束层在行驶前后都呈现出均等的伸张变化;而零度带束层虽然在充气作用下表现出均等变化,但行驶后只有冠部中间伸张。
在图4、5、6中所示,充气子午线轮胎外直径伸张分布(胎面冠部中央和肩部)和行驶前后外直径的变化值。证实了使用本发明的零度带束层结构的充气子午线轮胎能够改善产品在行使后的带束层位移量变化值减小,能够有效改善产品的耐久性能。
根据企业标准如表1所示,对这两种结构进行室内耐久性能试验测试,本发明的零度带束层结构的室内耐久性能测试水平高出现有零度带束层结构的10%。

Claims (2)

1.一种充气子午线轮胎,该轮胎包括胎体层、胎面层和带束层,其特征在于:所述的带束层包括至少有两层以上交叉的耐张力带束层,耐张力带束层的两个端部区域分别覆盖设置有两层第一零度带束层,耐张力带束层在冠部中部覆盖设置有两组一层以上的第二零度带束层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气子午线轮胎,其特征在于:第二零度带束层为一层,第二零度带束层设置胎冠中心的10%区域至胎冠中心的60%区域,每组第二零度带束层的宽度应大于或等于第一零度带束层的宽度。
