面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。梭织面料:是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物。其基本组织有平纹(plain)、斜纹(twill)、缎纹(satinweave)三种。不同的梭织面料也是由这三种基本组织及由其变化多端的组织而构成。针织面料:用织针将纱线或长丝构成线圈,再把线圈相互串套而成,由于针织物的线圈结构特征,单位长度内储纱量较多,因此大多有很好的弹性。针织面料有单面和双面之分。
防静电服的要求很高,在一些工厂中,需要工人穿着防静电服,工厂中严禁烟火和静电,静电对设备产生影响,现有的防静电服结构简单,功能单一,防静电面料功能一多,各夹层之间容易产生静电,如何避免静电的产生呢,为此,本发明提出一种防静电面料以及加工方法。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种防静电面料以及加工方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种防静电面料,包括第一防静电层、第二防静电层、第三防静电层、防水层、抗菌层、阻燃层、隔热层和内层,内层的顶面设有第一防静电层,第一防静电层的顶面设有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的顶部设有第二防静电层,第二防静电层的顶面设有抗菌层,抗菌层的顶面设有第三防静电层,第三防静电层的顶面设有隔热层,隔热层的顶面设有防水层,第一防静电层、第二防静电层和第三防静电层的规格相同,第一防静电层、第二防静电层和第三防静电层均包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的导电金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层,弹性纤维上缠绕有多组导电金属丝组,导电金属丝组包括4~15根导电金属丝,多组导电金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组导电金属丝组的相邻两根导电金属丝距离的5~15倍,隔热层采用棉质材料编织而成。

S2,将阻燃腈纶、精梳棉、阻燃尼龙、芳纶、阻燃粘胶和聚苯硫醚纤维熔融放入搅拌器中充分搅拌,转速为5000~6000转/min,搅拌时间为2~3h,再将阻燃剂ATP加入,调节转速6000~7000转/min,搅拌时间为1~1.5h,加入表面活性剂混匀,从喷丝板中挤出,形成纤维,将纤维编织成纱线A;
S3,将S2中的纱线A编织成阻燃层;

本发明提出的一种防静电面料,包括第一防静电层、第二防静电层、第三防静电层、防水层、抗菌层、阻燃层、隔热层和内层,其特征在于,内层的顶面设有第一防静电层,第一防静电层的顶面设有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的顶部设有第二防静电层,第二防静电层的顶面设有抗菌层,抗菌层的顶面设有第三防静电层,第三防静电层的顶面设有隔热层,隔热层的顶面设有防水层,第一防静电层、第二防静电层和第三防静电层的规格相同,第一防静电层、第二防静电层和第三防静电层均包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的导电金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层,弹性纤维上缠绕有多组导电金属丝组,导电金属丝组包括7根导电金属丝,多组导电金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组导电金属丝组的相邻两根导电金属丝距离的8倍,隔热层采用棉质材料编织而成。
本发明提出的一种防静电面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤,
S1,阻燃层具有以下重量份的各原料:阻燃腈纶65份、精梳棉25份、阻燃尼龙4份、芳纶4份、阻燃粘胶2份、聚苯硫醚纤维7份、阻燃剂ATP 12份;
S2,将阻燃腈纶、精梳棉、阻燃尼龙、芳纶、阻燃粘胶和聚苯硫醚纤维熔融放入搅拌器中充分搅拌,转速为5400转/min,搅拌时间为2.5h,再将阻燃剂ATP加入,调节转速6400转/min,搅拌时间为1.2h,加入表面活性剂混匀,从喷丝板中挤出,形成纤维,将纤维编织成纱线A;
S3,将S2中的纱线A编织成阻燃层;
S4,第一防静电层、第二防静电层、第三防静电层、抗菌层、阻燃层、隔热层和内层通过针线缝合在一起,隔热层的表面喷涂有一层防水层,得到本产品。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种防静电面料,包括第一防静电层、第二防静电层、第三防静电层、防水层、抗菌层、阻燃层、隔热层和内层,其特征在于,内层的顶面设有第一防静电层,第一防静电层的顶面设有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的顶部设有第二防静电层,第二防静电层的顶面设有抗菌层,抗菌层的顶面设有第三防静电层,第三防静电层的顶面设有隔热层,隔热层的顶面设有防水层,第一防静电层、第二防静电层和第三防静电层的规格相同,第一防静电层、第二防静电层和第三防静电层均包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的导电金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层,弹性纤维上缠绕有多组导电金属丝组,导电金属丝组包括9根导电金属丝,多组导电金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组导电金属丝组的相邻两根导电金属丝距离的10倍,隔热层采用棉质材料编织而成。

S2,将阻燃腈纶、精梳棉、阻燃尼龙、芳纶、阻燃粘胶和聚苯硫醚纤维熔融放入搅拌器中充分搅拌,转速为5600转/min,搅拌时间为2.6h,再将阻燃剂ATP加入,调节转速6600转/min,搅拌时间为1.25h,加入表面活性剂混匀,从喷丝板中挤出,形成纤维,将纤维编织成纱线A;
S3,将S2中的纱线A编织成阻燃层;
S4,第一防静电层、第二防静电层、第三防静电层、抗菌层、阻燃层、隔热层和内层通过针线缝合在一起,隔热层的表面喷涂有一层防水层,得到本产品。
实施例四
本发明提出的一种防静电面料,包括第一防静电层、第二防静电层、第三防静电层、防水层、抗菌层、阻燃层、隔热层和内层,其特征在于,内层的顶面设有第一防静电层,第一防静电层的顶面设有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的顶部设有第二防静电层,第二防静电层的顶面设有抗菌层,抗菌层的顶面设有第三防静电层,第三防静电层的顶面设有隔热层,隔热层的顶面设有防水层,第一防静电层、第二防静电层和第三防静电层的规格相同,第一防静电层、第二防静电层和第三防静电层均包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的导电金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层,弹性纤维上缠绕有多组导电金属丝组,导电金属丝组包括12根导电金属丝,多组导电金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组导电金属丝组的相邻两根导电金属丝距离的12倍,隔热层采用棉质材料编织而成。
本发明提出的一种防静电面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤,
S1,阻燃层具有以下重量份的各原料:阻燃腈纶70份、精梳棉32份、阻燃尼龙5份、芳纶5份、阻燃粘胶3份、聚苯硫醚纤维8份、阻燃剂ATP 14份;
S2,将阻燃腈纶、精梳棉、阻燃尼龙、芳纶、阻燃粘胶和聚苯硫醚纤维熔融放入搅拌器中充分搅拌,转速为5800转/min,搅拌时间为2.7h,再将阻燃剂ATP加入,调节转速6800转/min,搅拌时间为1.5h,加入表面活性剂混匀,从喷丝板中挤出,形成纤维,将纤维编织成纱线A;
S3,将S2中的纱线A编织成阻燃层;
S4,第一防静电层、第二防静电层、第三防静电层、抗菌层、阻燃层、隔热层和内层通过针线缝合在一起,隔热层的表面喷涂有一层防水层,得到本产品。
分别测试本发明实施例一~四中制备的防静电面料的抗拉能力,并测试市场售卖的面料作对照,得出如下参数:

1.一种防静电面料,包括第一防静电层、第二防静电层、第三防静电层、防水层、抗菌层、阻燃层、隔热层和内层,其特征在于,内层的顶面设有第一防静电层,第一防静电层的顶面设有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的顶部设有第二防静电层,第二防静电层的顶面设有抗菌层,抗菌层的顶面设有第三防静电层,第三防静电层的顶面设有隔热层,隔热层的顶面设有防水层,第一防静电层、第二防静电层和第三防静电层的规格相同,第一防静电层、第二防静电层和第三防静电层均包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的导电金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层,弹性纤维上缠绕有多组导电金属丝组,导电金属丝组包括4~15根导电金属丝,多组导电金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组导电金属丝组的相邻两根导电金属丝距离的5~15倍,隔热层采用棉质材料编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电面料,其特征在于,所述防水层表面涂有一层防水涂料,该防水涂料采用特氟龙高性能特种涂料,特氟龙高性能特种涂料是以聚四氟乙烯为基体树脂的氟涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电面料,其特征在于,所述内层的经纱和纬纱分别为棉线和绒线,且棉线和绒线以相互沉浮、交错的方式编织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌层采用银纤维涤纶线交替沉浮编织而成,银纤维涤纶线包括涤纶线主体和银离子外壳,其中涤纶线主体的表面包裹有银离子外壳,银离子外壳由金属银组成。
5.一种防静电面料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
S1,阻燃层具有以下重量份的各原料:阻燃腈纶55~80份、精梳棉15~40份、阻燃尼龙3~7份、芳纶3~7份、阻燃粘胶1~3份、聚苯硫醚纤维5~10份、阻燃剂ATP 10~15份;
S2,将阻燃腈纶、精梳棉、阻燃尼龙、芳纶、阻燃粘胶和聚苯硫醚纤维熔融放入搅拌器中充分搅拌,转速为5000~6000转/min,搅拌时间为2~3h,再将阻燃剂ATP加入,调节转速6000~7000转/min,搅拌时间为1~1.5h,加入表面活性剂混匀,从喷丝板中挤出,形成纤维,将纤维编织成纱线A;
S3,将S2中的纱线A编织成阻燃层;
S4,第一防静电层、第二防静电层、第三防静电层、抗菌层、阻燃层、隔热层和内层通过针线缝合在一起,隔热层的表面喷涂有一层防水层,得到本产品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防静电面料的加工方法,其特征在于,喷丝板的喷丝孔直径为0.10-0.20mm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种防静电面料的加工方法,其特征在于,阻燃层的面料经线密度为70-90根/cm,纬线密度为60-100根/cm。
