Background
The water supply system in the water dispenser requires a plurality of straight and curved silicone rubber tubes conforming to the grade of drinking water. Because the pressure bursting resistance of the silicon rubber pipe produced by extrusion cannot meet the requirements, the silicon rubber pipe can meet the requirements only by adopting mould pressing or injection vulcanization forming. When the mould is developed, the structure of the silicon rubber long tubular product can only adopt a fishbone-shaped mould core structure, and the product is attached to the fishbone-shaped mould core after being formed and can only be manually and sequentially demoulded and taken down. When the temperature of the die reaches 170 ℃ during production, gloves are needed to be worn for heat insulation in the whole process, the operation is inconvenient, the operation time is long, the temperature loss can be caused, and the productivity is low finally.
