Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有开孔式极片的纽扣锂电池,包括负极盖、正极壳、负极盖外缘与正极壳上收口之间设有绝缘密封环,正极壳内由上至下依次设有锂离子负极片、电池隔膜、正极片,正极片与正极壳之间设有极片钢环,正极壳内填充有电解液,所述正极片开设有至少一个开孔;由于正极片设有开孔,在保证了电池正极片的直径及厚度尺寸的前提下,有效提高了电解液的储存空间,借助增加电解液能提供更佳活性,从而提升了纽扣锂电池的性能及使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纽扣锂电池,特别是一种具有开孔式极片的纽扣锂电池。
背景技术
纽扣锂电池是指外形尺寸象一颗小纽扣的锂离子电池,相对于柱状电池来说纽扣电池直径较大,厚度较薄,如厚度仅为1.6mm、3.2 mm等。纽扣锂电池结构如图1所示,包括负极盖1’、正极壳2’、负极盖外缘与正极壳上收口之间设有绝缘密封环3’,正极壳内由上至下依次设有锂离子负极片4’、电池隔膜5’、正极片6’, 极片钢环9’,正极壳内填充有电解液;现有的纽扣锂电池均采用一块较薄的负极片与一块较厚的碳基正极片的配对结构。对于这类电池来说,理论上电解液越多,其性能及使用寿命越有保障,但由于正极片及其它部件已占用了较大的空间。因此,如何合理改进结构以便于储存更多的电解液成为本发明人重点研究的内容。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可储存更多电解液、空间利用率高,使用寿命长的具有开孔式极片的纽扣锂电池。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的具有开孔式极片的纽扣锂电池,包括负极盖、正极壳、负极盖外缘与正极壳上收口之间设有绝缘密封环,正极壳内由上至下依次设有锂离子负极片、电池隔膜、正极片,正极片与正极壳之间设有极片钢环,正极壳内填充有电解液,所述正极片开设有至少一个开孔。
本发明的进一步改进,所述开孔为开设于正极片上的通孔、盲孔或凹位。
本发明的进一步改进,所述通孔开设于正极片中间。
本发明的有益效果是:由于正极片设有开孔,在保证了电池正极片的直径及厚度尺寸的前提下,有效提高了电解液的储存空间,借助增加电解液能提供更佳活性,从而提升了纽扣锂电池的性能及使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参照图2所示,具有开孔式极片的纽扣锂电池,包括负极盖1、正极壳2、负极盖1外缘与正极壳2上收口之间设有绝缘密封环3,正极壳2内由上至下依次设有锂离子负极片4、电池隔膜5、正极片,正极片与正极壳2之间设有极片钢环,正极壳2内填充有电解液,正极片开设有至少一个开孔。进一步,开孔为开设于正极片中间或中间周围的上下贯通的通孔、盲孔或凹位。由于正极片设有开孔,在保证了电池正极片的直径及厚度尺寸的前提下,有效提高了电解液的储存空间,从而提升了纽扣锂电池的性能及使用寿命。

1.具有开孔式极片的纽扣锂电池,包括负极盖(1)、正极壳(2)、负极盖(1)外缘与正极壳(2)上收口之间设有绝缘密封环(3),正极壳(2)内由上至下依次设有锂离子负极片(4)、电池隔膜(5)、正极片,正极片与正极壳(2)之间设有极片钢环,正极壳(2)内填充有电解液,其特征在于:所述正极片开设有至少一个开孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有开孔式极片的纽扣锂电池,其特征在于:所述开孔为开设于正极片上的通孔、盲孔或凹位。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有开孔式极片的纽扣锂电池,其特征在于:所述通孔开设于正极片中间。
