Background
With the progress of drilling technology, horizontal hole drilling is gradually developing in the field of geological exploration in order to save drilling cost and improve efficiency. In consideration of the universality and interchangeability of drilling tools, a water path sealing device is additionally arranged on the basis of the original surface drilling tools, the sealing device in the prior art generally changes the structures of a spearhead and a spearhead seat, the pointed cone at the upper part of the spearhead is unchanged, the rest parts are changed into hollow structures, water holes are arranged on the side walls, the spearhead seat is also changed into hollow structures, the water holes are arranged on the side walls, a sealing ring is arranged between the spearhead and the spearhead seat, and a layer of hollow sleeve is arranged outside the spearhead seat for controlling the opening and closing of a water path. Because the condition in the drilling hole is complex, the waterway opening and closing mechanism in the background art is a passive mechanism, and the opening and closing of the waterway opening and closing mechanism is influenced by water flow in the hole, other mechanisms of the drilling tool and the like, and the waterway sealing mechanism of the drilling tool is easy to open in the delivery process, so that the delivery speed of the drilling tool is reduced or the delivery fails.

The invention aims to provide a waterway sealing device and a waterway sealing method for a horizontal hole drilling tool, which are opened and closed by water flow, are not influenced by other mechanisms, have reliable actions, greatly improve the delivery speed of the drilling tool assembly and solve the problems in the prior art.

a waterway sealing device of a horizontal hole drilling tool comprises a hollow tube body, a sleeve body, a valve body, a sealing ring seat, a sealing piston and a sealing seat; the sealing ring seat slides in the hollow pipe body, the sealing ring seat is of a hollow structure, a sealing ring seat stepped hole is formed in the sealing ring seat, and internal threads are formed at the front end and the rear end of the sealing ring seat stepped hole; the sleeve body is of a hollow inner cavity structure, the front end is closed, and the rear end is provided with a valve body hole; the sleeve body is provided with a sleeve outside, the sleeve slides on the outer surface of the sleeve body, two symmetrical holes are arranged on the sleeve, and the elastic pins are arranged in the symmetrical holes; the outer surface of the rear end of the sleeve body is provided with external threads which are connected with the internal threads of the front end of the stepped hole of the sealing ring seat in a matching way; the circumference of the outer surface of the front end of the sleeve body is provided with a slide way and a straight water-through groove, the slide way and the straight water-through groove are arranged at 90 degrees, and the slide way, the straight water-through groove and the valve body hole are communicated with the inner cavity of the sleeve body; the inner cavity of the sleeve body is provided with a valve body, the valve body is formed by a cylinder, a hemisphere and a cone, the cylinder and the hemisphere are in cone transition, the hemisphere is positioned at the rear end of the sleeve body, the cylinder is positioned at the front end of the sleeve body, the cylinder is provided with a positioning chute, and an elastic pin respectively penetrates through the positioning chute, a slideway on the sleeve body and two symmetrical holes on the sleeve; the diameter of the cylinder is smaller than the outer diameter of the hemispherical body, the outer diameter of the hemispherical body is smaller than the inner diameter of the valve body hole, a sealing ring is arranged between the hemispherical body and the valve body hole, and the sealing ring is arranged in the sealing ring seat; the inner diameter of the sealing ring is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the hemispherical body, but larger than the diameter of the cylinder, and the outer diameter of the sealing ring is larger than the inner diameter of the valve body hole; the sealing seat is of a hollow structure, a through hole is formed in the sealing seat, an external thread is arranged on the outer surface of the front end of the sealing seat, and the sealing seat is connected with the internal thread of the rear end of the stepped hole of the sealing seat in a matching manner; the outer surface of the sealing ring seat is provided with a sealing piston; the water-passing straight groove, the inner cavity of the sleeve body, the valve body hole, the stepped hole of the sealing ring seat and the through hole of the sealing seat form a water flow channel, and the water flow channel is controlled to be on-off by the valve body.
The outer diameters of the sleeve, the sleeve body, the sealing ring seat and the sealing piston are slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow pipe body, and the whole body slides in the hollow pipe body.
The sealing ring is of a circular ring structure, the inner diameter of the sealing ring is slightly smaller than the diameter of the hemispherical body, and symmetrical chamfer angles are arranged on two side edges of the circular ring structure.
The sealing piston is provided with a circular ring groove, and the opening of the circular ring groove faces the sealing ring seat; the through hole in the sealing seat is a stepped hole.
The positioning sliding groove is an axial strip-shaped groove, the elastic pin slides in the positioning sliding groove, and the axial length of the positioning sliding groove is the stroke of the valve body; the valve body moves under the action of water flow, the positioning chute controls the movement stroke of the valve body, and the opening and closing of the waterway are realized.
A waterway sealing method of a horizontal hole drilling tool adopts the sealing device and comprises the following steps:
connecting the drilling tool with the sealing seat of the sealing device, and enabling the drilling tool and the sealing seat of the sealing device to enter the hollow pipe together, wherein the drilling tool is arranged in front, and the sealing device is arranged in back; during the advancing process, water is supplied to the hollow pipe body; an annular gap of 3-4mm is formed between the inner wall of the hollow pipe body and the drilling tool, so that the drilling tool can slide along the hollow pipe body; an annular gap of 0.15-0.25 mm is reserved between the sealing piston and the hollow pipe body, and the annular groove of the sealing piston is inflated under the action of water pressure, so that the sealing piston is stuck to the inner wall of the hollow pipe body to block a water flow passage; the outer diameter of the hemispherical body of the valve body is larger than the inner diameter of the sealing ring, the valve body moves under the action of water flow, the hemispherical body clings to the sealing ring, and the water flow is blocked; the inner water flow channel and the outer water flow channel of the drilling tool are blocked, and the drilling tool rapidly slides in the hollow pipe body under the action of water flow; after the drilling tool reaches the bottom of the hole, the drilling tool is motionless, under the condition of continuous water supply, the water pressure is increased, when the pressure-bearing limit of the sealing ring is reached, the hemispherical body of the valve body penetrates through the sealing ring, the sealing ring is out of action, and the water flow channel is opened and normally drilled by the straight through water channel, the inner cavity of the sleeve body, the valve body hole, the stepped hole of the sealing ring seat and the through hole of the sealing seat.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the drilling tool is opened and closed by means of water flow, is not influenced by other mechanisms, is reliable in action, and greatly improves the delivery speed of the drilling tool assembly; the inner water passage and the outer water passage of the drilling tool are sealed, and the drilling tool is fast in delivery speed, stable and reliable.

The outer diameters of the sleeve 2, the sleeve body 4, the sealing ring seat 7 and the sealing piston 8 are slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow pipe body 1, and the whole body slides in the hollow pipe body 1.
The sealing ring 6 is of a circular ring structure, the inner diameter of the sealing ring is slightly smaller than the diameter of the hemispherical body 14, and symmetrical chamfer angles 18 are arranged on two side edges of the circular ring structure.
The sealing piston 8 is provided with a circular groove 15, and the opening of the circular groove faces the sealing ring seat 7; the through hole in the sealing seat 9 is a stepped hole.
The positioning sliding groove 13 is an axial strip-shaped groove, the elastic pin 3 slides in the positioning sliding groove 13, and the axial length of the positioning sliding groove 13 is the stroke of the valve body 5; the valve body 5 moves under the action of water flow, and the positioning chute 13 controls the movement stroke of the valve body, so that the water way is opened and closed.
A waterway sealing method of a horizontal hole drilling tool adopts the sealing device and comprises the following steps:
connecting a drilling tool with a sealing seat 9 of a sealing device, and enabling the drilling tool and the sealing seat to enter the hollow pipe body 1 together, wherein the drilling tool is arranged in front, and the sealing device is arranged in back; during the advancing process, water is supplied to the hollow pipe body; an annular gap of 3-4mm is formed between the inner wall of the hollow pipe body 1 and the drilling tool, so that the drilling tool can slide along the hollow pipe body; an annular gap of 0.15mm-0.25mm is reserved between the sealing piston 8 and the hollow pipe body 1, and the annular groove of the sealing piston 8 is inflated under the action of water pressure, so that the sealing piston 8 is attached to the inner wall of the hollow pipe body 1 to block a water flow passage; the outer diameter of a hemispherical body of the valve body 5 is larger than the inner diameter of the sealing ring 6, the valve body 5 moves under the action of water flow, the hemispherical body clings to the sealing ring 6, and the water flow is blocked; the inner and outer water flow passages of the drilling tool are blocked, and the drilling tool rapidly slides in the hollow pipe body 1 under the action of water flow; after the drilling tool reaches the bottom of the hole, the drilling tool is motionless, under the condition of continuous water supply, the water pressure is increased, when the pressure bearing limit of the sealing ring 6 is reached, the hemispherical body of the valve body 5 passes through the sealing ring 6, the sealing ring is out of function, and the water flow channel is opened and normally drilled by the straight through water channel 10, the inner cavity of the sleeve body 4, the valve body hole 12, the stepped hole of the sealing ring seat and the through hole of the sealing seat 9.
The axial section of the inner hole of the sealing ring seat stepped hole is stepped, so that the sealing ring 6 is conveniently installed in the sealing ring seat stepped hole, and the sleeve body 4, the sealing seat 9 and the sealing ring seat 7 are conveniently connected through threads.
The through hole of the sealing seat 9 is a stepped hole, and the function of the through hole is to facilitate connection with the sealing ring seat 7 and a drilling tool.
