Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
The present embodiment provides a door for a home appliance, and as shown in fig. 1, a home appliance 100 includes a door 101 to close a chamber (not shown). In the present embodiment, the home appliance 100 is a cooling apparatus including a storage chamber. It should be understood that the present invention is also applicable to any appliance that can be used for housekeeping and has a door. Such a household appliance may be a large household appliance, such as a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, or an oven, a cold storage device such as a refrigerator or freezer.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the door 101 includes a door frame member 1, and a handle member 2 fixed to the door frame member 1.
The door frame member 1 includes a first wall 11 and a second wall 12 connected to each other, one of the first wall 11 and the second wall 12 is a front wall, and the other is a side wall, which may be a side wall located on both left and right sides of the door or a side wall located on both upper and lower sides of the door. In the present embodiment, the first wall 11 is positioned on the side of the door as a side wall, and the second wall 12 is positioned on the front of the door as a front wall, as an example. In other embodiments, the first wall 11 may be a front wall and the second wall 12 may be a side wall.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first wall 11 is provided with a stop strip 13 on an inner side surface (a side surface located inside the door), the stop strip 13 is spaced apart from the second wall 12, and the handle member 2 is clamped between the stop strip 13 and the second wall 12. In the longitudinal direction, the stop strip 13 extends along the longitudinal direction of the handle part 2. If the first wall 11 is the left and right side surfaces of the door, the length direction of the handle member 2 and the stopper bar 13 is the height direction of the door; if the first wall 11 is the side of the door on both upper and lower sides, the length direction of the handle member 2 and the stopper bar 13 is the width direction of the door.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the stopper bar 13 has a positioning surface 13a facing away from the second wall 12, and a positioning portion 21a is disposed on a side of the handle member 2 facing the stopper bar 13, and the positioning portion 21a extends out of the stopper bar 13 along the width direction of the first wall 11 and faces the positioning surface 13 a.
The protruding portion of the positioning portion 21a faces the positioning surface 13a, and the protruding portion and the positioning surface 13a may have a slight gap therebetween, or may contact and abut against each other.
Thus, when the handle member 2 is mounted on the door frame member 1, the entire handle member 2 is caught between the stopper strip 13 and the front wall 12, and the positioning portion 21a can hook the handle member 2 on the stopper strip 13. The positioning portion 21a can limit the handle member 2 in the width direction (Z direction in fig. 5) of the first wall 11, so as to ensure the matching relationship between the handle member 2 and the stop strip 13, avoid the handle member 2 from being separated from the stop strip 13 due to deformation, and accordingly reduce the deformation of the handle member 2 in the assembling process.
If the grip member 2 is long in the length direction and is more likely to be deformed in the middle in the length direction, at least one positioning portion 21a may be provided in the middle of the grip member 2 in the length direction of the grip member 2.
As shown in fig. 5, the first wall 11 has a first opening 1a at a front portion thereof, and the second wall 12 has a second opening (not shown) communicating with the first opening 1a, the second opening dividing the second wall 12 into two parts in a longitudinal direction X thereof. The handle member 2 has a handle groove 2a (fig. 2) communicating with the first opening 1a and the second opening.
The depth of the first opening 1a in the first wall 11 does not extend to the stop bar 13, and the stop bar 13 is located at the bottom of the first opening 1a and has a certain interval with the first opening 1 a.
The handle part 2 has a first stop face 21 on the side facing the first wall 11, the first stop face 21 being parallel to the first wall 11; the handle member 2 is provided with a second stop surface 22 on the side facing the second wall 12, the second stop surface 22 being parallel to the second wall 12. In the assembled state, the first stop face 21 abuts against the inner side of the first wall 11, the second stop face 22 abuts against the inner side of the second wall 12, and the first stop face 21 is caught between the stop bar 13 and the second wall 12 in the width direction (Z direction in fig. 5) of the first wall 11.
With continued reference to fig. 5, the handle part 2 is provided with a plurality of stop tabs 23 on the side facing the stop bar 13, only parts of the stop tabs 23 being marked in fig. 5. The stop sheets 23 are connected to one end of the first stop surface 21, which faces away from the second wall 12, and are arranged at intervals along the length direction X of the first wall 11, and the stop sheets 23 are located between the stop strip 13 and the second wall 12 and abut against the stop strip 13.
In other embodiments, if the first stop surface 21 is not provided, the stop piece 23 may be disposed at other positions of the handle member 2, as long as it can abut against the stop strip in the width direction (Z direction in fig. 5) of the first wall 11 to limit the handle member in the width direction.
As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, one end of the stop bar 13 facing away from the first wall 11 is provided with a rib 14 extending toward the second wall 12, and the stop piece 23 is clamped between the first wall 11 and the rib 14 in the width direction (Y direction in fig. 5) of the second wall 12. As shown in fig. 7, in the direction perpendicular to the first wall 11 (i.e., the width direction of the second wall 12, the Y direction in fig. 5), i.e., the width direction of the second wall 12, the handle member 2 is caught between the first wall 11 and the stopper bar 13 by the stopper piece 23 to be fixed in that direction.
Wherein, the stop piece 23 is an elastic piece. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, when the handle member 2 is fitted into the door frame member 1, the handle member 2 is fitted from the inside of the door frame member 1, and in the process of pressing the handle member 2 into the space between the stopper bar 13 and the second wall 12, the stopper piece 23 is compressed by the rib 14 and elastically deformed, and when the handle member 2 is completely fitted, the stopper piece 23 goes over the rib 14 and is completely caught in the space between the rib 14 and the first wall 11, and the state shown in fig. 6 is achieved.
As can be seen, in the present embodiment, the handle member 2 is clamped between the second wall 12 and the stop bar 13 in the direction perpendicular to the second wall 12 (Z direction in fig. 5), and the stop pieces 23 abut against the stop bar 13 to form a plurality of stop structures, so as to stably fix the handle member 2 in the door frame member 1 in the width direction of the first wall 11.
At this time, on the premise of ensuring the matching relationship between the positioning portion 21a and the stop bar 13, the side of the first stop surface 21 away from the second stop surface 22 can be kept substantially parallel to the stop bar 13, so that the stop pieces 23 are ensured to be in the same straight line, and therefore, the situation that the stop piece 13 falls off the stop edge 14 due to deformation of the handle member 2 can be prevented.
When the stopper piece 23 is plural, the plural positioning portions 21a may be respectively located between the adjacent stopper pieces 23.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 5, the stopper bar 13 is provided with a catching groove 13b, and the positioning portion 21a is inserted into the catching groove 13 b.
In this embodiment, the stop bars 13 are provided in plurality and are arranged in parallel at intervals along the length direction of the handle member 2, and the interval between two adjacent stop bars 13 is formed as a catching groove 13 b. That is, two groove walls of the locking groove 13b in the length direction X are respectively formed by end surfaces of two adjacent stop bars 13 in the length direction.
In other embodiments, the locking groove 13b may be a groove formed in the stopper bar 13.
As shown in fig. 10, the positioning portion 21a includes:
a first portion a1 inserted in card slot 13 b;
the second portion a2 is located on one side of the positioning surface 13a of the stopper bar 13 and is connected to the first portion a1, and the second portion a2 faces the positioning surface 13 a.
When the installation is completed, the second portion a2 is located on one side of the stop bar 13 on the locating surface 13a, and the remaining portions of the handle member 2 are located on the other side of the stop bar 13.
In this embodiment, the second portion a2 crosses the slot 13b, i.e. the second portion a2 has a dimension in the length direction X larger than that of the slot 13b, and has portions facing the positioning surface 13a of the corresponding stopper 13 on both sides of the slot 13 b. In other embodiments, the second portion a2 may abut against the corresponding locating surface 13a only on one side of the card slot 13 b.
The positioning portion 21a is also provided therein with a lightening hole a3 for lightening the weight of the positioning portion 21 a. As shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the lightening holes a3 are recesses formed in the positioning portion 21a, the openings of which face away from the second wall 12.
As a modification of the present embodiment, the fitting relationship between the positioning portion 21a and the stopper bar 13 may also be realized by: the positioning part is provided with a bayonet facing the stop strip 13, and the stop strip 13 is clamped in the bayonet.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 7 in combination with fig. 11, the door frame member 1 further includes a protrusion 15 connected to the inner side of the second wall 12, and the protrusions 15 are respectively provided on both sides of the second opening and spaced apart from the first wall 11. Accordingly, the grip member 2 is provided with the anti-turnover portions 24 (fig. 5, 11) respectively engaged in the spaces. The anti-turnover part 24 is also an elastic sheet.
The anti-inversion portion 24 and the protrusion 15 cooperate with each other to form an anti-inversion structure. Specifically, the anti-turnover portions 24 are respectively connected to both ends of the first stop surface 21 in the longitudinal direction of the first wall 11 and abut against the protrusion portion 15 at free ends. If the anti-overturning part 24 and the protruding part 15 are not provided, the handle piece 2 may overturn upwards with the contact part of the stopping sheet 23 and the rib 14 as the center, but in the embodiment, the anti-overturning part 24 and the protruding part 15 can play a role in stopping the overturning of the handle piece 2, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing the overturning.
Since the second stop surface 22 of the handle part 2 is adjacent to the second wall 12, the second wall 12 needs to reserve space for accommodating the second stop surface 22 on both sides of the second opening, and therefore the protrusion 15 needs to be spaced apart from the second opening.
Wherein the protrusion 15 may be a rib or a protrusion connected to the inner side surface of the second wall 12 (i.e. the surface located at the inside of the door) and extending in the length direction of the door frame member 1. In this embodiment in the form of ribs.
As described above, the handle member 2 is connected to the second wall 12 and the first wall 11 and has the handle groove 2a (fig. 2) communicating with the first opening 1a and the second opening, and as shown in particular with reference to fig. 2 and 3, the handle member 2 has a recess recessed toward the first opening 1a, in which the handle groove 2a is formed. When the handle member 2 is fitted into the door frame member 1, the recess is engaged in the opening in the longitudinal direction X of the side wall 12.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first opening 1a has two side edges a arranged along the length direction X of the side wall 12, and a bottom edge b located between the two side edges a. The contour of the outer surface of the groove matches the contour of the first opening 1a such that its outer surface conforms to the two side edges a and the bottom edge b. The handle member 2 is limited in the longitudinal direction of the door frame member 1 by both side edges a of the first opening 1 a.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 6, the groove has an extending portion 25 located on a side of the first stop surface 21 facing the first wall 11, and when the first stop surface 21 is attached to the first wall 11, the extending portion 25 is located in the first opening 1a and the second opening, so that the contour of the outer surface of the extending portion 25 only needs to match the contour of the first opening 1a, and the contour of the rest of the groove may not be limited.
As shown in fig. 2, the width of the grip member 2 is larger than the width of the second wall 12 in the width direction (Y direction in fig. 5) of the second wall 12. Thus, the handle member 2 is not completely wrapped in the door frame member 1, so that the handle member 2 can be seen from the front side of the door, the situation that the handle member 2 cannot be seen from the front side and needs to be found from the side face of the door is avoided, and the operation is convenient. In addition, the appearance of the handle member 2 can be variously designed to enhance the visual experience of the user.
The invention also provides a domestic appliance comprising a door as defined in any one of the preceding claims.
Wherein the handle member is mounted to a side, top or bottom of the door.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
