Abstract
The invention discloses a sewer pipe sealing fitting and a special joint thereof. The sewer pipe sealing fitting comprises a sealing element, the sealing element is made of elastic materials, an opening at one end of the sealing element is in an open state, an opening at the other end of the sealing element is in a closed state and can be opened, and openings at two ends of the sealing element are communicated; the opening of one end of the sealing element in an open state is connected with a fixed plug, and the end in a closed state is of a multi-valve closed structure. The sewer pipe sealing fitting does not need water for sealing, so that the problem of sealing failure caused by water evaporation is avoided, and the sealing is safe and reliable. In addition, the bottom opening of the sealing element of the water pipe sealing fitting adopts a multi-flap closed structure, so that the water pipe sealing fitting can be opened only by small water pressure, the resistance to water is small, and the water is smoothly drained.

The prior art structures are complex, the disassembly and the maintenance are quite troublesome, and the complex structures bring about the promotion of the manufacturing cost. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sewer pipe sealing fitting and a special joint thereof, which can provide good and reliable deodorization sealing, cannot cause sealing failure due to water evaporation, and has small resistance to drainage.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a sewer pipe sealing fitting which comprises a sealing element, wherein the sealing element is made of an elastic material, an opening at one end of the sealing element is in an open state, an opening at the other end of the sealing element is in a closed state and can be opened, and openings at two ends of the sealing element are communicated; the opening of one end of the sealing element in an open state is connected with a fixed plug, and the end in a closed state is of a multi-valve closed structure.
Further, one end of the sealing element in a closed state is in a three-flap or four-flap closed structure.
Furthermore, the fixed plug is of a cylindrical sleeve structure, and a transition part from a circular structure to a multi-petal structure is arranged at the joint of the fixed plug and the sealing element.

After the sewer pipe sealing fitting is installed, when no water exists, the opening at the lower part is in a closed state, and gas in a drainage system is isolated; when water flows, the multi-petal closing structure is jacked open due to gravity and water pressure, so that the opening is opened, and the water flows into a drainage pipeline system. The sewer pipe sealing fitting does not need water for sealing, so that the problem of sealing failure caused by water evaporation is avoided, and the sealing is safe and reliable. In addition, the bottom opening of the sealing element of the water pipe sealing fitting adopts a multi-flap closed structure, so that the water pipe sealing fitting can be opened only by small water pressure, the resistance to water is small, and the water is smoothly drained.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the sewer pipe sealing fitting of the present invention comprises a sealing member 1, wherein the sealing member 1 is made of an elastic material, an opening at one end of the sealing member 1 is in an open state, an opening at the other end of the sealing member 1 is in a closed state and can be opened, and openings at two ends of the sealing member 1 are communicated; the opening of one end of the sealing element 1 in an open state is connected with a fixed plug 2, and one end in a closed state is in a multi-valve closed structure. One end of the sealing element 1 in a closed state is of a three-flap or four-flap closed structure.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixed plug 2 is a cylindrical sleeve structure, and a transition portion from a circular shape to a multi-petal structure is arranged at the joint of the fixed plug 2 and the sealing member 1. The inner side of the fixed plug 2 is provided with a plurality of clapboards 3 corresponding to the number of the petals of the sealing element 1, and the clapboards 3 are arranged in a central symmetry manner. The joint of the sealing element 1 and the clapboard 3 is a valve of the sealing element. In actual processing, the self-closing sealing performance of the multi-flap closing structure is not good enough due to the mold. According to the invention, the closing tightness of the multi-petal closing structure can be increased by arranging the partition plate. The partition plate may extend to or beyond an end of the seal member in the closed state.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the outer wall of the sealing member 1 of the present invention is provided with a sealing ring. As shown in fig. 6, a plurality of sealing flanges 5 are formed on the outer side of the upper portion of the sealing member 1, and a sealing groove 6 is formed between the sealing flanges 5, and the sealing ring is disposed in the sealing groove 6. The upper surface of the sealing flange 5 is a plane, and the lower surface is a conical surface. The upper end of the sealing element 1 is provided with a flange 4, the outer diameter of the flange 4 being larger than the outer diameter of the sealing flange 5.
Preferably, after one end of the sealing member 1 in a closed state is opened, the circumference of the opening at the end is smaller than that of the opening at the other end. Further preferably, after one end of the sealing member 1 in a closed state is opened, the circumference of the opening at the end is six times the radius of the opening at the other end. Through this structure, can simplify mould technology greatly. If one end of the sealing element in a closed state is opened, the circumference of the opening at the end is the same as that of the opening at the other end, and the edge of the petal-shaped structure of the sealing element needs to be designed into an arc shape, so that the mold process is complicated. In the embodiment, a three-flap structure is adopted, so that the requirement on the product precision is reduced under the condition of ensuring the sealing property and the water flowing smoothness.
When the sewer pipe sealing fitting is used, the sewer pipe sealing fitting is installed in a drainage device, at the lower part of a sewer port or on a transverse branch pipe through a special joint. The structure of an embodiment of the special joint is shown in fig. 8, and comprises a socket part 7 and a socket part 9, wherein the socket part 7 and the socket part 9 are connected through a main body part 8, the inner diameter of the socket part 7 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the upper part of the sealing element 1 of the water pipe sealing fitting, and the inner diameter of the main body part 8 is matched with the outer diameter of the sealing element 1 of the water pipe sealing fitting; the diameter of the socket portion 9 is smaller than the diameter of the body portion 8.
During installation, as shown in fig. 9, the special joint is firstly installed on the lower part of the sewer opening or the horizontal branch pipe in the drainage device, then the bottom of the sewer pipe sealing fitting is inserted from the socket part 7 of the special joint, and after the sewer pipe sealing fitting reaches a proper position, the outer side of the sealing piece 1 of the sewer pipe sealing fitting is tightly matched with the inner wall of the main body part of the special joint to form sealing. The conical lower surface of the sealing blocking edge 5 at the outer side of the sealing element 1 of the sewer pipe sealing fitting forms a guiding function, so that the sewer pipe sealing fitting can be conveniently inserted during installation, and the installation efficiency is improved. In addition, the conical lower surface of the sealing flange 5 enables the shape of the sealing groove 6 to absorb the elastic deformation of the sealing ring during installation, thereby further facilitating the insertion of the sealing fitting into the dedicated fitting. After the sealing element 1 is installed in place, the flange 4 at the top end of the sealing element is just clamped at the joint of the socket part 7 and the main body part 8 of the special connector, so that positioning is facilitated.
The drain pipe of a drain appliance (e.g. a hand basin, a washing machine, etc.) may be connected to the socket portion 7 of the special fitting as required. For some use scenarios, such as a water outlet of a bathroom, the sewer pipe sealing fitting is directly mounted on the water outlet by using a special joint.
When water needs to be drained, the valve of the sealing element 1 is forced to be separated from the partition plate 3 by the pressure of the water, and the opening at the lower part of the sealing element is opened to drain the water. After the drainage is finished, the valve of the sealing element is reset under the elastic action and is closed again to form sealing.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention. 1. The sewer pipe sealing fitting is characterized by comprising a sealing element, wherein the sealing element is made of elastic materials, an opening at one end of the sealing element is in an open state, an opening at the other end of the sealing element is in a closed state and can be opened, and openings at two ends of the sealing element are communicated; the opening of one end of the sealing element in an open state is connected with a fixed plug, and the end of the sealing element in a closed state is of a multi-valve closed structure; the inner side of the fixed plug is provided with a plurality of clapboards corresponding to the valve number of the sealing element, the clapboards are arranged in a central symmetry manner, and the joint of the sealing element and the clapboards is the valve of the sealing element.
2. A water pipe fitting as claimed in claim 1 wherein the closed end of said seal is a three-or four-lobed closure.
3. The water pipe sealing fitting of claim 1, wherein said fixed plug is a cylindrical sleeve structure, and a transition portion from a circular shape to a multi-lobed structure is provided at a junction of said fixed plug and said sealing member.
4. A water pipe sealing fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein said partition extends to an end of said sealing member in a closed position.
5. A water pipe sealing fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein said partition extends beyond an end of said sealing member in said closed position.
6. A water pipe sealing fitting as claimed in claim 3, wherein said sealing member has a sealing ring on its outer wall.
7. A water pipe fitting according to claim 3 wherein the seal is closed such that after one end is opened, the circumference of the opening at that end is smaller than the circumference of the opening at the other end.
8. The water pipe sealing fitting of claim 7 wherein said seal in a closed position has an open end with a circumference six times the radius of the opening at the other end.
9. A special fitting for a waterpipe sealing fitting according to any of claims 1-8, comprising a socket part and a spigot part, wherein the socket part and the spigot part are connected by a main body part, the socket part has an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the upper part of the sealing element of the waterpipe sealing fitting, and the main body part has an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the sealing element of the waterpipe sealing fitting; the diameter of the socket portion is smaller than the diameter of the main body portion.
