本发明公开了一种驱蚊涂料,其特征在于:用于制备涂料的原料中含有DEET溶液,所述DEET溶液是由DEET和浓度为97%‑99%的乙醇溶液按照10‑40:60‑90的重量份数比配制而成的,所述用于制备涂料的原料还包括水、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、钛白粉、PH调节剂、重质碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉、乳液、成膜助剂、防冻剂、防霉剂及流平剂,本发明既具有驱除蚊虫效果,又对人体无害,同时能适当的净化室内空气,并且还能满足室内装饰的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体的说是一种驱避蚊虫的涂料。
背景技术
蚊、蝇、蚋、臭虫等除干扰人们的睡眠外,亦是许多疾病的传播媒介,可传播流行性乙型脑炎、丝虫病、黄热病和登革热等疾病。目前,随着生活水平的提高,生活垃圾和绿化带也越来越多,广阔的绿化带和容易积水的废弃容器会成为蚊子的孳生及栖息地;此外,城市集水***中大量雨水井、集水井等也是蚊虫孕育的天然温床。为了解决蚊虫的干扰人们的生活,往往在居所的地方放一些驱蚊的花草,但是起不到很大的效果,只有放置的地方减少了蚊虫,但是其他地方还是有蚊虫的存在。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种驱蚊涂料。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种具有驱蚊效果的水性涂料,其特征在于:用于制备涂料的原料中含有DEET溶液。
所述DEET溶液是由DEET和浓度为97%-99%的乙醇溶液按照10-40:60-90的重量份数比配制而成的。
所述用于制备涂料的原料还包括水、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、钛白粉、PH调节剂、重质碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉、乳液、成膜助剂、防冻剂、防霉剂及流平剂,各原料的重量配比如下:水10-40份、分散剂0.4-0.8份、润湿剂0.1-0.2份、消泡剂0.2-0.5份、增稠剂0.3-0.6份、钛白粉8-30份、 PH调节剂0.05-0.15份、重质碳酸钙5-30份、高岭土5-15份、滑石粉5-15份、乳液15-30份、成膜助剂0.5-2.5份、防冻剂0.5-2.5份、防霉剂0.1-0.8份、DEET溶液0.5-3份、流平剂0.1-1.5份。
一种驱蚊涂料的制备方法 :
步骤1:在小于500r/min的速度下,将10-35份水的全部总量的90%,0.4-0.8 份分散剂,0.1-0.2份润湿剂,0.2-0.5份消泡剂的全部总量的50%,0.3-0.6 份增稠剂加入容器中,混合搅拌均匀;
步骤2:在500r/min-1000r/min的速度下,依次加入8-30份钛白粉,0.05-0.15 份PH调节剂,5-30份重质碳酸钙,5-15份高岭土,5-15份滑石粉,混合搅拌均匀;
步骤3:在大于1000r/min 的速度下,分散或砂磨至细度< 50μm;
步骤4:在小于500r/min的速度下,依次加入10-35份乳液、0.5-2.5份成膜助剂、0.5-2.5份防冻剂、0.1-0.4份防腐剂、0.5-2.5份DEET溶液、0.1-1.5份流平剂、0.2-0.5份消泡剂的全部总量的50%、10-35份水的全部总量的10%,混合搅拌均匀,即得到本发明产品。
本发明的优点是:本产品具有很好的物料性能,驱避蚊虫的同时能适当的净化室内的空气,并且还能满足室内装饰的要求。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种驱蚊涂料,其原料按质量配比为:水20份、分散剂0.5份、润湿剂0.1份、消泡剂0.3份、增稠剂0.4份,钛白粉15份、 PH调节剂0.1份、重质碳酸钙15份、高岭土10份、滑石粉10份、乳液25份、成膜助剂1.5份、防冻剂1.5份、防霉剂0.5份、DEET溶液2份、流平剂1份。
其制备方法为:
步骤1:在小于500r/min的速度下,将20份水的全部总量的90%,0.5份分散剂,0.1份润湿剂,0.3份消泡剂的全部总量的50%,0.4份增稠剂加入容器中,混合搅拌均匀;
步骤2:在500r/min-1000r/min的速度下,依次加入15份钛白粉,0.1 份PH调节剂,15份重质碳酸钙,10份高岭土,10份滑石粉,混合搅拌均匀;
步骤3:在大于1000r/min 的速度下,分散或砂磨至细度< 50μm;
步骤4:在小于500r/min的速度下,依次加入25份乳液、1.5份成膜助剂、1.5份防冻剂、0.5份防腐剂、2份DEET溶液、1份流平剂、0.3份消泡剂的全部总量的50%、20份水的全部总量的10%,混合搅拌均匀,即得到本发明产品。

1.一种驱蚊涂料,其特征在于,各原料的重量配比如下:水10-40份、分散剂0.4-0.8份、润湿剂0.1-0.2份、消泡剂0.2-0.5份、增稠剂0.3-0.6份、钛白粉8-30份、 PH调节剂0.05-0.15份、重质碳酸钙5-30份、高岭土5-15份、滑石粉5-15份、乳液15-30份、成膜助剂0.5-2.5份、防冻剂0.5-2.5份、防霉剂0.1-0.8份、DEET溶液0.5-3份、流平剂0.1-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述,一种驱蚊涂料的制备方法,其特征是在小于500r/min的速度下,将10-35份水的全部总量的90%,0.4-0.8 份分散剂,0.1-0.2份润湿剂,0.2-0.5份消泡剂的全部总量的50%,0.3-0.6 份增稠剂加入容器中,混合搅拌均匀;在500r/min-1000r/min的速度下,依次加入8-30份钛白粉,0.05-0.15 份PH调节剂,5-30份重质碳酸钙,5-15份高岭土,5-15份滑石粉,混合搅拌均匀;在大于1000r/min 的速度下,分散或砂磨至细度< 50μm;在小于500r/min的速度下,依次加入10-35份乳液、0.5-2.5份成膜助剂、0.5-2.5份防冻剂、0.1-0.4份防腐剂、0.5-2.5份DEET溶液、0.1-1.5份流平剂、0.2-0.5份消泡剂的全部总量的50%、10-35份水的全部总量的10%,混合搅拌均匀,即得到本发明产品。
