Abstract

本发明公开了一种铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方。其组分及质量百分比为:烟片胶60~70份;丁苯胶30~40份;氧化锌8~10份;硬脂酸1.6~2.2份;增粘树脂6~8份;促进剂DM0.5~0.6份;促进剂CZ 0.7~0.8份;防老剂4020 1.5~2.0份;微晶石蜡1~1.5份;炭黑N339 45~55份;炭黑N220 35~45份;芳烃油8~10份;硫磺6~8份。采用上述的组分及配方后,只要采用常规材料就能制造出合格的轴承条橡胶产品,不但其投入成本低,而且硬度高、耐磨性能好,使用后有效减少了磨损,另外,各种成份配方之间比例搭配合理使得物理机械性能符合要求,产品稳定可靠,具有较高的性价比,成品率得到了有效保证,进行试装,其尺寸与精度也达到了要求。

一种铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于挖泥船上铰刀轴承保护的橡胶产品的配方,具体地说是一种铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方。
背景技术
挖泥船上铰刀轴承上用的轴承套是用来保护轴承的运转,减少磨损的部件,轴承套本身是由一块块纯橡胶轴承条拼装而成的,具有可拆卸,防压扁,高耐磨等性能,对尺寸的精度要求也很高。
现有铰刀设备上都是配套使用轴承套的,现有的轴承套由于其配方不合理,为了满足其使用性能,一般需要在单个轴承条中放置骨架(钢部件)来保持相应的产品硬度、弧度、尺寸,采用现有的这种方法,虽然能够起到一定的防护作用,但是橡胶硬度与成品率不能保证,即硬度达到了,也存在容易发生裂开的缺陷,另外,由于轴承套的研发技术存在局限性,使得周期比较长,投入相对较大,近年来在产品与技术上,轴承条在使用者总是个坎,因此急需一种新的配方来实现满足其性能需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨性能好、投入成本低、成品率高且产品稳定可靠的铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方,其组分及质量百分比为:烟片胶 60~70份;丁苯胶 30~40份;氧化锌8~10份;硬脂酸1.6~2.2份;增粘树脂 6~8份;促进剂DM 0.5~0.6份;促进剂CZ 0.7~0.8份;防老剂4020 1.5~2.0份;微晶石蜡1~1.5份;炭黑N339 45~55份;炭黑N220 35~45份;芳烃油 8~10份;硫磺 6~8份。
其组分及质量百分比为:烟片胶 65份;丁苯胶 35份;氧化锌9份;硬脂酸1.9份;增粘树脂 6.5份;促进剂DM 0.5份;促进剂CZ 0.8份;防老剂4020 1.7份;微晶石蜡1.3份;炭黑N339 50份;炭黑N220 40份;芳烃油 9份;硫磺 7份。
所述烟片胶为3#烟片胶。
采用上述的组分及配方后,只要采用常规材料就能制造出合格的轴承条橡胶产品,不但其投入成本低,而且硬度高、耐磨性能好,使用后有效减少了磨损,另外,各种成份配方之间比例搭配合理使得物理机械性能符合要求,产品稳定可靠,具有较高的性价比,成品率得到了有效保证,进行试装,其尺寸与精度也达到了要求。

下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
本发明的铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方,其组分及质量百分比为:3#烟片胶 60份;丁苯胶 30份;氧化锌8份;硬脂酸1.6份;增粘树脂 6份;促进剂DM 0.5份;促进剂CZ 0.7份;防老剂4020 1.5份;微晶石蜡1份;炭黑N339 45份;炭黑N220 35份;芳烃油 8份;硫磺 6份。
实施例二:
本发明的铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方,其组分及质量百分比为:3#烟片胶 65份;丁苯胶 35份;氧化锌9份;硬脂酸1.9份;增粘树脂 6.5份;促进剂DM 0.5份;促进剂CZ 0.8份;防老剂4020 1.7份;微晶石蜡1.3份;炭黑N339 50份;炭黑N220 40份;芳烃油 9份;硫磺 7份。
实施例三:
本发明的铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方,其组分及质量百分比为:3#烟片胶 70份;丁苯胶 40份;氧化锌10份;硬脂酸2.2份;增粘树脂8份;促进剂DM 0.6份;促进剂CZ 0.8份;防老剂4020 2.0份;微晶石蜡1.5份;炭黑N339 55份;炭黑N220 45份;芳烃油 10份;硫磺 8份。
经过实践证明,采用实施例二中的配方,其硬度高、耐磨性能好,产品质量最佳。

1.一种铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方,其组分及质量百分比为:烟片胶 60~70份;丁苯胶 30~40份;氧化锌8~10份;硬脂酸1.6~2.2份;增粘树脂 6~8份;促进剂DM 0.5~0.6份;促进剂CZ0.7~0.8份;防老剂4020 1.5~2.0份;微晶石蜡1~1.5份;炭黑N339 45~55份;炭黑N220 35~45份;芳烃油 8~10份;硫磺 6~8份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方,其特征在于:其组分及质量百分比为:烟片胶 65份;丁苯胶 35份;氧化锌9份;硬脂酸1.9份;增粘树脂 6.5份;促进剂DM 0.5份;促进剂CZ 0.8份;防老剂4020 1.7份;微晶石蜡1.3份;炭黑N339 50份;炭黑N220 40份;芳烃油 9份;硫磺 7份。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的铰刀轴承条橡胶的配方,其特征在于:所述烟片胶为3#烟片胶。
