背景技术
包装箱用于包装各类物品的用具,具有成本低、易于封装、适合添加填充物、干净等特点,适合产品出厂包装,物品运输,材料整理等,在饮料运输过程中也会使用纸箱包装。
在户外活动时,人们经常会携带整箱整箱的饮料,尤其是体育比赛等项目。而户外多数情况下没办法对饮料进行制冷,在盛夏时期人们特别钟爱冷饮,而本发明饮料自冷式包装箱则能够针对户外条件匮乏时,快速简单的对饮料进行制冷。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理、使用方便的饮料自冷式包装箱,它包括外箱本体、外箱本体内部设有气瓶容纳箱;气瓶容纳箱中设有隔板;隔板将气瓶容纳箱隔离成气瓶存储空间和出气管存储空间;气瓶存储空间中装有钢瓶;钢瓶内装有液体空气;出气管位于出气管存储空间中;钢瓶和出气管之间相连接。

本发明所述的饮料自冷式包装箱,它的工作原理为:外箱本体1中气瓶容纳箱2以外的部分用于盛放饮料,当在室外条件有限时需要对饮料进行制冷,打开外箱本体1,从气瓶容纳箱2中取出装有液体空气的钢瓶6,手持防冻伤套管8,对准需要进行冷却的饮料,松动钢瓶6的控制阀,液体空气从出气管7的出口处喷出,出气口由于离饮料瓶很近,液体的空气在自然压力下迅速汽化吸热,使饮料迅速降温,满足人民食用冷饮料的需要。
