According to a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the far infrared generator comprises a distribution plate, a heat insulation plate and a catalyst plate, wherein the heat insulation plate is laid on the upper surface of the distribution plate, the heat insulation plate is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the heat insulation plate, the catalyst plate is arranged on the upper surface of the heat insulation plate, and a filter screen layer is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the catalyst plate.
As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, a moisture exhaust port is further fixedly installed on a lower surface of the drying chamber.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the drying box is arranged, the drying chamber is arranged in the drying box, the heat collector and the drying chamber are arranged into an integral structure, the heat collector is rotatably connected with the drying chamber through the universal wheels, and the inclination angle of the heat collector can be adjusted along with the height of the sun. According to the change of the solar direction, the azimuth angle of the heat collector can be changed along with the change of the direction of the drying chamber, the heat collector can well track the solar direction, the light harvesting time of the heat collector is prolonged, air is sucked from the heat collector on the side surface when the drying equipment performs drying operation, and the heat collector heats the air under the action of sun radiation; the hot air enters the drying chamber under the driving of the fan; the hot air heats the materials, the moisture is discharged, and the moisture content of the materials is reduced; when the airflow is discharged from the moisture-discharging air outlet of the drying chamber, part of damp and hot air in the drying chamber and water vapor evaporated from the materials are taken away; a part of hot air enters the overhead heat collector, circularly heated and then enters the drying chamber again, so that the heat is circularly utilized; and the inside of the drying box is also provided with a far infrared generator in a combined manner, the far infrared transmits heat to the material by radiation and the clapboard transmits heat to the material by convection, thereby avoiding the unevenness of heating, ensuring the quality of the material, shortening the drying time, not only realizing higher vacuum degree and adjustable size, but also realizing adjustable irradiation distance and variable drying power. In the drying process, the material can rotate along with the material tray, the radiation is more even, has solved the inhomogeneous problem of far infrared radiation in the heating process, in order to reduce the heat that looses because heat-conduction loses, the shell structure of drying cabinet adopts bilayer structure, prevents thermal scattering and disappearing to the mesh of energy saving has been reached.

As shown in fig. 8: the gas injection vacuum pump unit 3 comprises a vacuum chamber 300, a vacuum pump unit 301 and a gas injector 302, wherein the vacuum pump unit 301 is fixedly installed inside the vacuum chamber 300, the vacuum pump unit 301 is connected with the drying box 1 through a vacuum pump interface 104, the upper end of the vacuum chamber 300 is connected with a gas cavity 304 inside the gas injector 302 through a connecting hole 303, the right end of the gas injector 302 is provided with a gas inlet interface 305, the gas inlet interface 305 is connected with the gas cavity 304 through a connecting pipe 306, the upper end of the gas cavity 304 is fixedly provided with a base plate 307, the gas cavity 304 is hermetically connected with the base plate 307 through a rubber gasket 311, the outer surface of the base plate 307 is provided with a bell mouth 308, the upper end of the bell mouth 308 is also fixedly provided with a lifting pipe 309, the tail end of the lifting pipe 309 is connected with a water cooling tower 105, the influence of gas impurities on the inner wall of the riser tube 309 when the gas pressure passes through the inner wall of the riser tube 309 is reduced through the wear-resistant layer 310, the service life of the riser tube 309 is prolonged, the output end port of the riser tube 309 is designed in an arc-shaped structure, the distance between the top end of the riser tube 309 and the top end of the base plate 307 is set to be 10mm, sufficient negative pressure can be formed to the maximum extent to improve the pressure at the jet port, and the gas cavity 304 and the base plate 307 are used as main structures in the gas jet vacuum pump set 3. The lower end of the air cavity 304 is connected with a support plate fixed at the bottom of the vacuum chamber 300 through screw threads, the upper end of the air cavity 304 is tightly pressed with the chassis 307 through screws, and a rubber gasket 311 is added to ensure the air tightness of the air cavity, and the air cavity enters the air cavity through an air inlet joint and then overflows from the air holes of the chassis, so that the air compression is realized.
The water cooling tower 105 adopts a two-stage boosting mechanism, the electric fan and the hydraulic fan are arranged inside the water cooling tower 105, and the gas sprayed out from the gas sprayer 302 is received to serve as the kinetic energy of the electric fan inside the water cooling tower 105 to drive the hydraulic fan to drive the fan blades to rotate, so that the water quantity can be sprayed in the air, and the requirement of air draft cooling inside the water cooling tower 105 is met.
