The multifunctional safety pressure gauge is widely used for pressure measurement in industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, military industry, aerospace, electric power, coal mine, medicine, printing and dyeing, and the like, but the existing pressure gauge only indicates the pressure measurement value, and no other method for protecting the normal use of the instrument is adopted. If the measurement medium requires harsh conditions, an instrument protection device is additionally arranged.
The functions of shock resistance, corrosion resistance and protection grade in the prior art are single functions in the instrument, and damping, overvoltage protection and isolation diaphragms are connected to the instrument by an additional device of the instrument, so that the prior art is not available at present for preventing the leakage of a measured medium, and the prior art is extremely inconvenient in the aspect of user type selection or causes great loss due to the failure of the instrument with wrong user type selection.

Further, the pressure-guiding liquid is a non-flammable and non-corrosive liquid.
In one embodiment, when the measured medium in the isolation chamber 10 has pulse pressure, the damping hole 13 can weaken the pulse pressure transmitted by the isolation chamber 10, and prolong the time for the pressure in the isolation chamber 10 to pass through the damping hole.
In one embodiment, movement 5 is provided with a limiting device and a sector gear, the limiting device limiting the angle of rotation of the sector gear.
Further, when the value indicated by the instrument indication device is inconsistent with the actual measured value, the value indicated by the instrument indication device is adjusted to be consistent with the actual measured value through the pointer rotation angle adjustable device of the scale indication device.

The multifunctional pressure gauge comprises a meter shell 7 and a meter glass 1, wherein the meter shell 7 and the meter glass 1 form a cavity (protection level IP 68), and each meter part is arranged in the cavity. The rear part of the cavity is provided with an isolating device 9, the front part of the cavity is provided with scale indicating devices 3 and 4, the rear part of one side of the scale indicating devices 3 and 4, which is away from the watch glass 1, is provided with a dial 2, and an instrument elastic element 6 and a movement 5 are arranged below the dial 2. The isolating device 9 is provided with an isolating diaphragm 11, the isolating diaphragm 11 separates the isolating device into an isolating chamber 10 and a pressure guiding chamber 12, a measured medium enters the instrument isolating chamber 10 through a joint 8 between the watchcase 7 and external equipment, the pressure guiding chamber 12 is filled with pressure guiding liquid, the pressure guiding liquid is isolated from the measured medium by the isolating diaphragm 11, the pressure guiding liquid enters the instrument elastic element 6 through a damping hole 13 and the pressure guiding hole, the moving end of the instrument element is connected with the movement 5, a machine spindle of the movement 5 is connected with the scale indicating devices 3 and 4, and the scale indicating devices 3 and 4 indicate scale values in front of the dial 2. In the normal measurement process, a measured medium enters the instrument isolation chamber 10 through the joint 8 of the watchcase 7 and external equipment, when the pressure is increased, the measured medium pushes the isolation diaphragm 11 to displace towards the pressure guide chamber 12, the pressure guide liquid of the pressure guide chamber 12 is pushed to flow towards the damping hole 13, the pressure guide liquid flows to the instrument elastic element 6 through the pressure guide hole, the elastic element is expanded, the tail end of the elastic element generates displacement, the tail end of the elastic element is connected with the movement 5 through a connecting rod, the displacement of the elastic element is transmitted to the movement, and the movement amplifies the displacement of the elastic element and then drives the scale indicating devices 3 and 4 to indicate on the dial 2 through the rotation of the movement shaft. The dial is carved with corresponding pressure scale values.
Further, the isolation diaphragm 11 is an elastic diaphragm, if the pressure guiding chamber 12 and the damping hole 13, the pressure guiding hole and the instrument elastic element 6 leak or the pressure guiding liquid is seriously lost, the damping hole 13 is blocked by the displacement of the isolation diaphragm 11, so that the isolation diaphragm 11 is not pressed and displaced any more, the diameter of the damping hole 13 meets the condition that the side of the elastic diaphragm is pressed by 100MPa, and the isolation diaphragm 11 cannot be crushed under the condition that the pressure of the pressure guiding chamber is 0. When the isolation chamber of the isolation device is pressed to cause the isolation diaphragm 11 to displace towards the pressure guiding chamber, when the pressure deformation of the instrument elastic element reaches a certain value, the isolation diaphragm 11 displaces to block the damping hole, even if the pressure continues to be increased at the isolation chamber side of the isolation diaphragm 11, the instrument elastic element cannot receive the pressure transmitted from the pressure guiding hole, and when the pressure of the isolation chamber is reduced and is smaller than the pressure of the pressure guiding chamber, the isolation diaphragm 11 can normally displace towards the isolation chamber 10 to open the damping hole.
Further, the pressure-guiding liquid is a non-flammable and non-corrosive liquid.
In one embodiment, when the measured medium (isolation chamber) has a pulse pressure, the damping hole 13 weakens the pulse pressure transmitted by the isolation chamber 10, and prolongs the time for the pressure of the isolation chamber 10 to pass through the damping hole.
In one embodiment, movement 5 is provided with a limiting device and a sector gear (not shown in the figures), the limiting device limiting the angle of rotation of the sector gear.
Further, when the value indicated by the instrument indication device is inconsistent with the actual measured value, the value indicated by the instrument indication device is adjusted to be consistent with the actual measured value through the pointer rotation angle adjustable device of the scale indication device.
In one embodiment, the watch case is filled with damping oil to mitigate damage to the instrument from vibration of the device.
The multifunctional safety pressure gauge provided by the application has the following functions through the structure:
1. when the pressure reaches the maximum value of the dial, the isolation diaphragm 11 just moves to the opening of the damping hole 13 to block the damping orifice, when the pressure of the measured medium continues to increase, the isolation diaphragm 11 does not generate displacement, the elastic element does not generate expansion displacement any more, when the pressure of the measured medium is reduced to be lower than the expansion force of the elastic element 6, the elastic element pushes the isolation diaphragm 11 to displace towards the measured medium through the pressure guiding liquid, the damping orifice is opened, the instrument works normally, and the instrument is used for protecting the instrument from transmitting pressure to the instrument elastic element 6 when the pressure exceeds the maximum value of the pressure born by the instrument elastic element 6 and protecting the instrument elastic element 6 from being damaged by excessive pressure.
2. When the pressure-guiding liquid leakage occurs in the part behind the damping hole 13, the isolation diaphragm 11 is displaced to the opening of the damping hole 13 to block the damping hole opening, so that the medium to be tested is prevented from bursting through the isolation diaphragm, and the pressure-guiding liquid leakage flows out. So as to avoid safety accidents.
3. When the measured medium has pulse pressure, the damping hole can weaken the pulse pressure transmitted by the measured medium, and the time for the measured medium pressure to pass through the damping hole is prolonged. The instrument is protected from being damaged by the pulse pressure of the medium to be measured.
3. The instrument core limiting device can control the rotation angle of the core when the tail end of the instrument elastic element is excessively displaced under the action of external force, so that the instrument is prevented from being damaged due to the excessive rotation angle of the instrument core.
4. The pointer rotating adjustable device can rotate when the pointer indication value of the instrument is different from the actual pressure value, until the pointer indication value is equal to the actual measurement value.
5. The damping oil filled in the meter case can prevent damage to the meter caused by vibration of the device, and the damping oil has a lubricating effect, so that a rotating mechanism in the meter can reduce friction, the precision of the meter is improved, and the service life of the meter is longer.
