8) The switch plate 13 is closed to control the switch of the fan 14 and the infrared lamp tube 15, then the drying box 10 is opened and the materials are taken out, and the drying of the materials is completed.
When the drying box is used, firstly, the drying box is pulled open, the material to be dried is placed in the drying box, if the material is granular or powdery, the material is required to be uniformly spread in the drying box, then the drying box is placed in the space at the upper part of the supporting frame and the bottom of the electric heating box, a power supply is supplied to the switch board, the switch of the heating wire and the infrared lamp tube is opened on the switch board and kept for a period of time, the material placed in the drying box begins to heat, moisture contained in the interior or the surface of the material volatilizes into the air at the upper part of the drying box, the switch of the heating wire and the infrared lamp tube is closed on the switch board, the switch of the fan is opened, so that the air at the upper part of the drying box is blown away by the fan, the switch of the fan is closed, the air at the upper part of the drying box is heated by the tiny water particles remained on the surface of the material, the fan is opened under the condition that the infrared lamp tube works, so that the fan can blow out the hot air, the moisture in the upper part of the drying box is prevented from condensing and flowing back, the moisture in the interior of the drying box is prevented, and the material can be taken out after the switch of the infrared lamp tube is opened.
