技术领域
本发明涉及皮革领域,具体地是一种无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的不断发展,人们对汽车环保、安全方面要求的不断提高,汽车内饰革的气味、VOC、散发等要求也愈益严格,主机厂对汽车内饰的环保要求也越来越高。汽车内饰中,表面的油漆层需赋予内饰革特殊的功能需求和环保需求:如优异的耐磨性、耐刮伤、耐化学溶剂和手感等特性和低VOC、气味、散发等。既需要溶剂漆的优异特性,又需要水漆的环保特性。而水漆的树脂和添加剂等几乎都是分散在水中,制备成浆料,然后再进行涂覆,为了保证混合的均匀和充分性,本领域常用的N-乙基吡咯烷酮作为优异的助溶剂在水漆层浆料中添加,一方面增加溶解性,另一方面也保证汽车内饰革的产品稳定性,但是在此类汽车内饰革的生产和使用过程中产生会对人体具有不良影响的生殖毒性物质。
为了避免生殖毒性的不良影响,迫切需要研发出使用不含N-乙基吡咯烷酮的原材料制备出无生殖毒性的汽车内饰革,用以满足主机厂、最终客户端对功能和VOC、气味、环保等方面的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革,该无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革不仅具有优良的表面性能,而且皮革产品无毒更安全、稳定性更强、气味更低、更环保。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
提供一种无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革,其包括聚氯乙烯皮层、涂覆在所述聚氯乙烯皮层的水漆层和附于所述聚氯乙烯皮层底面的基布,所述水漆层是由以下重量份的成分组成:水性树脂20~50份,水30-50份,助溶剂5~20份,胺中和剂0.05~1.0份,消泡剂0.3~1.0份,增稠剂0.5~5份,手感助剂0.5~12份,固化剂4~18份。
作为优选,所述水性树脂为聚碳类的阴离子脂肪族聚氨酯、聚酯类的脂肪族聚氨酯、脂肪酸改性的阴离子型聚氨酯、氟改性的丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种或多种,所使用的水性树脂为水分散性(不是水溶性的)树脂,此类水性树脂的选择是基于改善汽车内饰革的耐水解性、耐黄变性和耐污性能的要求。
作为优选,所述胺中和剂为二甲基乙醇胺,其目的在于调节水漆处于弱碱性,既可以使弱酸性的增稠剂可以起到增稠的作用,又可以避免微生物的滋生。
作为优选,所述固化剂为基于六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的亲水性脂肪族聚异氰酸酯、基于环己烷的脂肪族聚异氰酸酯树脂、聚碳化二亚胺中的至少一种或多种。
作为优选,所述聚氯乙烯皮层是由以下重量份的成分组成:PVC粉40~70份、增塑剂30~60份、发泡剂5~8份、稳定剂1~3份、颜料0~6份、填料0~3份。
作为优选,所述发泡剂由以下重量份的原料组成:十二烷基磺酸钠1~2.5份、钛酸酯1~2.5份、环氧树脂纳米复合材料80~100份。钛酸酯优选单烷氧基磷酸酯钛酸酯偶联剂Tl-411-A,因为阴离子型表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂之间的复配会产生显著的增效作用,本发明选用十二烷基磺酸钠与钛酸酯的复配型发泡剂,一方面提高表面活性剂的性能、进一步增强泡沫的稳定性,另一方面因为钛酸酯偶联剂Tl-411-A钛酸酯本身含有磺酸基和磷酸酯基等多种活性基团赋予发泡层体系一定的粘结性。
作为优选,所述胶水是由以下重量份的成分组成:PVC粉45~60份、增塑剂40~55份、稳定剂1~5份。
本发明的一种无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
(1)本发明中使用的水漆层,无生殖毒性、更安全、更环保,水漆体系中不含有行业内常用的助溶剂如N-甲基吡咯烷酮和N-乙基吡咯烷酮强极性溶剂(N-甲基吡咯烷酮和N-乙基吡咯烷酮都已经被欧盟法规列为属于生殖毒性的物质),而是采用了水作为溶剂;同时与溶剂型油漆相比,其不含有毒有害溶剂(如甲苯、四氢呋喃等),对操作工人、终端用户和环境均无害,同时降低了产品的气味和排放;
(2)水漆层的组成成分呈现弱负电荷性,而PVC发泡层呈现多种基团和电荷性质,尤其是钛酸酯偶联剂中所含有的磺酸基和磷酸酯基等多种活性基团,使得两层之间相互作用,粘结性更强,满足了产品不掉浆、不裂浆、粘层牢固、耐磨的质量要求;
(3)本发明人造革可广泛运用于汽车内饰件等。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)制备PVC浆料:按配方量称取PVC皮层的原料并混合搅拌30~60min,真空搅拌5-10min,得到PVC浆料;
2)制备PVC皮层:将所述步骤1)制备的PVC浆料涂在离型纸上,190~210℃塑化1~3min;继续涂上一层PVC浆料,190~210℃塑化1~3min;涂上胶水,并复合上一层基布,再在200~210℃烘干3~5min;撕去离型纸,即得PVC皮层;
3)印刷水漆层:按配方量称取水漆层的原料,混匀,制得水漆层原料浆,在PVC皮层上均匀地印刷水漆层原料浆,并烘干;
4)压花:在150~220℃的表面温度下用压花辊油漆层上压制花纹,即得所述无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革。
进一步的,所述步骤3)中印刷水漆层的厚度为4~20μm、烘干温度为80~120℃、印刷速度为15~30m/min。
本发明的一种无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革的制备方法与现有技术相比具有以下优点:本发明的制备方法中水漆层与PVC皮层粘结性较强,步骤简单,适合大规模生产,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
按照下表1中实施例1的重量份称取PVC层组分,搅拌30min,抽真空5min,真空搅拌10min,得到PVC浆料,涂布一层于离型纸上,依次在190℃条件下塑化2.5min、200℃塑化3min,涂上胶水并与基布粘贴,200℃烘干5min,冷却成型,撕去离型纸得到PVC皮层。
按照下表2中实施例1的重量份称取水漆层组分,并充分搅拌均匀,形成水漆层原材料,均匀印刷在PVC层表面,印刷速度为30m/min,印刷厚度为18μm,120℃烘干固化。
使用压花设备在有油漆层的PVC上压制花纹,压花温度为220℃,即得无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革。
实施例2:
按照下表1中实施例2的重量份称取PVC层组分,搅拌60min,抽真空10min,真空搅拌5,得到PVC浆料,涂布一层于离型纸上,依次在210℃条件下塑化1min、210℃塑化1min,涂上胶水并与基布粘贴,200℃烘干3min,冷却成型,撕去离型纸得到PVC皮层。
按照下表2中实施例2的重量份称取水漆层组分,并充分搅拌均匀,形成水漆层原材料,均匀印刷在PVC层表面,印刷速度为17m/min,印刷厚度为10μm,80℃烘干固化。
使用压花设备在有油漆层的PVC上压制花纹,压花温度为160℃,即得无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革。
实施例3:
按照下表1中实施例3的重量份称取PVC层组分,搅拌30min,抽真空8min,真空搅拌6min,得到PVC浆料,涂布一层于离型纸上,依次在200℃条件下塑化2.5min、210℃塑化3min,涂上胶水并与基布粘贴,210℃烘干5min,冷却成型,撕去离型纸得到PVC皮层。
按照下表2中实施例3的重量份称取水漆层组分,并充分搅拌均匀,形成水漆层原材料,均匀印刷在PVC层表面,印刷速度为20m/min,印刷厚度为12μm,100℃烘干固化。
使用压花设备在有油漆层的PVC上压制花纹,压花温度为190℃,即得无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革。
对比例1
使用含N-乙基吡咯烷酮的树脂(用N-已经吡咯烷酮作为树脂的助溶剂)代替实施例1中的水性树脂,其他同实施例1。

其中,实施例1-3中发泡剂均是由以下重量份的原料组成:十二烷基磺酸钠2kg、钛酸酯2kg、环氧树脂纳米复合材料90kg,实施例1-3中所使用的填料均为碳酸钙填料。
结果验证实验:
按照DIN53359/2006-11的格式A测试200.000次弯曲的耐屈挠性,按照PV3906测试耐清洁性能,按照VDA230-218/2011-01测试耐刮擦性能,按照DIN EN ISO 105-B06-3/2004-01的条件3测试光老化,DBL5430/6.3.1/2015-01测试气味,按照DBL 5430/6.2/2015-01测试VOC和散发,按照DBL 5306测试摩擦阻力,上述结果见表3。

明显看出,实施例1~3中的性能是优于对比例1的,尽管实施例1中的摩擦阻力与对比例的结果一致,但是在气味、VOC和散发方面明显优于对比例1,而且在实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中均使用了水代替N-乙基吡咯烷酮作为溶剂,并没有使用具有生殖毒性的物质,保证了产品的环保和无生殖毒性的优点。考虑到不同客户对手感和摩擦阻力的要求不同,还是会同时存在不同的配方来满足不同客户的要求。

Claims (9)

1.一种无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革,其包括聚氯乙烯皮层、涂覆在所述聚氯乙烯皮层的水漆层和附于所述聚氯乙烯皮层底面的基布,其特征在于:所述水漆层是由以下重量份的成分组成:水性树脂20~50份,水30-50份,助溶剂5~20份,胺中和剂0.05~1.0份,消泡剂0.3~1.0份,增稠剂0.5~5份,手感助剂0.5~12份,固化剂4~18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革,其特征在于:所述水性树脂为聚碳类的阴离子脂肪族聚氨酯、聚酯类的脂肪族聚氨酯、脂肪酸改性的阴离子型聚氨酯、氟改性的丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革,其特征在于:所述胺中和剂为二甲基乙醇胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革,其特征在于:所述固化剂为基于六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的亲水性脂肪族聚异氰酸酯、基于环己烷的脂肪族聚异氰酸酯树脂、聚碳化二亚胺中的至少一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革,其特征在于,所述聚氯乙烯皮层是由以下重量份的成分组成:PVC粉40~70份、增塑剂30~60份、发泡剂5~8份、稳定剂1~3份、颜料0~6份、填料0~3份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革,其特征在于:所述发泡剂由以下重量份的原料组成:十二烷基磺酸钠1~2.5份、钛酸酯1~2.5份、环氧树脂纳米复合材料80~100份。
7.一种无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制备PVC浆料:按配方量称取PVC皮层的原料并混合搅拌30~60min,真空搅拌5-10min,得到PVC浆料;
2)制备PVC皮层:将所述步骤1)制备的PVC浆料涂在离型纸上,190~210℃塑化1~3min;继续涂上一层PVC浆料,190~210℃塑化1~3min;涂上胶水,并复合上一层基布,再在200~210℃烘干3~5min;撕去离型纸,即得PVC皮层;
3)印刷水漆层:按配方量称取水漆层的原料,混匀,制得水漆层原料浆,在PVC皮层上均匀地印刷水漆层原料浆,并烘干;
4)压花:在150~220℃的表面温度下用压花辊油漆层上压制花纹,即得所述无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革。
8.根据权利要求7所述的无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中印刷水漆层的厚度为4~20μm、烘干温度为80~120℃、印刷速度为15~30m/min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的无生殖毒性的聚氯乙烯汽车内饰革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述胶水是由以下重量份的成分组成:PVC粉45~60份、增塑剂40~55份、稳定剂1~5份。
