The fixed connecting block 603 is fixedly connected with the pressing block 601 through a screw, and the fixed connecting block 603 is movably connected with the movable pressing block 602 through a second rotating shaft 611. The movable pressing block 602 can rotate around the second rotating shaft 611, when the deep hole drill bit needs to be clamped or taken out, the distance between the pressing block 601 and the movable pressing block 602 can be adjusted by rotating the movable pressing block 602 to easily clamp or take out the deep hole drill bit, and the second rotating shaft 611 passes through the two fixed connecting blocks 603 at two sides of the movable pressing block 602 and is fixed by nuts.
Still further, the deep hole drilling and clamping device 6 further comprises a spring 612, the spring 612 is arranged, a structure similar to a clip can be formed between the movable pressing block 602 and the pressing block 601, after the clamping action is completed, the spring 612 enables the movable pressing block 602 to be tightly pressed on the deep hole drill bit or the pressing block 601, the movable pressing block 602 is prevented from loosening, the grinding work is influenced, the pressing block 601 is provided with a guide pillar 613, the guide pillar 613 is arranged between the pressing block 601 and the movable pressing block 602, the spring 612 is sleeved on the guide pillar 613, the guide pillar 613 is arranged for the spring 612 to provide mounting support, meanwhile, the stroke between the pressing block 601 and the movable pressing block 602 can be limited, and two ends of the spring 612 are respectively abutted to the pressing block 601 and the movable pressing block 602. In other embodiments of the present invention, a hinge spring may also be disposed at the second rotating shaft 611 to provide resetting power for the movable pressing block 602, so as to simplify the operation process and improve the user experience.

The deep hole drill knife grinder comprises a tool setting mechanism 1, a plurality of clamping mechanisms 2 and a power mechanism 9, wherein the tool setting mechanism 1 and the clamping mechanisms 2 are sequentially arranged, and the power mechanism 9 is arranged on one side opposite to the tool setting mechanism 1 and the clamping mechanisms 2; the clamping mechanism 2 comprises a base 3, a first adjusting device 4, a second adjusting device 5 and a deep hole drilling clamping device 6 which are arranged on the base 3 and can clamp a deep hole drill, wherein the first adjusting device 4 and the second adjusting device 5 are connected with the deep hole drilling clamping device 6, and the first adjusting device 4 and the second adjusting device 5 can enable the deep hole drilling clamping device 6 to adjust angles in two planes which are perpendicular to each other; the power mechanism 9 comprises a first motor 901, a sharpening grinding wheel 902 connected with the first motor 901 and a moving device 903, wherein the moving device 903 comprises a moving plate 904 and a fixed plate 905, the first motor 901 is fixed on the moving plate 904, and the moving plate 904 is in sliding connection with the fixed plate 905.
The first motor 901 provides a power source for a sharpening grinding wheel, the sharpening grinding wheel 902 is used for grinding a deep hole drill bit, the deep hole drill bit is arranged on the clamping mechanism 2, and the surface to be ground of the drill bit is opposite to the power mechanism 9 for grinding. The first adjusting device 4 is matched with the second adjusting device 5, the deep hole drilling clamping device 6 for clamping the deep hole drill bit is adjusted to an angle suitable for grinding one side of the deep hole drill bit, the other four clamping mechanisms 2 are respectively adjusted to angles suitable for grinding the other sides of the deep hole drill bit, the deep hole drill bit is respectively clamped on the clamping mechanisms 2 for grinding, the angle of the edge grinder does not need to be adjusted for a plurality of times, the grinding of a plurality of deep hole drill bits can be simultaneously carried out, the working efficiency is improved, and the first adjusting device 4 is matched with the second adjusting device 5, so that the grinding precision of the deep hole drill bit is improved; meanwhile, the first motor 901 can slide back and forth under the drive of the moving plate 904, thereby providing convenience for adjusting the position of the sharpening grinding wheel 902.

the power mechanism comprises a first motor, a sharpening grinding wheel and a moving device, wherein the sharpening grinding wheel is connected with the first motor, the moving device comprises a moving plate and a fixed plate, the first motor is fixed on the moving plate, and the moving plate is in sliding connection with the fixed plate;
the first adjusting device comprises a first adjusting block, a first rotating shaft and a first rotating block, one end of the first rotating block is rotatably connected with the base through the first rotating shaft, the first adjusting block is fixed on the base, the first adjusting block is provided with a first adjusting groove, and the other end of the first rotating block stretches into the first adjusting groove;
the second adjusting device comprises a second adjusting block and a second rotating block, the second adjusting block is arranged on the first rotating block, the second adjusting block is provided with a second adjusting groove, the second rotating block is arranged in the second adjusting groove, the second adjusting block is rotationally connected with the second rotating block, and the second rotating block is connected with the deep hole drilling clamp device.
