Abstract
本发明公开了一种智能轮毂清洗装置,包括基座(1),安装过渡板(2),喷头调整模块(3),轮毂传送模块(4),工装夹具(5),喷头调整模块(3)连接在安装过渡板(2)上,所述的安装过渡板(2)固定在基座(1)上;所述的工装夹具(5)置于和基座(1)平行的位置,使得喷头调整模块(3)能够正对轮毂(6)正面;所述的轮毂传送模块(4)设置在工装夹具(5)的两侧。本发明结构简单,一套设备可以完成多种型号的轮毂的清洗工作,可以大大减小企业对于清洗设备的投入,为企业节省大量资金。本发明智能化程度高,可以自动寻找需要清洗的轮毂表面,避免在不需要清洗的表面浪费时间和清洗液。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及铝合金铸造和机械加工技术领域,具体涉及一种智能轮毂清洗装置。
背景技术
铝合金轮毂是汽车底盘上的一个重要零件,加工制造过程复杂,生产、制造、检测和清洗环节都需要严格控制。机加和喷涂之间的清洗工序,对轮毂最终的加工质量有直接的影响。现有轮毂清洗方法大致可以分为手工式,毛刷式以及高压喷头式。其中手工式清洗自动化程度低,效率低,工作环境恶劣,不适合大批量生产。而毛刷式清洗机在清洗轮毂的过程中,由于轮毂的清洗并不是简单的平面式清洗,加之每种车型轮毂中心高度不同,汽车清洗时摆放角度、位置略有不同,所以在以往的清洗过程中总是存在清洗死角而不易清洗干净。其由于不能自动找心而不能有效的清洗清洗轮毂,并且不能适应清洗更多车型的轮毂,使洗车成本增加。高压喷头方式虽然可以清洗各种形状的轮毂,但是单喷头清洗面积小,为提高清洗效率需要多个喷头,成本增加。因此,发明一种能适应不同型号轮毂清洗工作并且成本较低的装置有着非常积极的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种智能轮毂清洗装置,从而克服传统轮毂清洗方法不能实现多型号轮毂清洗工作、清洗存在死角、成本较高等缺点。
一种智能轮毂清洗装置,所述的装置包括基座,安装过渡板,喷头调整模块,轮毂传送模块,工装夹具。
所述的喷头调整模块连接在安装过渡板上,所述的安装过渡板固定在基座上。所述的工装夹具置于和基座平行的位置,使得喷头调整模块能够正对轮毂正面。所述的轮毂传送模块设置在工装夹具的两侧。
所述的喷头调整模块包括横向驱动电机,横向滚珠丝杠,横向基板,横向导向柱,横向滑块,水管,纵向驱动电机,纵向基板,纵向滚珠丝杠,纵向导向柱,纵向滑块,喷头安装盘,超声波传感器,高压喷头。所述的纵向基板固定在安装过渡板上,所述的纵向驱动电机固定在纵向基板上,所述的纵向滚珠丝杠安装在纵向基板上,纵向滚珠丝杠的轴和纵向驱动电机的轴进行连接。所述的纵向滑块安装在纵向滚珠丝杠的丝母上并随着丝母一同运动。所述的纵向导向柱穿过纵向滑块,固定在纵向基板上,为纵向滑块提供直线导向。所述的横向基板连接在纵向滑块上。所述的横向驱动电机固定在横向基板上,所述的横向滚珠丝杠安装在横向基板上,横向滚珠丝杠的轴和横向驱动电机的轴进行连接。所述的横向滑块安装在横向滚珠丝杠的丝母上并随着丝母一同运动。所述的喷头安装盘固定在横向滑块上,所述的高压喷头以及超声波传感器固定在喷头安装盘上。所述的水管与高压喷头相通,为高压喷头提供高压水源。
所述的工装夹具包括支撑架,V形块,挡板,压块,螺纹杆,挡水板,把手。所述的V形块设置在支撑架上,并且设置有两列,用来对轮毂两侧的轮缘进行向心定位,所述的挡板设置在V形块的一侧,所述的压块设置在V形块的另外一侧,用来对轮毂进行固定。所述的压块通过把手进行调节,所述的螺纹杆与压块、把手固定,并且与支撑架上的螺纹孔连接,这样,转动把手便可以调节压块,以便对不同型号的轮毂进行夹紧。
本发明的有益效果是,当不同型号的轮毂通过轮毂传送模块传送到工装夹具的时候,轮毂通过V形块进行定位,然后通过拧紧把手使得压块夹紧轮毂。此时,可以通过喷头调整模块实时调整高压喷头的位置,使其能够适应不同规格型号的轮毂。设置在喷头安装盘上的超声波传感器可以实时反馈高压喷头与正面面对的物体的距离。当距离值在给定范围之内,说明高压喷头正面面对的是轮毂表面,需要进行清洗。当距离值超出给定范围之外,则表明高压喷头正面面对的不是轮毂表面,此时则不需要清洗,然后通过控制横向驱动电机或者纵向驱动电机控制高压喷头朝着横向或者纵向移动,直至正面面对的是轮毂表面。这样,便形成一个闭环控制,能够自动寻找需要清洗地表面。另外,喷头调整装置的在各个移动方向的最大行程是根据待清洗的不同型号的轮毂的最大尺寸来设定,这样,一套轮毂清洗装置便可以实现清洗不同型号的轮毂的功能。
本发明结构简单,操作简便,一套设备可以完成多种型号的轮毂的清洗工作,可以大大减小企业对于清洗设备的投入,为企业节省大量资金。另外,本发明智能化程度高,可以自动寻找需要清洗的轮毂表面,避免在不需要清洗的表面浪费时间和清洗液,可以进一步提高生产效率、节约成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1:本实施例中公开了一种智能轮毂清洗装置,所述的装置包括基座1,安装过渡板2,喷头调整模块3,轮毂传送模块4,工装夹具5。
所述的喷头调整模块3通过螺栓连接的方式连接在安装过渡板2上,所述的安装过渡板2通过螺栓连接的方式固定在基座1上。所述的工装夹具5置于和基座1平行的位置,使得喷头调整模块3能够正对轮毂6正面。所述的轮毂传送模块4设置在工装夹具5的两侧。
所述的喷头调整模块3包括横向驱动电机3-1,横向滚珠丝杠3-2,横向基板3-3,横向导向柱3-4,横向滑块3-5,水管3-6,纵向驱动电机3-7,纵向基板3-8,纵向滚珠丝杠3-9,纵向导向柱3-10,纵向滑块3-11,喷头安装盘3-12,超声波传感器3-13,高压喷头3-14。其特征在于:所述的纵向基板3-8通过螺栓连接的方式固定在安装过渡板2上,所述的纵向驱动电机3-7固定在纵向基板3-8上,所述的纵向滚珠丝杠3-9安装在纵向基板3-8上,纵向滚珠丝杠3-9的轴和纵向驱动电机3-7的轴进行连接。所述的纵向滑块3-11安装在纵向滚珠丝杠3-9的丝母上并随着丝母一同运动。所述的纵向导向柱3-10穿过纵向滑块3-11,固定在纵向基板3-8上,为纵向滑块3-11提供直线导向。所述的横向基板3-3通过螺栓连接的方式连接在纵向滑块3-11上。所述的横向驱动电机3-1固定在横向基板3-3上,所述的横向滚珠丝杠3-2安装在横向基板3-3上,横向滚珠丝杠3-2的轴和横向驱动电机3-1的轴进行连接。所述的横向滑块3-5安装在横向滚珠丝杠3-2的丝母上并随着丝母一同运动。所述的喷头安装盘3-12通过螺栓连接的方式固定在横向滑块3-5上,所述的高压喷头3-14以及超声波传感器3-13固定在喷头安装盘3-12上。所述的水管3-6与高压喷头3-14相通,为高压喷头3-14提供高压水源。
所述的工装夹具5包括支撑架5-1,V形块5-2,挡板5-3,压块5-4,螺纹杆5-5,挡水板5-6,把手5-7。其特征在于:所述的V形块5-2设置在支撑架5-1上,并且设置有两列,用来对轮毂6两侧的轮缘进行向心定位,所述的挡板5-3设置在V形块5-2的一侧,所述的压块5-4设置在V形块5-2的另外一侧,用来对轮毂6进行固定。所述的压块5-4通过把手5-7进行调节,所述的螺纹杆5-5与压块5-4、把手5-7固定,并且与支撑架5-1上的螺纹孔通过螺纹连接的方式进行连接,这样,转动把手5-7便可以调节压块5-4,以便对不同型号的轮毂6进行夹紧。
当不同型号的轮毂6通过轮毂传送模块传4送到工装夹具5的时候,轮毂6通过V形块5-2进行定位,然后通过拧紧把手5-7使得压块5-4夹紧轮毂6。此时,可以通过喷头调整模块3实时调整高压喷头3-14的位置,使其能够适应不同规格型号的轮毂6。设置在喷头安装盘3-12上的超声波传感器3-13可以实时反馈高压喷头3-14与正面面对的物体的距离。当距离值在给定范围之内,说明高压喷头3-14正面面对的是轮毂6表面,需要进行清洗。当距离值超出给定范围之外,则表明高压喷头3-14正面面对的不是轮毂6表面,此时则不需要清洗,然后通过控制横向驱动电机3-1或者纵向驱动电机3-7控制高压喷头3-14朝着横向或者纵向移动,直至正面面对的是轮毂6表面。这样,便形成一个闭环控制,能够自动寻找需要清洗的表面。另外,喷头调整装置3的在各个移动方向的最大行程是根据待清洗的不同型号的轮毂6的最大尺寸来设定,这样,一套轮毂清洗装置便可以实现清洗不同型号的轮毂6的功能。

1.一种智能轮毂清洗装置,包括基座(1),安装过渡板(2),喷头调整模块(3),轮毂传送模块(4),工装夹具(5),其特征在于:
所述的喷头调整模块(3)连接在安装过渡板(2)上,所述的安装过渡板(2)固定在基座(1)上;所述的工装夹具(5)置于和基座(1)平行的位置,使得喷头调整模块(3)能够正对轮毂(6)正面;所述的轮毂传送模块(4)设置在工装夹具(5)的两侧;
所述的喷头调整模块(3)包括横向驱动电机(3-1),横向滚珠丝杠(3-2),横向基板(3-3),横向导向柱(3-4),横向滑块(3-5),水管(3-6),纵向驱动电机(3-7),纵向基板(3-8),纵向滚珠丝杠(3-9),纵向导向柱(3-10),纵向滑块(3-11),喷头安装盘(3-12),超声波传感器(3-13),高压喷头(3-14),所述的纵向基板(3-8)固定在安装过渡板(2)上,所述的纵向驱动电机(3-7)固定在纵向基板(3-8)上,所述的纵向滚珠丝杠(3-9)安装在纵向基板(3-8)上,纵向滚珠丝杠(3-9)的轴和纵向驱动电机(3-7)的轴进行连接;所述的纵向滑块(3-11)安装在纵向滚珠丝杠(3-9)的丝母上并随着丝母一同运动;所述的纵向导向柱(3-10)穿过纵向滑块(3-11),固定在纵向基板(3-8)上,为纵向滑块(3-11)提供直线导向;所述的横向基板(3-3)连接在纵向滑块(3-11)上;所述的横向驱动电机(3-1)固定在横向基板(3-3)上,所述的横向滚珠丝杠(3-2)安装在横向基板(3-3)上,横向滚珠丝杠(3-2)的轴和横向驱动电机(3-1)的轴进行连接;所述的横向滑块(3-5)安装在横向滚珠丝杠(3-2)的丝母上并随着丝母一同运动;所述的喷头安装盘(3-12)固定在横向滑块(3-5)上,所述的高压喷头(3-14以及超声波传感器(3-13)固定在喷头安装盘(3-12)上;所述的水管(3-6)与高压喷头(3-14)相通,为高压喷头(3-14)提供高压水源;
所述的工装夹具(5)包括支撑架(5-1),V形块(5-2),挡板(5-3),压块(5-4),螺纹杆(5-5),挡水板(5-6),把手(5-7),所述的V形块(5-2)设置在支撑架(5-1)上,并且设置有两列,用来对轮毂(6)两侧的轮缘进行向心定位,所述的挡板(5-3)设置在V形块(5-2)的一侧,所述的压块(5-4)设置在V形块(5-2)的另外一侧,用来对轮毂(6)进行固定;所述的压块(5-4)通过把手(5-7)进行调节,所述的螺纹杆(5-5)与压块(5-4)、把手(5-7)固定,并且与支撑架(5-1)上的螺纹孔连接;喷头调整模块(3)的在各个移动方向的最大行程是根据待清洗的不同型号的轮毂(6)的最大尺寸来设定。
