Background
When the metal plate is processed, in order to protect the metal plate during processing, the surface of the metal plate is generally coated with an anti-corrosion protective agent and the like, after processing, the anti-corrosion protective agent on the metal plate needs to be removed, and at present, various residual protective agents on the metal plate are flushed by clean water manually, which is labor-consuming, and is not clean in manual cleaning, so that the production quality of the metal plate is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a metal plate cleaning device which has a simple structure, can automatically clean the residual protective agent on the surface of a metal plate, can simultaneously clean a plurality of metal plates and improve the cleaning efficiency, and is particularly suitable for producing the metal plates.

the water spraying mechanism comprises a rectangular cavity, a water tank, a water outlet pipe and a guide pipe, wherein the rectangular cavity is arranged between a left plate and a right plate, the bottom wall of the rectangular cavity is an opening, the rectangular cavity is internally and transversely provided with the water outlet pipe, one end of the water outlet pipe is closed, the other end of the water outlet pipe penetrates through the right side wall and the right plate of the rectangular cavity and is connected with a water outlet of the water tank, the water outlet pipe is provided with a water pump, the upper side of the water outlet pipe is arranged on the top wall in the rectangular cavity through a fixed column, the lower side of the water outlet pipe is provided with a plurality of guide pipes communicated with the water outlet pipe, and the outer ends of the guide pipes are respectively provided with a spray head;
the cleaning plate mechanism comprises an outer box body and an inner box body, wherein the outer box body is arranged between a left plate and a right plate, an inner box body is arranged in the outer box body, a gap is reserved between the outer box body and the inner box body, the top ends of the outer box body and the inner box body are openings, the top ends of the inner box body are lower than the top ends of the outer box body, and the outer side of the bottom wall of the inner box body is connected with the bottom wall in the outer box body through a plurality of support columns;
the inner box body is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves on the inner bottom wall, the inner box body is respectively provided with a plurality of small units by the plurality of clamping grooves, each small unit is internally provided with a stirring shaft, each stirring shaft is sleeved with a stirring brush, each stirring shaft sequentially penetrates through a mounting hole correspondingly arranged on the bottom wall of the inner box body and a mounting hole correspondingly arranged on the bottom wall of the outer box body, the joint is provided with a bearing, the outer end of one stirring shaft in the small unit close to the left plate is connected with one side of a driving pulley, the outer ends of other stirring shafts are connected with driven pulleys, the other side of the driving pulley is connected with an output shaft of a motor, the driving pulley and a plurality of driven pulleys are sleeved with the same belt, the inner surface of the belt is abutted against the outer edge of the driven pulleys, a tensioning wheel which is in rotary connection with the outer side of the bottom wall of the outer box body is arranged between the adjacent driven pulleys, and the outer edge of the tensioning wheel is abutted against the outer surface of the belt;
the waste water tank is characterized in that a waste water port is arranged on the bottom wall of the outer tank body and is connected with a waste water tank through a waste water pipe, a water outlet is arranged on the waste water tank, an outer discharge port and an inner discharge port are arranged on the bottom walls of the outer tank body and the inner tank body, the outer discharge port and the inner discharge port are connected through a drain pipe, and a plug is arranged on the drain pipe.
Further, the right side wall of the rectangular cavity and the right plate are correspondingly provided with a first round hole and a second round hole which are used for the water outlet pipe to pass through, and sealing rings are respectively arranged at the contact positions of the water outlet pipe and the first round hole and the second round hole.
Further, each guide pipe is disposed obliquely toward the right plate.
Further, the top wall of the water tank is an opening, and the water tank is fixed on the outer side of the right plate through the bottom plate.
Further, six clamping grooves are formed in the inner bottom wall of the inner box body, the widths of the three clamping grooves are the same, and the widths of the other three clamping grooves are the same.

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the cleaning plate mechanism and the water spraying mechanism can automatically clean the residual protective agent on the surface of the metal plate while spraying water, and the cleaning plate mechanism is clean and high in working efficiency; the inner box body can be provided with a plurality of metal plates at the same time, so that the plurality of metal plates can be cleaned at the same time, the cleaning efficiency is improved, and the cleaning is more convenient.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the technical proposal of the invention is a metal plate cleaning device, which comprises a left plate 1 and a right plate 2, wherein a water spraying mechanism and a cleaning plate mechanism are arranged between the left plate 1 and the right plate 2 from top to bottom in sequence,
the water spraying mechanism comprises a rectangular cavity 3, a water tank 4, a water outlet pipe 5 and guide pipes 6, wherein the rectangular cavity 3 is arranged between a left plate 1 and a right plate 2, the bottom wall of the rectangular cavity 3 is an opening, the water outlet pipe 5 is transversely arranged in the rectangular cavity 3, one end of the water outlet pipe 5 is closed, the other end of the water outlet pipe passes through the right side wall of the rectangular cavity 3 and the right plate 2 and is connected with a water outlet of the water tank 4, a water pump 7 is arranged on the water outlet pipe 4, the upper side of the water outlet pipe 4 is arranged on the top wall in the rectangular cavity 3 through a fixed column 8, a plurality of guide pipes 6 communicated with the water outlet pipe 5 are arranged on the lower side of the water outlet pipe 5, spray heads 9 are arranged at the outer ends of the guide pipes 6, when the water spraying mechanism is used, the water pump 7 is started to enable clean water in the water tank 4 to enter each guide pipe 6 along the water outlet pipe 5 in sequence, and finally spray from the spray heads 9 towards the cleaning plate mechanism;
the cleaning plate mechanism comprises an outer box body 10 and an inner box body 11, wherein the outer box body 10 is arranged between a left plate 1 and a right plate 2, the inner box body 11 is arranged in the outer box body 10, a gap is reserved between the outer box body 10 and the inner box body 11, the top ends of the outer box body 10 and the inner box body 11 are openings, the top end of the inner box body 11 is lower than the top end of the outer box body 10, the outer side of the bottom wall of the inner box body 11 is connected with the bottom wall in the outer box body 10 through a plurality of support columns 12, a gap is reserved between the bottom wall of the outer box body 10 and the bottom wall of the inner box body 11, and when cleaning water in the inner box body 11 exceeds the upper edge 11 of the inner box body, the cleaning water flows into the outer box body 10 along the inner box body 11;
the inner bottom wall of the inner box body 11 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 14 matched with the metal plate 13, the inner box body 11 is respectively provided with a plurality of small units 15 by the plurality of clamping grooves 14, each small unit 15 is internally provided with a stirring shaft 16, each stirring shaft 16 is sleeved with a stirring brush 17, each stirring shaft 16 sequentially penetrates through a mounting hole correspondingly arranged on the bottom wall of the inner box body 11 and a mounting hole correspondingly arranged on the bottom wall of the outer box body 10, the connecting part is provided with a bearing, the outer end of one stirring shaft 16 in the small unit 15 close to the left plate 1 is connected with one side of a driving pulley 18, the outer ends of the other stirring shafts 16 are connected with driven pulleys 19, the other side of the driving pulley 18 is connected with the output shaft of a motor 20, the same belt 21 is sleeved between the driving pulley 18 and the plurality of driven pulleys 19, the inner surface of the belt 21 is abutted against the outer edge of the driven pulleys 19, a tensioning wheel 22 which is in rotary connection with the outer side of the bottom wall of the outer box body 10 is arranged between the adjacent driven pulleys 19, the outer edge of the tensioning wheel 22 is tightly arranged against the motor of the belt 21, the driving pulley 20 is abutted against the outer surface of the belt 21, each driven pulley 19 is driven by the motor, and each stirring shaft 16 is driven by the driving pulley 19 to rotate, and each stirring shaft 16 is driven by the metal brush 17, and the metal plate is driven to rotate, and the metal plate 13 is driven, and the stirring shaft is rotated;
the waste liquid pipe 23 pass through the perforation of right board 2 and link to each other with waste water tank 24, be equipped with the delivery port on waste water tank 24, clean water overflows to in the outer box 10 from interior box 11, along waste liquid port, waste liquid pipe 23, enter into waste water tank 24, prevent because interior box 11 clean water too much, cause the effect of being inconvenient for carrying out the cleanness to metal sheet 13, all be equipped with outer discharge port, interior discharge port on outer box 10, interior box 11's diapire, link to each other through drain pipe 25 between outer discharge port, the interior discharge port, be equipped with the end cap on drain pipe 25, can link to each other drain pipe 25 and waste water tank.
In this embodiment, the right side wall of the rectangular cavity 3 and the right plate 2 are correspondingly provided with a first round hole and a second round hole for the water outlet pipe 5 to pass through, and sealing rings are respectively arranged at the contact positions of the water outlet pipe 5 and the first round hole and the second round hole.
In this embodiment, each guide tube 6 is inclined toward the right plate 2, which facilitates the cleaning action of the metal plate 13 located in the cleaning plate mechanism.
In this embodiment, the top wall of the water tank 4 is an opening, and the water tank 4 is fixed on the outer side of the right plate 2 through a bottom plate.

The working procedure of this example: during operation, the metal plate 13 to be cleaned is placed in each clamping groove 14, then the motor 20 is started, the stirring shaft 16 plays a role in brushing the metal plate 13, and meanwhile, the water pump 7 sprays cleaning water into each small unit 15 along the water outlet pipe 4 and the spray head 9, so that the effect of cleaning the metal plate 13 is realized.
