Abstract
本发明涉及一种养殖场空气净化循环装置,属于空气净化技术领域。本发明使用风机将养殖场中的废气抽取出来并通入吸附水中溶解氨气,剩余二氧化碳等通过透气支撑板被速生植物吸收,再用抽水泵将吸附水通过喷头浇灌速生植物,利用空气成分传感器检测空气中氧含量达标后通过抽气泵将空气通入养殖场中,同时速生植物可作为饲料喂养禽畜。本发明养殖场空气净化循环装置对于畜舍空气中的恶臭气体净化处理效果好,具有广阔的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种养殖场空气净化循环装置,属于空气净化技术领域。
背景技术
氨气是养殖场排放的恶臭气体中主要的污染物之一,因而,养殖场氨气的排放控制是大气污染防治的重要环节之一。规模化养殖场氨排放防治技术主要包括上游防治技术、中游防治技术、下游防治技术。上游防治技术主要是进行日粮配比调控、添加饲料改良剂来实现。中游防治技术主要是使用物理、化学、生物除臭剂或者合理配置畜禽舍,需严格控制畜禽舍的温湿度、通风量。用于规模化养殖场氨排放控制的下游防治技术主要包括吸收、吸附、催化、冷凝和生物处理技术及相关配套设备等。相对于物理化学方法,氨气的生物法去除技术由于具有处理效率高、无二次污染、安全性好、设备简单工程造价低、易于操作、管理维护以及运行费用低廉等优点受到越来越多的关注。
在现代规模化养殖过程中,畜禽被限制在固定的环境中,其所产生的有害物质主要包括二氧化碳,少量的氨气、硫化氢以及其他微生物等,在圈舍中,这些气体聚集到一定程度不仅对动物生长不利,而且危害饲养员健康,同时也阻碍了养殖业的发展,并且研究表明,畜禽生产力20~30%取决于环境因素,在集约化生产中,圈舍环境与畜禽健康有直接关系。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对现代规模化养殖过程中,畜禽被限制在固定的环境中,其所产生的恶臭气体聚集到一定程度不仅对动物生长不利,而且会危害饲养员健康,阻碍养殖业的发展的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案:
一种养殖场空气净化循环装置,包括养殖场、机体、管道、抽气泵、风机、储水箱、加水泵、吸附水、光照管、土壤层、速生植物、空气成分传感器、调节器、抽水泵、pH传感器、喷头、透气支撑板,其特征在于:机体内壁上加装有光照管,顶端设有喷头,通过抽水泵与下层吸附水相连,中间层为土壤层,土壤层上种植速生植物,土壤层通过透气支撑板与下层隔开,下层装有吸附水,且设有入气口通过风机与养殖场相连。
所述的机体上半部份为透光保温材料,且在内壁上加装有光照管,光照管在夜晚开启;
所述的机体中固定有透气支撑板,在透气支撑板之上为15~20cm土壤层,土壤层上种植速生植物;
所述的抽气泵、风机、加水泵、抽水泵、光照管的电源由调节器控制;
所述的空气成分传感器、pH传感器传输信号与调节器;
所述的pH传感器检测吸附水的pH达到8.0~9.0后,通过调节器控制抽水泵将吸附水通过喷头浇灌速生植物;
所述的空气成分传感器检测空气中氧含量大于21%后,通过调节器控制抽气泵将空气通入养殖场中。
本发明的应用:首先打开风机将养殖场中的废气抽取出来并通入吸附水中溶解氨气,剩余二氧化碳等通过透气支撑板被速生植物吸收,再用pH传感器检测吸附水的pH达到8.0~9.0后,通过调节器控制抽水泵将吸附水通过喷头浇灌速生植物,利用空气成分传感器检测空气中氧含量大于21%后,通过调节器控制抽气泵将空气通入养殖场中,同时速生植物可作为饲料喂养禽畜。经检测,本发明养殖场空气净化循环装置对于养殖场中恶臭气体净化率为81.7~87.8%,含氧量提高了1.19~2.26%。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明养殖场空气净化循环装置,能够去除养殖场中的二氧化碳,少量的氨气、硫化氢等,功能多样且空气净化效果好;
(2)本发明养殖场空气净化循环装置,能供应部分畜禽饲料,不会造成资源浪费,降低了畜舍空气净化成本,易于被各种规模的养殖户采用。
