Detailed Description
In order to more clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an event management display method according to an embodiment of the present application, which mainly includes the following steps:
step 101: and acquiring alarm information of the alarm event.
For the whole service system, the devices are often related and complementary to each other, so that if any one device has an alarm event or fault and is not processed in time, the normal operation of the whole system service is possibly affected. When the equipment in the system has faults, the alarm information of the alarm event can be acquired through the data interaction interface so as to display the progress condition of event management. The alarm information may specifically include an alarm serial number, an alarm name, an alarm description, an occurrence time, a responsible person contact method, and the like. In addition, in order to ensure the timeliness of information, when the alarm information of the alarm event is acquired, real-time communication can be achieved, namely, data interaction is carried out once every a little time to acquire a new alarm event or update the alarm information of the alarm event which has occurred.
Step 102: judging whether an alarm event occurs for the first time; if yes, go to step 103; if not, go to step 104.
After the alarm information of the alarm event is acquired in step 101, the alarm event can be judged according to the alarm information; if the alarm event occurs for the first time, the alarm event is added newly; step 103 is entered; if the alarm event does not occur for the first time, the alarm event is indicated to have occurred before, and the information is the update of the alarm information of the alarm event; step 104 is entered.
Step 103: and generating an event icon of the alarm event in a display page.
When it is determined that the alarm event of the currently acquired alarm information occurs for the first time through step 102, the management process of the alarm event needs to be displayed. In the event management display method provided in the embodiment of the application, the event management process is mainly displayed by using intuitive and understandable graphs. Specifically, each time a new alarm event occurs, an event icon representing the alarm event is generated in the display page; and the display position of the event icon indicates the process stage of the alarm event. Specifically, the regions in the display page may be preferably set in order along the horizontal axis as different progression stages that develop in time order; in the area corresponding to each process stage, the direction of the horizontal axis represents the time increasing direction in the alarm event processing process; of course, a similar arrangement along the longitudinal axis is possible.
The process phase may be set as an alarm receiving phase, a processing phase, a recovery phase and a shutdown phase according to a standard event processing flow. An event icon corresponding to the alarm event may be generated at the start position of the alarm receiving phase when a new alarm event occurs. Of course, the process stages mentioned here may be set to other numbers or names, and those skilled in the art may select and set the process stages according to the actual situation, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the process stages.
The present application is not limited to specific parameters such as the shape, size, and shape of the event icon, and those skilled in the art can select and set the parameters by themselves. As a preferred embodiment, the color of the generated event icon may be selected according to the alert level of the alert event; for example, four different levels of normal, mild, moderate, and severe may be represented by green, yellow, orange, and red, respectively, so that the manager can quickly and intuitively identify the alert level of an alert event and make reasonable processing scheduling decisions. As a preferred embodiment, the shape of the event icon can also be used as the mark of the process stage where the event icon is located, that is, the event icon of the alarm event in the same process stage adopts the same shape, and when the process stage changes, the shape of the event icon is also updated. Of course, the above examples are only preferred methods provided by the present application, and those skilled in the art may not perform such setting or adopt other representation schemes, which are not limited by the embodiments of the present application.
Step 104: and updating the display position of the event icon of the alarm event in the display page according to the alarm information.
When it is determined that the alarm event of the currently acquired alarm information does not occur for the first time according to step 102, it is indicated that the alarm event already has an event icon in the display page, and the alarm information at this time is only information update of the alarm event. Therefore, at this time, the display position of the event icon of the alarm event needs to be updated. Specifically, the original event icon in the display page of the alarm event can be found according to the serial number and other information of the alarm event, and then the display position of the alarm event is updated according to the obtained alarm information content. Because the direction of the horizontal axis is the direction of time increase in the alarm event processing process in the area corresponding to each process stage, if the process stage of the alarm event is not changed, the event icon is still moved to the corresponding display position along the horizontal axis direction in the area of the original process stage; and if the process stage of the alarm event is changed, skipping the display position of the event icon over the corresponding area of the original process stage, and updating the display position to the initial position of the corresponding area of the current process stage.
Of course, in view of the limited representation information of the graph, in the event management display method provided in the embodiment of the present application, regardless of whether the event icon of the alarm event is just generated or after the display position of the event icon of the alarm event is updated, if a click on the event icon in the display page is received, detailed information of the alarm event corresponding to the event icon, such as an alarm flow number, an alarm name, an alarm description, and the like, may be displayed in the display page. In addition, a pop-up box or other display modes can be specifically adopted, so that an administrator can obtain the alarm information of the alarm event in more detail.
Therefore, in the event management display method provided by the embodiment of the application, the alarm event is displayed in each area corresponding to different process stages in the display page in the form of the event icon, so that an administrator can intuitively, simply and quickly acquire the management process of the alarm event, and each alarm event is conveniently monitored and subjected to decision processing.
Referring to fig. 2, on the basis of the event management display method shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another event management display method provided in the embodiment of the present application, which includes the following main steps. For the same or similar points, please refer to the details of the event management method shown in fig. 1, which will not be described herein again.
Step 201: and acquiring alarm information of the alarm event.
Step 202: judging whether an alarm event occurs for the first time; if yes, go to step 203; if not, go to step 204.
Step 203: generating an event icon of a color corresponding to the alarm level of the alarm event in a display page; step 210 is entered.
As described above, the display position of the event icon of the alarm event in the display page may specifically be the display position in the horizontal axis direction, which indicates the current process stage of the alarm event; meanwhile, the color of the event icon may represent different alert levels.
On the other hand, the area of the display page along the longitudinal axis direction can be fully utilized to uniformly display the event icons of the alarm events generated by the plurality of devices in one display page; the administrator is more convenient to monitor and manage the equipment collectively.
Step 204: judging whether the process stage of the alarm event is changed or not; if yes, go to step 205; if not, go to step 206.
After the current alarm event is determined to have occurred through step 202, the event icon of the alarm event needs to be updated and displayed. As previously described, the event icons for alarm events may take different shapes depending on the process stage. Therefore, it may be determined whether the process phase of the alarm event is changed, and if so, step 205 may be performed; otherwise, step 206 may be entered.
Specifically, the last alarm information of the alarm event can be searched in the processed alarm event record through the alarm information of the alarm event, such as the alarm serial number, and the two alarm information are compared to judge whether the process stage where the two alarm information are located changes.
Step 205: updating the display position and the shape of an event icon of the alarm event at the same time according to the alarm information; step 210 is entered.
As described above, when it is determined that the process stage in which the alarm event is located has changed, the shape of the event icon may be updated along with the display position. Specifically, the display position is updated to the starting position of the area corresponding to the current process stage; and the shape is updated to the shape corresponding to the current process stage. Each process stage may be preset with a corresponding shape, for example, the alarm receiving stage may be set as a circle, the processing stage may be set as a square, the recovery stage may be set as a diamond, and the closing stage may be set as a triangle. Of course, other arrangement schemes may also be adopted, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
Step 206: updating the display position of an event icon of the alarm event in the display page; step 207 is entered.
When it is determined that the process phase of the current alarm event has not changed per step 204, only the display position of the event icon of the alarm event needs to be updated. Specifically, the total duration of the current process stage can be obtained from the alarm information, and the event icon is pushed and updated to the corresponding display position along the horizontal axis direction.
Step 207: and judging whether the processing time of the alarm event in the process stage exceeds a default time limit, if so, entering a step 208, and if not, entering a step 210.
In order to prevent the alarm event from being in a certain process stage for a long time and being unable to continue to be processed next, a default time limit may be set for one or more process stages, and once the processing time length exceeds the default time limit, the process may proceed to step 208 to time out the alarm event. It is easy to understand that the closing phase does not need to set a default time limit, and the alarm receiving phase, the processing phase and the recovery phase can set the default time limit; and, the default time limit of each process phase does not need to be the same, for example, the alarm receiving phase default time limit may be set to 15 minutes, the processing phase default time limit may be set to 120 minutes, and the recovery phase default time limit may be set to 4 hours; of course, the present invention may also be configured in other schemes, and those skilled in the art may select and configure the scheme according to the actual use situation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In addition, in order to further facilitate the administrator to intuitively know the total processing time of the alarm event in a certain process stage, specific time can be marked in the direction of the horizontal axis, and once the display position of the event icon reaches the position corresponding to the default time limit, the alarm event is about to enter timeout processing.
Step 208: updating the event icon to a display position corresponding to the overtime stage; step 209 is entered.
When the total time length of the alarm event in a certain process stage exceeds the default time limit, the alarm event can be subjected to overtime processing, namely, after each process stage with the default time limit, an overtime stage can be added, and once the alarm event enters the overtime processing, the display position of the event icon of the alarm event is updated to the area position corresponding to the overtime stage, so that an administrator can be intuitively reminded to perform next processing on the overtime alarm event in time.
Step 209: a timeout notification is sent to the administrator, proceeding to step 210.
Except that the event icon of the alarm event with the overtime is updated to the display position corresponding to the overtime stage in the step 208, the overtime notification can be directly sent to the administrator, so that the administrator can acquire the overtime condition of the alarm event processing at the first time and perform the subsequent processing in time. The sending of the timeout notification may specifically adopt sending a short message, an email or other manners; moreover, since there may be multiple administrators in the same device, the timeout notification may also be sent to administrators of different levels according to different alarm levels of the alarm event. The selection and the arrangement can be performed by those skilled in the art according to the actual use situation, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
Step 210: updating and displaying the total number of the alarm events of each device in each process stage; and updating and displaying the total number of all alarm events in each process stage.
After the updating of the event icon display position of the alarm event is completed, the statistical work of the alarm event can be further completed, so that an administrator can macroscopically master the operation condition of each device on the whole. Specifically, for each device, the total number of alarm events in each process stage in which it is located may be updated and displayed, for example, the number of alarm events in the alarm receiving stage, the number of alarm events in the alarm receiving timeout stage, the number of alarm events in the processing stage, and so on; on the other hand, for each process stage, the total number of all alarm events in the process stage can be updated and displayed.
It can be seen that, in the event management display method shown in fig. 2, on the basis of the method shown in fig. 1, the timeout processing and the total count of the alarm event are added, so that an administrator can more conveniently and intuitively obtain the timeout condition and the total condition of the alarm event, and the management efficiency of the alarm event of the device can be further improved.
The following describes an event management display device provided in an embodiment of the present application. The event management display apparatus described below and the event management display method described above may be referred to in correspondence with each other.

Wherein, the display position of the event icon marks the process stage of the alarm event.
In addition, when generating the event icon of the alarm event, the command module 303 may specifically generate the event icon of the corresponding color according to the alarm level of the alarm event. In addition, the command module 303 may further determine whether a process stage of the alarm event is changed before updating the display position of the event icon of the alarm event in the display page, and if so, may update the shape of the event icon while updating the display position of the event icon; if the time length of the alarm event in the current process stage does not exceed the default time limit, the command module 303 may further determine whether the total processing time length of the alarm event in the current process stage exceeds the default time limit, and if the total processing time length of the alarm event in the current process stage exceeds the default time limit, the display position of the event icon may be updated to an area corresponding to the timeout stage, and a timeout notification may be sent to a corresponding administrator. After the generation of the event icon or the updating of the display position is completed, the command module 303 may further be configured to perform statistics on alarm events, including the total number of alarm events of each process stage in which each device is located, and the total number of all alarm events in each process stage. In addition, the command module 303 may also display detailed alarm information of an alarm event corresponding to the event icon in response to clicking on the event icon in the display page.
