An air treatment apparatus 100, an air conditioning indoor unit 700, an air conditioning outdoor unit, and an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, according to the air treatment apparatus 100 for an air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner has a heat exchange duct, and thus, air flow can exchange heat in the heat exchange duct, thereby achieving a cooling or heating effect of the air conditioner. The air treatment device 100 includes: the water collector comprises a shell 10, a water collector 20, a wind wheel 30 and a water baffle 40.
Specifically, the air treatment duct isolated from the heat exchange duct is provided in the casing 10, so that the air in the heat exchange duct and the air in the air treatment duct can be prevented from interfering with each other to affect the working performance of the air conditioner.
The housing 10 has a fresh air inlet 110 and a fresh air outlet, both of which are communicated with the air treatment duct, and the fresh air inlet 110 and the fresh air outlet are communicated with the room. The fresh air inlet 110 may be provided in communication with the indoor space or the outdoor space. When the fresh air inlet 110 is communicated with the room, the air in the room can enter the air treatment air duct from the fresh air inlet 110, and after being treated in the air treatment channel, the air flows into the room from the fresh air outlet, so that the indoor air quality is improved. When the fresh air inlet 110 is arranged to be communicated with the outside, outdoor air can enter the air treatment air duct from the fresh air inlet 110 and flow into the room from the fresh air outlet after being treated in the air treatment air duct, so that the outdoor air can be introduced into the room to realize indoor ventilation, and the indoor air quality is further improved.
The water pan 20 is located in the housing 10, and the water pan 20 is used for containing water. Thus, by providing the water pan 20 in the housing 10, the housing 10 can cover the water pan 20, thereby preventing impurities from entering the water pan 20 and causing water pollution in the water pan 20. The wind wheel 30 is positioned in the shell 10 and above the water pan 20, and the wind wheel 30 is suitable for driving water in the water pan 20 to flow. Thus, by providing the wind wheel 30 above the water pan 20, water in the water pan 20 can be driven to flow when the wind wheel 30 rotates. It should be noted that, the wind wheel 30 may directly drive the water in the water pan 20 to flow, or may indirectly drive the water in the water pan 20 to flow. When the wind wheel 30 rotates, a low-pressure area and a high-pressure area are formed near the wind wheel 30, when the wind wheel 30 drives airflow to flow, airflow around the wind wheel 30 can be driven to flow, and when the airflow around the wind wheel 30 flows, water in the water pan 20 can be driven to flow.
The water blocking member 40 is adapted to switch between a first position and a second position, and when the water blocking member 40 is located at the first position, the water blocking member 40 can collide with water flow to form water mist, so that the water content in the air treatment device 100 can be increased, and the air flow in the air treatment device 100 can be humidified and purified. When the water deflector 40 is switched to the second position, the water deflector 40 keeps away from the water flow.
It should be noted that, by providing the water blocking member 40, the water blocking member 40 may be switched between the first position and the second position, so that the operating state of the air treatment device 100 may be adjusted according to different requirements, for example, when the air flow needs to be humidified, the water blocking member 40 may be adjusted to the first position; the water deflector 40 may be adjusted to the second position when the humidification of the air stream is not required.
When the water baffle 40 is adjusted to the first position, the wind wheel 30 can drive the water flow in the water pan 20 to rotate when rotating, the water flow moving when rotating collides with the water baffle 40 to form water mist and water vapor, and after the water mist and the water vapor are mixed with the air flow, the water mist and the water vapor flow out of the air treatment device 100 along with the flow of the air flow, so that the air flow can be humidified; when the water deflector 40 is adjusted to the second position, the water deflector 40 may be retracted from the flow of boiled water, thereby stopping humidification of the flow of air exiting the air treatment device 100.
According to the air treatment device 100 for an air conditioner in the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the water receiving disc 20 and the wind wheel 30, the wind wheel 30 can rotate to drive air flow and water in the water receiving disc 20 to flow, and by switching the water retaining member 40 between the first position and the second position, the humidity change in the air treatment device 100 can be regulated, so that the air humidity in the air treatment device 100 can be regulated, and the water vapor in the air treatment device 100 can remove impurity dust in the air, thereby improving the indoor air quality. In addition, through setting up the air treatment wind channel that keeps apart each other with the heat transfer wind channel, can prevent that the air current in heat transfer wind channel and the air treatment wind channel from taking place the mutual interference. By arranging the fresh air inlet 110 and the fresh air outlet in the shell, outdoor air can be introduced into a room, indoor ventilation is realized, and thus, the indoor air quality is further improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the water deflector 40 may have a plate shape, and the water deflector 40 may have a flat plate or an arc shape. As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the water guard 40 may be provided in a flat plate shape, thereby facilitating the manufacturing of the water guard 40 to improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost. The water retaining member 40 may also be configured as an arc plate, thereby enhancing the disturbance of the water flow by the water retaining member 40, and further disturbing the water flow in the water tray 20, so as to facilitate the volatilization of water in the water tray 20 and improve the water vapor content in the air treatment device 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air treatment apparatus 100 for an air conditioning indoor unit 700 may further include a driving motor 410, the driving motor 410 being connected with the water blocking member 40 to drive the water blocking member 40 to switch between the first position and the second position. As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the water deflector 40 is pivotally disposed above the water pan 20, and an end of the water deflector 40 is connected to the driving motor 410, so that the driving motor 410 can drive the water deflector to rotate, so that the water deflector 40 can be switched between the first position and the second position, thereby facilitating the control of the position adjustment of the water deflector 40, and enabling the position adjustment of the water deflector 40 to be more automatic and intelligent.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the water deflector 40 extends in the direction of the water flow when the water deflector 40 is switched to the second position. As shown in fig. 3, when the water guard 40 is switched to the second position, the water guard 40 may be attached to the inner peripheral wall of the water flow channel 210, so as to reduce blocking and interference of the water guard 40 on the water flow. For example, when the increase of the indoor air humidity is required to be small, the water blocking member 40 may be switched to the second position, and when the water blocking member 40 is switched to the second position, the blocking and interference of the water blocking member 40 to the water flow may be reduced, so as to reduce the evaporation rate of the water, and further reduce the water vapor content in the air treatment device 100, thereby slightly improving the humidity of the air flow flowing through the air treatment device 100. When the humidity content of the indoor air is high, the water blocking device 40 can be switched to the second position and the wind wheel 30 is closed when the humidifying treatment is not needed for the indoor air, so that the volatilization of the water in the air treatment device 100 is further reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the water deflector 40 is switched to the first position, the water deflector 40 extends in the radial direction of the wind wheel 30. As shown in fig. 4, when the water guard 40 is switched to the first position, the water guard 40 extends in the radial direction of the wind wheel 30, and the free end of the water guard 40 extends into the water flow channel 210, so that water in the water flow channel 210 collides with the water guard 40 to splash to form a large amount of water vapor when flowing, thereby increasing the water vapor content in the air treatment device 100. Therefore, the airflow flowing in the air treatment device 100 collides with a large number of small liquid drops in the air treatment device 100, the small liquid drops can adsorb and remove dust and impurities in the air, the humidity of the air is improved, and the indoor air quality is improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the wind wheel 30 may be a centrifugal wind wheel 30. For example, the wind wheel 30 may be an axial wind inlet, a radial wind outlet, and a centrifugal wind wheel 30 that uses centrifugal force (depending on the rotation speed and the outer diameter) to apply work to increase the pressure of air. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a through hole may be provided at the center of the water receiving tray 20, so that air may pass through the water receiving tray 20 along the through hole, the water flow channel 210 may be formed as an annular flow channel circumferentially surrounding the through hole, and the centrifugal wind wheel 30 may be disposed above the water receiving tray 20, so that when the centrifugal wind wheel 30 rotates, the air flow may be driven to flow through the through hole of the water receiving tray 20, and the water flow may also be driven to flow circumferentially in the water flow channel 210. I.e. the centrifugal wind wheel 30 can drive the flow of water flow and air flow simultaneously, thereby saving energy and reducing consumption.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the wind wheel 30 is spaced apart from the water surface within the drip tray 20, the wind wheel 30 being adapted to drive the flow of water within the drip tray 20 with an air flow. It will be appreciated that the rotation of the wind wheel 30 may create a low pressure region to drive the air flow between the water flow channel 210 and the wind wheel 30, and the flowing air may further drive the water flow. Therefore, when the wind wheel 30 rotates, the water in the water receiving disc 20 can be indirectly driven, so that the influence of the water in the water receiving disc 20 on the rotating speed of the wind wheel 30 can be reduced, the influence on the air flow velocity in the air treatment device 100 can be reduced, and the energy conservation and the consumption reduction can be realized. Moreover, the wind wheel 30 and the water surface are arranged at intervals, so that noise generated by collision of the wind wheel 30 and the water can be prevented, the air treatment device 100 can operate more quietly and comfortably, and abrasion and damage caused by long-time water flow collision of the wind wheel 30 can be prevented, and the service life of the wind wheel 30 is prolonged.
In other embodiments of the invention, the lower end of the wind wheel 30 extends into the water. Therefore, the wind wheel 30 can directly drive the water flow to flow, so as to improve the driving force of the wind wheel 30 to the water in the water receiving tray 20, thereby being beneficial to improving the flow velocity of the water flow and accelerating the volatilization of the water in the water receiving tray 20.
