Further, the step 4 specifically includes: gluing the parts except the corrugated grooves in the turbulent flow area and the connecting area, then adhering the two flexible strip-shaped belts together, and performing pressing treatment on the turbulent flow area and the connecting area.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the two flexible strip-shaped belts are attached together and form a spray irrigation channel and a drip irrigation channel in a pressing fit mode, two water supply modes of drip irrigation and spray irrigation can be realized simultaneously, and the drip irrigation and spray operation can be performed independently.

Claims (7)

1. A double anti-blocking type water supply pipe is characterized by comprising two flexible strip-shaped belts and a plurality of spray heads; along the width direction of the flexible strip-shaped belts, the middle part of the flexible strip-shaped belt is a sprinkling irrigation area, two sides of the sprinkling irrigation area form connection areas, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the sprinkling irrigation area of one flexible strip-shaped belt, the two flexible strip-shaped belts are attached together, a sprinkling irrigation channel is formed between the two sprinkling irrigation areas, and the two corresponding connection areas are pressed together to form a connection wing; the sprayer comprises a base, a liquid storage groove body, a first substrate, a second substrate, a spring and a nut, wherein the base is of a step structure, a threaded part is arranged at the top of the base, the liquid storage groove body, the first substrate and the second substrate are sequentially installed on the base from bottom to top, a water inlet channel communicated with the liquid storage groove body is further formed in the inner end face of the base, the first substrate covers the liquid storage groove body, a plurality of spray holes communicated with the liquid storage groove body are formed in the first substrate, an elastic rod is arranged on the edge of the second substrate, a nozzle is arranged on the elastic rod, a tapered hole is formed in the nozzle, the nozzle is located in the corresponding spray hole, the nut is in threaded connection with the threaded part, and the spring is located between the nut and the second substrate; each mounting hole is provided with the spray head, and the flexible strip-shaped belt with the mounting hole is clamped between the base and the liquid storage groove body;
two sides of the flexible strip-shaped belt are respectively provided with a turbulent flow area, and a drip irrigation area and the connection area are sequentially arranged between the turbulent flow area and the spray irrigation area; a plurality of corrugated grooves are arranged in the turbulent flow area of one flexible strip-shaped belt, and water outlet holes communicated with the corrugated grooves are also arranged in the turbulent flow area; the two flexible strip-shaped belts are attached together, a drip irrigation channel is formed between two corresponding drip irrigation areas, the two corresponding turbulent flow areas are pressed together to form a side wing, the corrugated grooves in the side wings form turbulent flow channels, the inlets and the outlets of the turbulent flow channels are respectively communicated with the corresponding drip irrigation channels, and the connecting wings, the drip irrigation channels and the side wings are respectively and sequentially distributed on two sides of the spray irrigation channels;
the corrugated grooves in one of the turbulent flow areas are also provided with connecting grooves in parallel; after the two flexible strip-shaped belts are attached together, the connecting groove forms a connecting channel, and the connecting channel and the turbulent flow channel form a parallel type mixing flow channel;
the connecting wing is also provided with a connecting channel for communicating the drip irrigation channel with the sprinkling irrigation channel, and the connecting channel for communicating the drip irrigation channel with the sprinkling irrigation channel is provided with a flow switch adjusting component.

A dual anti-clogging water supply pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein said flow switch adjustment assembly includes a base plate, a stud disposed on said base plate, an upper pressure plate slidably disposed on said stud, and a nut threadably coupled to said stud, said two flexible strips being positioned between said base plate and said upper pressure plate.

The dual anti-clogging water supply pipe according to claim 2, wherein a first connection port and a second connection port communicating with the sprinkling irrigation channel are formed on a side surface of one end portion of the sprinkling irrigation channel, the dual anti-clogging water supply pipe further comprises a filter assembly, the filter assembly comprises a filter box, a drainage pipe, a return pipe and a filter screen cylinder, one port of the drainage pipe and one port of the return pipe are respectively connected with the filter box, and the filter screen cylinder is located in the filter box and connected with the drainage pipe or the return pipe; the other port of the drainage tube is connected with the first connecting port, the other port of the return tube is connected with the second connecting port, and the flow switch adjusting component is also arranged at the position, between the first connecting port and the second connecting port, on the sprinkling irrigation channel.

A dual anti-clogging water supply pipe as set forth in claim 1, wherein the inlet of said turbulent flow channel is inclined toward the water inlet side of said drip irrigation channel and the outlet of said turbulent flow channel is inclined toward the water outlet side of said drip irrigation channel.

A dual anti-clogging water supply pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein said turbulent flow region and said joining region of one of said flexible strip-shaped strips are provided with positioning ribs, respectively, and said turbulent flow region and said joining region of the other of said flexible strip-shaped strips are provided with positioning grooves, respectively, said positioning ribs being caught in said corresponding positioning grooves.
6. A method of manufacturing a double anti-clogging water supply pipe as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising:
step 1, respectively extruding two flexible strip-shaped belts through an extruder;
step 2, processing a corrugated groove and a water outlet hole in the turbulent flow region of one of the flexible strip-shaped belts, and meanwhile, forming a mounting hole in the sprinkling irrigation region of the flexible strip-shaped belt;
step 3, installing the spray heads in the corresponding installation holes;
and 4, attaching the two flexible strip-shaped belts together, and performing pressing treatment on the turbulent flow area and the connecting area of the flexible strip-shaped belts.

A method for manufacturing a double anti-clogging water supply pipe according to claim 6, wherein the step 4 is specifically: gluing the parts except the corrugated grooves in the turbulent flow area and the connecting area, then pasting the two flexible strip-shaped belts together, and performing pressing treatment on the turbulent flow area and the connecting area.
