At present, the use of temperature and humidity sensor is difficult to get rid of the influence of external environmental factor, for example, intact temperature and humidity sensor is often because the cover of foreign matter such as dust, when the foreign matter such as dust piles up certain thickness, has blockked the contact of sensor and air, leads to temperature and humidity sensor's detection precision relatively poor, until losing the detectability.

It will be appreciated that the first dust-proof portion 21 is connected to the housing 1, and that the housing 1 has a cavity therein for receiving the sensor 3. When the sensor mounting box is used, the sensor 3 is mounted in the box body 1, air enters the box body 1 through the air inlet 13, and the sensor 3 detects the air entering the box body 1, so that detection is realized.
In the sensor mounting box, the sensor 3 is arranged in the box body 1, so that the sensor 3 is prevented from being directly exposed in the air, and when external environment factors change, the box body 1 plays an isolating role, so that the sensor 3 is ensured to have a relatively stable environment and to be in a better working state.
According to the sensor mounting box provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first dustproof part 21 is arranged, and the first dustproof part 21 protrudes out of the box body 1 from the top side of the air inlet 13 of the box body 1, so that after the sensor 3 is mounted in the box body 1, air enters the air inlet 13, and in the process that dust and other foreign matters on the top side of the air inlet 13 fall down, the dust entering the box body 1 from the air inlet 13 is reduced, namely, the dust and other foreign matters flowing into the sensor 3 are reduced, so that the influence of external environment factors on the sensor 3 is reduced, and the service life of the sensor 3 is prolonged.
Meanwhile, when the sensor mounting box is applied, the sensor 3 is mounted in the box body 1, and the one-time mounting is completed, so that the after-sales workload is not increased; the sensor 3 is previously installed in the box body 1, so that the assembly work on the assembly line can be simpler, and the probability of damaging the sensor 3 due to improper operation is reduced.
The first dust-proof part 21 may be a plate, a protrusion, a rib or other structures, and is designed according to practical needs. The width of the first dust-proof portion 21 protruding from the case 1 may be designed according to the size of the air inlet 13, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For convenience in arrangement and dust prevention, the first dust-proof portion 21 is disposed perpendicular to the air inlet plate 15 where the air inlet 13 is located. Of course, the first dust-proof portion 21 may be disposed obliquely with respect to the air intake plate 15, and is not limited to the above embodiment.
In order to improve the dust-proof effect, the sensor mounting box further includes a second dust-proof portion 22 connected to the first dust-proof portion 21, the second dust-proof portion 22 being opposite to the air inlet 13. It will be appreciated that the second dust-proof portion 22 extends from an end close to the first dust-proof portion 21 to an end far from the first dust-proof portion 21 toward the bottom side of the air intake 13.
The sensor mounting box prevents foreign matters such as dust from entering the box body 1 from the opposite side of the air inlet 13, and further reduces the foreign matters such as dust entering the box body 1 from the air inlet 13.
Further, the sensor mounting case further includes a third dust-proof portion connected to the first dust-proof portion 21 and the second dust-proof portion 22, and the third dust-proof portion extends from an end close to the first dust-proof portion 21 to an end far from the first dust-proof portion 21 toward the bottom side of the air intake 13.
One side of the third dust-proof portion is connected to the first dust-proof portion 21, and the other side of the third dust-proof portion is connected to the second dust-proof portion 22, and the third dust-proof portion is located at an end of the first dust-proof portion 21, so that foreign matters such as dust are prevented from entering the air inlet 13 from the end of the first dust-proof portion 21. In order to optimize the above embodiment, it is preferable to select two third dust-proof portions, which are respectively located at both ends of the first dust-proof portion 21.
For convenience in production and dust prevention, the second dust-proof part 22 is parallel to the air inlet plate 15 where the air inlet 13 is located, and the third dust-proof part is perpendicular to the air inlet plate 15.
Of course, the second dust-proof part 22 may be disposed to be inclined with respect to the air intake plate 15, and the third dust-proof part may be disposed to be inclined with respect to the air intake plate 15, which is not limited to the above embodiment.
In order to further improve the dust-proof effect, the first dust-proof part 21, the second dust-proof part 22 and the third dust-proof part form a dust-proof cover 2 covering the air inlet 13, the bottom end of the dust-proof cover 2 and the air inlet plate 15 where the air inlet 13 is located form a ventilation opening 23, and the ventilation opening 23 is located at the bottom side of the air inlet 13 and is communicated with the air inlet 13.
It will be appreciated that in this case, the number of third dust-proof parts is two, and the third dust-proof parts are respectively located at both ends of the first dust-proof part 21. The third dust-proof part is connected with the box body 1, and only the bottom end of the dust cover 2 and the air inlet plate 15 where the air inlet 13 is positioned form a ventilation opening 23.
In the sensor mounting box, the air inlet from the ventilation opening at the bottom end of the dust cover 2 is realized, in the air inlet process, the foreign matters such as dust fall under the action of self gravity along the air inlet direction, and the foreign matters such as dust are shielded by the dust cover 2 in other directions except the air inlet direction, so that the foreign matters such as dust are prevented from entering the box body 1.
In order to reduce the influence on the air intake and the detection accuracy of the sensor 3, the bottom end of the second dust-proof portion 22, the bottom end of the third dust-proof portion and the bottom side of the air intake 13 are flush.
When the first dust-proof part 21, the second dust-proof part 22 and the third dust-proof part form the dust-proof cover 2 covered on the air inlet 13, the bottom end of the dust-proof cover 2 is flush with the bottom side of the air inlet 13.
In the sensor mounting case, the structure of the case 1 is designed according to actual needs. Preferably, the case 1 includes: a case body 11, a case cover 12 connected to the case body 11; wherein, the air inlet 13 is arranged on the box cover 12.
It will be appreciated that the first dust prevention portion 21 is also provided on the cover 12. The case body 11 and the case cover 12 are connected to form a cavity, and the sensor 3 is located in the cavity.
In order to simplify production and assembly, the dust cover 2 and the box cover 12 are integrally formed.
The above-mentioned box body 1 is provided with a fixing portion to achieve the fixation of the entire sensor mounting box. Specifically, the cover 12 is provided with a fixing plate 14, and the fixing plate 14 is used for fixing the above-mentioned sensor mounting box.
Preferably, ribs are arranged in the air inlet, so that the air inlet speed can be reduced, and the influence of the air speed on the detection precision of the sensor 3 is reduced. The number of the ribs is at least two, and an air inlet gap is formed between two adjacent ribs.
