技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,尤其是一种用于车库灯的LED灯。
背景技术
停车场、停车库的照明用具常常需要照射地面同时照射天花板,然而传统的停车场、停车库的照明用具—HID灯(氙气灯)发光功率低、热量大、能耗高、寿命低。
LED灯具有能耗低、寿命高的特点,然而现有的LED灯由于发光角度有限,不适合作为停车场、停车库的照明用具,因此急需一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种同时朝上发光和朝下发光、散热性能好、能耗低、寿命长的LED灯代替传统的HID灯(氙气灯)作为停车场、停车库的照明用具。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提出一种LED灯,所述LED灯包括第一发光部、第二发光部、散热器、灯壳、电源装置、灯头,所述灯头、所述电源装置、所述第一发光部、所述第二发光部电性连接形成一个电路支路,所述电源装置收容于所述灯壳之中,所述散热器夹设于所述第一发光部和所述第二发光部之间,当所述第一发光部朝第一方向发光时,所述第二发光部朝第二方向发光,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相反。
进一步的,所述散热器包括支撑件和散热片,所述散热片具有多个,多个所述散热片竖直放置在所述第一发光部和所述第二发光部之间,所述支撑件设于所述多个散热片之间,所述支撑件和所述散热片围成一个圆柱。
进一步的,所述第一发光部呈圆环状,所述第一发光部包括:
第一基板,固定在所述支撑件上;
第一灯板,与所述第一基板固定连接;
第一灯罩,所述第一灯罩与所述第一基板固定并盖住所述第一灯板。
进一步的,所述灯壳包括壳体以及盖体,所述盖体与所述壳体固定连接并形成一个容置腔,所述电源装置收容在所述容置腔内,所述盖体部分朝所述第二方向下凹形成凸柱,所述凸柱与所述支撑件固定连接。
进一步的,所述第一灯板设有***部,所述***部***所述凸柱,所述***部与所述电源装置电连接;所述凸柱还固设有接线柱,所述接线柱穿过所述散热器,通过所述接线柱,所述第二发光部与所述电源装置电连接。

进一步的,所述第二发光部还包括第二灯罩,所述第二灯罩同时与所述第二基板、所述第三基板固定并盖住所述第二灯板、第三灯板。
进一步的,所述第二灯罩设有连接条,所述连接条具有多个,多个所述连接条之间存在空隙,当所述第二灯罩盖住所述第二灯板、第三灯板时,所述连接条对应所述第二基板和所述第三基板之间的空隙。

本发明的LED灯通过设置第一发光部、第二发光部,当所述第一发光部朝第一方向发光时,所述第二发光部朝第二方向发光,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相反,从而实现LED灯同时朝上发光和朝下发光;设置散热器夹设于所述第一发光部和所述第二发光部之间,使得LED灯的散热性能好,且能耗低、寿命长。

为了更加清楚、完整的说明本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
请参考图1、图2,本发明提出一种LED灯,所述LED灯包括第一发光部10、第二发光部20、散热器30、灯壳40、电源装置50、灯头60。
具体的是所述灯头60、所述电源装置50、所述第一发光部10、所述第二发光部20电性连接形成一个电路支路,所述电源装置50收容于所述灯壳40之中,所述散热器30夹设于所述第一发光部10和所述第二发光部20之间,当所述第一发光部10朝第一方向发光时,所述第一发光部10发出的光环绕在所述灯壳40四周,,所述第二发光部20朝第二方向发光,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相反。
在本实施方式中,所述第一方向为竖直向上,所述第二方向为竖直向下。
在本实施方式中,相比于现有的LED灯,本发明的LED灯通过设置第一发光部10、第二发光部20,当所述第一发光部10朝第一方向发光时,所述第二发光部20朝第二方向发光,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相反,从而实现LED灯同时朝上发光和朝下发光;相比于HID灯(氙气灯),本发明的LED灯设置散热器30夹设于所述第一发光部10和所述第二发光部20之间,所述散热器30既能给所述第一发光部10散热,又能给所述第二发光部20散热,使得LED灯整体的散热性能好,且能耗低、寿命长。
在本实施方式中,由于现有的LED灯由于发光角度有限,无法实现同时朝上和朝下发光,不适合作为停车场、停车库的照明用具;而传统的车库灯-HID灯(氙气灯)虽然能实现同时朝上和朝下发光,但是散热性能不好、发光效率低、不节能环保、寿命低;因此本发明的LED灯既能实现同时朝上和朝下发光,满足作为车库灯的功能需求,又具备散热性能好,且能耗低、寿命长的特点。
进一步的,请参考图3、图5,所述散热器30包括支撑件301和散热片302,所述散热片302具有多个,多个所述散热片302竖直放置在所述第一发光部10和所述第二发光部20之间,所述支撑件301设于所述多个散热片302之间,所述支撑件301和所述散热片302围成一个圆柱。
在本实施方式中,所述散热器30通过与空气对流的方式从而将所述第一发光部10、所述第二发光部20所产生的热量带走;所述支撑件301具有两个,两个所述支撑件301夹设在多个所述散热片302之间;所述支撑件301内部中空,呈“几”型,水平方向的两个端口没有封闭,空气能够从水平方向进行所述支撑件301内,在所述支撑件301内还设有长度较短的散热片302,进一步增大散热面积,提高所述LED的散热性能;多个所述散热片302竖直放置在所述第一发光部10和所述第二发光部20之间,多个所述散热片302之间保持平行,多个所述散热片302之间的长度有差别,多个散热片302之间两两形成一个通道,所述支撑件301内部中空也形成通道,所述通道有利于空气在所述散热器30内流通,加速散热效果;两个所述支撑件301和多个所述散热片302围成一个圆柱,使得所述散热器30的散热面积足够大,提高所述散热器30的散热效率。
进一步的,请参考图3,所述第一发光部10呈圆环状,所述第一发光部10包括:第一基板101、第一灯板102及第一灯罩103,所述第一基板101固定在所述支撑件301上;所述第一灯板102与所述第一基板101固定连接;所述第一灯罩103与所述第一基板101固定并盖住所述第一灯板102。
在本实施方式中,所述第一发光部10呈圆环状,所述第一发光部10环绕在所述灯壳40四周,从而所述第一发光部10不会完全遮盖所述散热器30,所述散热器30保持径向方向的散热功能,进一步提高所述散热器30的散热性能;所述第一灯板102、所述第一灯罩103均呈圆环状,所述第一灯板102上设有多个灯珠,当所述第一灯板102通电时,多个灯珠发光且产生热量,所述第一灯罩103为PC透明灯罩,灯珠发出的光可以透过所述第一灯罩103,所述第一灯罩103用于保护所述第一灯板102,免得空气中的水分或者有害气体或者微尘侵蚀所述第一灯板102,提高所述第一灯板102的寿命。
进一步的,请参考图2,所述灯壳40包括壳体401以及盖体402,所述盖体402与所述壳体401固定连接并形成一个容置腔403,所述电源装置50收容在所述容置腔403内,所述盖体402部分朝所述第二方向下凹形成凸柱4021,所述凸柱4021与所述支撑件301固定连接。

在本实施方式中,通过所述***部***所述凸柱4021、所述凸柱4021还固设有接线柱4022,使得所述第一发光部10与所述灯壳40中的电源装置50的电连接以及所述第二发光部20与与所述灯壳40中的电源装置50的电连接时的走线更加合理、隐蔽,避免线路裸露不美观以及造成安全隐患。

在本实施方式中,所述第二基板201呈圆环状,对应地,固定在所述第二基板201上的所述第二灯板203也呈圆环状;所述第三基板202呈圆环状,对应地,固定在所述第三基板202上的所述第二灯板203也呈圆环状;所述第二基板201和所述第三基板202之间存在空隙,所述第二灯板203和所述第三灯板204之间也存在空隙,所述第二灯板203和所述第三灯板204之间设有连接板连接,从而使得所述第二发光部20内部具有多个缝隙,所述第二发光部20与所述散热器30固定的时候不会完全遮盖所述散热器30,所述散热器30可以通过所述第二发光部20的缝隙进行散热,进一步提供所述散热器30的散热性能。
进一步的,所述第二发光部20还包括第二灯罩205,所述第二灯罩205同时与所述第二基板201、所述第三基板202固定并盖住所述第二灯板203、第三灯板204。
在本实施方式中,所述第二灯板203、所述第三灯板204上均具有多个灯珠,所述第二灯罩205为PC透明灯罩,灯珠发出的光可以透过所述第二灯罩205,所述第二灯罩205用于保护所述第二灯板203、第三灯板204,免得空气中的水分或者有害气体或者微尘侵蚀所述第二灯板203及第三灯板204,提高所述第二灯板203和所述第三灯板204的寿命。
进一步的,所述第二灯罩205设有连接条2051,所述连接条2051具有多个,多个所述连接条2051之间存在空隙,当所述第二灯罩205盖住所述第二灯板203、第三灯板204时,所述连接条2051对应所述第二基板201和所述第三基板202之间的空隙。
在本实施方式中,所述第二灯罩205设置连接条2051,使得所述第二灯罩205存在缝隙的同时使得所述第二灯罩205结构稳固。
进一步的,所述第二灯罩205为一体成型,所述第二灯罩205上还设有多个安装滑槽2052,所述安装滑槽2052用于所述第二灯罩205与所述第二基板201之间的固定。
在本实施方式中,所述第二灯罩205为一体成型,使得所述第二灯罩205能实现批量生产,减少生产的时间及工艺成本;所述安装滑槽2052为半圆形,所述安装滑槽2052具有四个,四个所述安装滑槽2052等距离排列在所述第二灯罩205上,所述安装滑槽2052内凹而成,用于提供所述第二灯罩205与所述第二基板201之间的固定螺丝的安装位。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施方式,基于本实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出任何创造性劳动的前提下所获得其他实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED灯,用于车库灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯包括第一发光部、第二发光部、散热器、灯壳、电源装置、灯头,所述灯头、所述电源装置、所述第一发光部、所述第二发光部电性连接形成一个电路支路,所述电源装置收容于所述灯壳之中,所述散热器夹设于所述第一发光部和所述第二发光部之间,当所述第一发光部朝第一方向发光时,所述第一发光部发出的光环绕在所述灯壳四周,所述第二发光部朝第二方向发光,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述散热器包括支撑件和散热片,所述散热片具有多个,多个所述散热片竖直放置在所述第一发光部和所述第二发光部之间,所述支撑件设于所述多个散热片之间,所述支撑件和所述散热片围成一个圆柱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述第一发光部呈圆环状,所述第一发光部包括:
第一基板,固定在所述支撑件上;
第一灯板,与所述第一基板固定连接;
第一灯罩,所述第一灯罩与所述第一基板固定并盖住所述第一灯板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述灯壳包括壳体以及盖体,所述盖体与所述壳体固定连接并形成一个容置腔,所述电源装置收容在所述容置腔内,所述盖体部分朝所述第二方向下凹形成凸柱,所述凸柱与所述支撑件固定连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述第一灯板设有***部,所述***部***所述凸柱,所述***部与所述电源装置电连接;所述凸柱还固设有接线柱,所述接线柱穿过所述散热器,通过所述接线柱,所述第二发光部与所述电源装置电连接。
6.根据权利要求2所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述第二发光部包括:
第二基板,与所述支撑件及所述散热片固定连接,所述第二基板呈圆环状;
第三基板,与所述支撑件及所述散热片固定连接,所述第三基板呈圆环状;
第二灯板,固定在所述第二基板上;
第三灯板,固定在所述第三基板上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述第三基板套设在所述第二基板外,所述第二基板和所述第三基板之间存在空隙。
8.根据权利要求7所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述第二发光部还包括第二灯罩,所述第二灯罩同时与所述第二基板、所述第三基板固定并盖住所述第二灯板、第三灯板。
9.根据权利要求8所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述第二灯罩设有连接条,所述连接条具有多个,多个所述连接条之间存在空隙,当所述第二灯罩盖住所述第二灯板、第三灯板时,所述连接条对应所述第二基板和所述第三基板之间的空隙。
10.根据权利要求9所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述第二灯罩为一体成型,所述第二灯罩上还设有多个安装滑槽,所述安装滑槽用于所述第二灯罩与所述第二基板之间的固定。
