本发明公开了一种能指示启闭状态及遮挡漏液的闸阀,包括旋转式手轮(1),阀体(2),阀盖(3),闸板(4),阀杆(5),填料压紧螺帽(6),波纹管(7)螺接有升降轮(8),所述波纹管(7)的横壁设置有指示孔(9),所述波纹管(7)其上端与所述升降轮(8)固定连接,下端连接有重坠(10),所述重坠(10)有一个恰与所述压紧螺帽(6)套合的多边形孔,所述升降轮(8)与所述闸板(4)两者升降方向相一致。借所述指示孔(9)所呈现的形状,反映所述闸阀的启闭状态;借所述升降轮(8)及所述波纹管(7),挡住冲向所述手轮(1)的泄漏液。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门,更具体地说涉及一种能指示启闭状态及遮挡漏液的闸阀。
背景技术
闸阀多用于化学工业中液态物流***,现有的一种闸阀其启闭是借旋转式手轮的逆时针方向或顺时针方向转动实现,旋转式手炳,虽然标有关于启闭的施力方向指示,但是,不具有关于启闭状态的指示功能,而实际生产中往往要求闸阀具有这种功能,如物流***的上游意外中止输送时,下游看不到有液体流出,处于开启状态的闸阀,易被误为是处于关闭状态,以致该关不关,一旦,上游恢复输送,往往会浪费或发生安全事故。
还有,当填料压紧螺帽内的填料或填料垫损坏,液态物料往往从阀杆与填料压紧螺母间上喷至旋转式手轮,以致操作人员难以徒手接近旋转式手轮,关闭闸阀,
因此,提供一种能指示启闭状态及遮挡漏液的闸阀,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能指示启闭状态及遮挡漏液的闸阀。
本发明一种能指示启闭状态及遮挡漏液的闸阀,包括旋转式手轮,阀体,阀盖,闸板,阀杆,填料压紧螺帽,波纹管,所述阀杆在所述手轮与所述压紧螺帽间形成有螺纹,该螺纹螺接有升降轮,所述升降轮中心有螺孔,所述波纹管的横壁设置有指示孔,且所述波纹管呈全展态时,所述指示孔呈显圆形,所述波纹管其上端与所述升降轮固定连接,下端连接有重坠,所述重坠有一个恰与所述压紧螺帽套合的多边形孔,所述升降轮与所述闸板两者升降方向相一致。
本发明有如下有益效果:
借所述指示孔所呈现的形状,直观而形象地反映所述闸阀的启闭状态;
借所述升降轮及所述波纹管,将来自阀杆与填料压盖间冲向旋转式手轮的泄漏液挡住。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
图1所示,一种能指示启闭状态及遮挡漏液的闸阀,包括旋转式手轮1,阀体2,阀盖3,闸板4,阀杆5,填料压紧螺帽6,波纹管7,所述阀杆5在所述手轮1与所述压紧螺帽6间形成有螺纹,该螺纹螺接有升降轮8,所述升降轮8中心有螺孔,所述波纹管7的横壁设置有指示孔9,且所述波纹管7呈全展态时,所述指示孔9呈显圆形,所述波纹管7其上端与所述升降轮8固定连接,下端连接有重坠10,所述重坠10有一个恰与所述压紧螺帽6套合的多边形孔,一般是正六边形孔,所述升降轮8与所述闸板4两者升降方向相一致。
所述升降轮8轮缘处有一个环状凹陷,这样方便所述波纹管7以系扎方式与其固定连接。
当逆时针方向旋转所述手轮1时,所述阀杆5伴随旋转,则所述闸板4上升,同时,所述升降轮8因受所述波纹管7及套合在所述压紧螺帽6的所述重坠10的约束,具抗纽转属性,在所述螺纹作用下,也会上升,并带动所述波纹管7伸展,当所述闸板4提升至最高位时,所述波纹管7处全展态,所述指示孔9呈显圆形,当所述闸板4降至最低位时,所述波纹管7处全缩态,所述指示孔9显扁缝形,当所述闸板4升降至最高位与最低位之间时,则所述指示孔9呈显椭圆形。
所述波纹管7由塑料或橡胶,乳胶型制。
当所述压紧螺帽6内的填料或填料垫损坏时,液态物料会从所述阀杆5与所述压紧螺帽6间上喷至所述升降轮8底面,在所述波纹管7内缓冲后,从其所述重坠10处及所述指示孔9向下泄漏,从避免泄漏液冲向所述手轮1。
当需要调节所述压紧螺帽6松紧时,只要向上托起所述重坠10及压缩所述波纹管7,即可无障碍地以板手操作之。

1.一种能指示启闭状态及遮挡漏液的闸阀,包括旋转式手轮(1),阀体(2),阀盖(3),闸板(4),阀杆(5),填料压紧螺帽(6),波纹管(7),其特征在于,所述阀杆(5)在所述手轮(1)与所述压紧螺帽(6)间形成有螺纹,该螺纹螺接有升降轮(8),所述升降轮(8)中心有螺孔,所述波纹管(7)的横壁设置有指示孔(9),且所述波纹管(7)呈全展态时,所述指示孔(9)呈显圆形,所述波纹管(7)其上端与所述升降轮(8)固定连接,下端连接有重坠(10),所述重坠(10)有一个恰与所述压紧螺帽(6)套合的多边形孔,所述升降轮(8)与所述闸板(4)两者升降方向相一致。
