Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic heart failure and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic heart failure and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) is a group of syndromes in which various organic or functional heart diseases impair ventricular filling or ejection ability, and is the terminal stage of development of various cardiovascular system diseases. According to statistics, about 450 million CHF patients exist in China at present, and the CHF patients are a very large patient population. With the wide popularization and application of the CHF western medicine prevention and treatment guidelines, the annual survival rate of CHF patients has been gradually improved, the rescue success rate in the acute exacerbation period of CHF has also been obviously improved, but the long-term effect is still not ideal. Even if the treatment is performed fully following the guidelines, the 5-year survival rate of heart failure is still less than 50%, which is similar to common malignant tumors such as breast cancer, colorectal cancer and the like, and is also called as a malignant disease in cardiovascular diseases. Although the treatment of CHF is of widespread interest, new CHF-related drugs have progressed very slowly, statistically since the nineties of the 20 th century the angiotensin receptor antagonists were emerging, and the only ivabradine that has proven effective to date and began to be used clinically. Therefore, in recent years, authoritative experts in the fields of Chinese medicine and western medicine in China all think that the combination of Chinese and western medicine will open a new situation of treating CHF in China, and the modernization research of Chinese medicines with curative effect is promoted for the first time to achieve the aim.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the basic pathogenesis of CHF is the deficiency of the origin and the excess of the origin, the deficiency of qi is the origin, and stasis, water and phlegm are the targets, and run through the generation and development of CHF. Therefore, the method for treating CHF by tonifying qi, warming yang, promoting blood circulation and inducing diuresis is widely applied clinically. A study published in International authoritative journal, journal of American society for cardiology, 2013 shows that the level reduction of NT-proBNP of patients in a Qili cardiotonic capsule treatment group is far superior to that of a control group which only uses western medicines, the cardiac function of CHF patients is obviously improved, and the potential of traditional Chinese medicines in prevention and treatment of CHF is displayed. The Chinese patent medicine has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience and low cost, is particularly suitable for CHF patients to use for a long time, but CHF has the characteristics of more basic diseases, more complications and the like as the final stage of occurrence and development of all cardiovascular diseases, has complicated and changeable clinical manifestations, has small quantity of Chinese patent medicines for preventing and treating CHF on the market at present, and is far from meeting the clinical requirements of preventing and treating CHF by combining Chinese and western medicines.
Zhuang medicine is planted in Guangxi, has strong regional characteristics, accumulates abundant knowledge and experience of disease prevention, diagnosis, medical treatment and drug application in long-term medical practice, and is widely accepted by society. However, the research on systematic preparations for preventing and treating CHF by Zhuang medicine is not available at present, and if effective patent drugs with Zhuang medicine characteristics for treating CHF can be developed, the research has positive significance for developing the Zhuang medicine characteristics and improving the clinical prevention and treatment level of CHF.

Zhuang Yi theory holds that Longlu (also called as Xulu) governs the circulation of blood, and uses the heart head as the hub to connect the valley, water passage, air passage and fire passage of human body, and the three parts of heaven, human and earth, and its function is mainly to transport nutrition to the viscera, bones and muscles. "le" circulates in the dragon's road to nourish the organs, tissues, organs, sense organs and orifices. The dragon road has sufficient energy, the road is smooth, the regulation is proper, the qi of three parts of the human body can keep synchronous coordination and balance, and can keep synchronous with the natural qi of the sky and the earth, so that the qi and the blood are regulated smoothly, and the health state is kept.
The compatibility of the pharmaceutical composition of the invention is based on: the theory of Zhuang medicine considers that CHF belongs to the disease categories of 'A puzzles', 'heartbeats', and the like, and the diseases of 'A puzzles', 'heartbeats', and the like appear when the long-term illness, the old, the congenital deficiency, the emotional disorder or the invasion of toxic factors cause the energy of the long way to be reduced, the viscera function is regulated inaccurately or the way is blocked, and the qi and blood are unbalanced. If the function of dragon road is further reduced or even lost, the whole body is dried up in nutrient sources, and the energy of the corresponding viscera is tensed or even lost to cause the disease. The basic pathogenesis of the chronic hepatitis is exhaustion of the dragon road, invasion of various toxins, blockage of three roads and obstruction of three roads, and incapability of synchronizing the three qi of heaven and earth people. The dragon road exhaustion is mainly expressed by exhaustion of three roads and two roads and exhaustion of 'hist' (qi) 'le' and 'public' (yang) 'female'). The main manifestations of various toxic attacks are "le Du" and "shui Du", and the therapeutic principle is "Fu Du Gong" and "Tong Long Shu".
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the dialectical theory of Zhuang nationality, the invention has precise and appropriate compatibility, the euonymus fortunei can promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and promote diuresis, and can promote the circulation of Qi and water channels, and the red ginseng can greatly supplement primordial qi and tonify 'hisi' (Qi) 'le' (blood) 'Gong' (Yang) 'mother' (Yin). Both herbs are considered yin and yang deficiency and excess, and they support the dragon to promote diuresis, so they are the monarch. Hispid of Ficus simplicissima lour and radix astragali can help monarch to support dragon and supplement holy, and hispid of cassia twig can help monarch to warm yang and supplement holy, and the three are all the mother medicines (ministerial medicines). The polygonatum can strengthen yin, strengthen the function of the male medicine for supporting and nourishing the dragon road, protect the female of the dragon road and prevent the male medicine from hurting the female; when Poria cocos is combined with red ginseng, the effect of supporting dragon to pass water is stronger; the rhizoma ligustici wallichii shovels toxic substances (blood) together, so that the dragon road is smoother; ting Li Zi has the effect of promoting qi and water passage. All the medicines have the effects of strengthening hispids and dredging the water. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the advantages of simple and easily-obtained raw materials, has the effects of tonifying qi and yin, clearing channels, warming yang and promoting diuresis, and has good curative effect, quick response and small toxic and side effects in the treatment process of chronic heart failure; has positive significance for developing the strong medicine characteristics and improving the clinical prevention and treatment level of CHF.
