技术领域
本发明属于润滑油领域,具体涉及一种耐高温润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
对于可在高于250℃的高温下使用的润滑剂组合物一直都有持续的需求。这类润滑剂必须可提供润滑作用以及抗磨损保护功能。此外,它们在高温条件下必须稳定,或者进行无害降解且不形成坚硬的漆状沉淀物或者无法接受的大量烟尘。在许多工业生产中,都涉及到与烤炉、熔炉、干燥炉以及其它热装备相关的开放式链条和传动齿轮组的运转。这类链条和传动齿轮组用于纺织品、墙板、波形金属、纸张以及塑料膜的制造中。
除了不形成沉淀物或者漆状物且在高温时具有稳定性外,这类润滑剂必须可在高负荷下使用,且与所有和润滑剂相接触的材料相容,并且具有低挥发性。现有的用于链条和传动齿轮运转的商业润滑剂是基于植物油或其它基于甘油的酯以及矿物油,这些润滑剂缺乏足够的高温稳定性。聚烯烃或多元酸酯也缺乏必需的高温稳定性。所有这些润滑剂倾向于形成漆,且具有较高的挥发性,并且存在与硅弹性体严重的相容性问题。

针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温润滑油及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种耐高温的润滑油,按照重量份包括以下组分:石油磺酸钠6~12份,亚磷酸二正丁酯3~9份,石墨1.5~4.5份,2,6-苯并异噻唑啉酮1~6份,氢氧化锂2~10份,氢氧化钙6~15份,高碱值石油磺酸钙2~6份,表面活性剂6~10份,铝缓蚀剂2~5份,非离子型表面活性剂2~4份,消泡剂0.3~1.5份,稳定剂3~10份,多异氰酸酯3~15份,石蜡4~16份,抗氧剂1~4份,成膜助剂0.6~2.8份。

一种耐高温的润滑油的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将石墨和石油磺酸钠、亚磷酸二正丁酯,应用超声波在10~60KHz频率下混合分散技术进行表面预处理,然后放入压力容器中处理20~60min;
步骤2:将压力容器中的物料处理后移入高速分散球磨机,加入2,6-苯并异噻唑啉酮、氢氧化锂、氢氧化钙、高碱值石油磺酸钙、多异氰酸酯、石蜡充分分散研磨2~5小时,得到混合乳液;
步骤3:在步骤2得到的乳液中加入表面活性剂、铝缓蚀剂、非离子型表面活性剂、消泡剂,用微波在温度为200~600℃处理10~35分钟,直到混合乳液中没有聚集态颗粒;
步骤4:在微波处理过的乳液中再加入稳定剂、抗氧剂、成膜助剂,继续研磨分散1~3小时即得到润滑油。
进一步地,所述步骤1中的压力容器中的压力为20~30MPa。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的耐高温润滑剂,黏度比较小,清洗能力强,同时耐高温能力强,在高温条件下也可以正常工作。采用的石墨为天然石墨或人造石墨,墨是固体润滑剂,可与润滑油或润滑脂配合使用,用以增加该润滑剂的抗极压能力,石墨的耐高温性和低廉的价格作为固体润滑剂使用更为合适,所以本发明中的润滑剂具有较高的耐高温性能。
本发明的润滑油添加烷基苯磺酸盐还具有很好的防锈效果,还兼具清净效果,尤其在防锈能力上通过实践发现较其他防锈剂表现更加优异。
本发明的方法操作简便,彻底简化了工艺步骤,步骤明确,重现性好,得到的润滑油添加剂绿色环保,不会污染环境,具体应用时其溶解性能好,纯度高,稳定性好。
本发明还添加稳定剂、抗氧剂、成膜助剂、消泡剂,而且还能改善石油和石蜡油对其中某些单剂的不溶解性能,不会出现某种性能表现不佳的情况出现,为后续制作润滑油添加剂提供了可参考的依据,值得广泛推广应用,由于综合性能比较全面,也省去了需要添加多种添加剂的麻烦,使石墨在超过其氧化温度的高温区域也能取得良好的润滑效果。

实施例1
一种耐高温的润滑油,按照重量份包括以下组分:石油磺酸钠6份,亚磷酸二正丁酯3份,石墨1.5份,2,6-苯并异噻唑啉酮1份,氢氧化锂2份,氢氧化钙6份,高碱值石油磺酸钙2份,表面活性剂6份,铝缓蚀剂2份,非离子型表面活性剂2份,消泡剂0.3份,稳定剂3份,多异氰酸酯3份,石蜡4份,抗氧剂1份,成膜助剂0.6份。

一种耐高温的润滑油,按照重量份包括以下组分:石油磺酸钠12份,亚磷酸二正丁酯9份,石墨4.5份,2,6-苯并异噻唑啉酮6份,氢氧化锂10份,氢氧化钙15份,高碱值石油磺酸钙6份,表面活性剂10份,铝缓蚀剂5份,非离子型表面活性剂4份,消泡剂1.5份,稳定剂10份,多异氰酸酯15份,石蜡16份,抗氧剂4份,成膜助剂2.8份。
所述石墨为天然石墨或者人造石墨。
所述的稳定剂为二乙二醇单苯醚;所述的表面活性剂为烷基酚类聚醚。
所述烷基酚类聚醚为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
所述的铝缓蚀剂为磷酸酯铝缓蚀剂;所述的消泡剂为有机硅氧烷、有机硅聚合物和二氧化硅中的一种或者多种。
一种耐高温的润滑油的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将石墨和石油磺酸钠、亚磷酸二正丁酯,应用超声波在60KHz频率下混合分散技术进行表面预处理,然后放入压力容器中处理60min;
步骤2:将压力容器中的物料处理后移入高速分散球磨机,加入2,6-苯并异噻唑啉酮、氢氧化锂、氢氧化钙、高碱值石油磺酸钙、多异氰酸酯、石蜡充分分散研磨5小时,得到混合乳液;
步骤3:在步骤2得到的乳液中加入表面活性剂、铝缓蚀剂、非离子型表面活性剂、消泡剂,用微波在温度为600℃处理35分钟,直到混合乳液中没有聚集态颗粒;
步骤4:在微波处理过的乳液中再加入稳定剂、抗氧剂、成膜助剂,继续研磨分散3小时即得到润滑油。
所述步骤1中的压力容器中的压力为30MPa。

Claims (8)

1.一种耐高温的润滑油,其特征在于,按照重量份包括以下组分:石油磺酸钠6~12份,亚磷酸二正丁酯3~9份,石墨1.5~4.5份,2,6-苯并异噻唑啉酮1~6份,氢氧化锂2~10份,氢氧化钙6~15份,高碱值石油磺酸钙2~6份,表面活性剂6~10份,铝缓蚀剂2~5份,非离子型表面活性剂2~4份,消泡剂0.3~1.5份,稳定剂3~10份,多异氰酸酯3~15份,石蜡4~16份,抗氧剂1~4份,成膜助剂0.6~2.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的润滑油,其特征在于,石油磺酸钠6份,亚磷酸二正丁酯3份,石墨1.5份,2,6-苯并异噻唑啉酮1份,氢氧化锂2份,氢氧化钙6份,高碱值石油磺酸钙2份,表面活性剂6份,铝缓蚀剂2份,非离子型表面活性剂2份,消泡剂0.3份,稳定剂3份,多异氰酸酯3份,石蜡4份,抗氧剂1份,成膜助剂0.6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的润滑油,其特征在于,所述石墨为天然石墨或者人造石墨。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的润滑油,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为二乙二醇单苯醚;所述的表面活性剂为烷基酚类聚醚。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐高温的润滑油,其特征在于,所述烷基酚类聚醚为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的润滑油,其特征在于,所述的铝缓蚀剂为磷酸酯铝缓蚀剂;所述的消泡剂为有机硅氧烷、有机硅聚合物和二氧化硅中的一种或者多种。
7.一种耐高温的润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将石墨和石油磺酸钠、亚磷酸二正丁酯,应用超声波在10~60KHz频率下混合分散技术进行表面预处理,然后放入压力容器中处理20~60min;
步骤2:将压力容器中的物料处理后移入高速分散球磨机,加入2,6-苯并异噻唑啉酮、氢氧化锂、氢氧化钙、高碱值石油磺酸钙、多异氰酸酯、石蜡充分分散研磨2~5小时,得到混合乳液;
步骤3:在步骤2得到的乳液中加入表面活性剂、铝缓蚀剂、非离子型表面活性剂、消泡剂,用微波在温度为200~600℃处理10~35分钟,直到混合乳液中没有聚集态颗粒;
步骤4:在微波处理过的乳液中再加入稳定剂、抗氧剂、成膜助剂,继续研磨分散1~3小时即得到润滑油。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种耐高温的润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中的压力容器中的压力为20~30MPa。
