本发明玉能瓷,涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种理化成分接近原玉的陶瓷制品。其特征在于主要由岫岩玉7‑9%、独山玉6‑8%、木纹玉石8‑10%、碧玺11‑14%、黑曜石5‑7%、黄龙玉5‑7%、长石11‑13%、累托石8‑10%、于寺图10‑12%、龙岩土9‑11%、沸石5‑7%、麦饭石9‑10%、水晶石英4‑6%等组成。本发明具有长久放射负氧离子和远红外线,打破现有日用陶瓷为无机陶瓷的现状,富含钙、镁、钾、钠、铁等对人体有益矿物质成分,铅、镉等重金属溶出量为0。

技术领域
本发明玉能瓷,涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种以玉质矿物材料为主,纯天然功能性矿物为辅,利用其天然能量,科学混配,使之性能叠加而产生一种能够长久释放负氧离子和远红外线的日用陶瓷制品。
技术背景:
目前日用陶瓷市场上所流通的日用瓷器制品如粘土陶瓷、贝瓷、镁纸瓷、骨质瓷等传统陶瓷物料仅局限于硅酸盐矿物的制作,全部为实用陶瓷制品,并且不具备任何附加功能。
发明内容:
本发明玉能瓷目的在于改变日用陶瓷单一性,其采用了全新的陶瓷配方,加入五种以上天然玉石矿物精粉,利用其与传统陶瓷用料的叠加复合原理,按精准比例调配,使产品具备天然玉石的独特能量和极致性能,同时此配方中还加入天然纳米矿物料和具有天然分子筛之称的多孔径矿物原料,与天然矿物成分有机结合,实现了全新的天然材质配方组合,彻底颠覆了传统陶瓷概念,不添加任何化工原料,并经过精细的工艺加工,打造出一个天然健康的能够长久放射负氧离子和远红外线的新瓷种。
本发明玉能瓷的实现,通过对组成配方的反复试验,在获得玉质能量外,具有放射负氧离子和远红外线功能的玉能瓷。具体来说,本发明玉能瓷,其特征在于主要由岫岩玉7-9%、独山玉6-8%、木纹玉石8-10%、碧玺11-14%、黑曜石5-7%、黄龙玉5-7%、长石11-13%、累托石8-10%、于寺图10-12%、龙岩土9-11%、沸石5-7%、麦饭石9-10%、水晶石英4-6%等组成。
在本发明中:
岫岩玉:质地坚实温润,细腻圆融,含有人体所需的硒、锌、钴、锰、镁、钙等30多种对人体有益的微量元素,光谱测量分析表明,其特殊分子结构发射人体能吸收的远红外线电磁波,波长8-10um,波峰在 9.9um处。
独山玉:玉质坚韧微密,细腻柔润,化学成分属钙铝硅酸盐岩类,Sio2含量45-52%,富Tio2,还含有微量的铜、镍、锰等。
木纹玉石:原矿发生负离子量1173个/scm3,远红外线波长8-15um,含有高量的贵金属锗以及人体所需的生物电,富含钙、镁、钠、钾、铁、硒、锌等营养之素。
电气石:是地球上存在矿物中唯一带永久电极的晶体,所产生的负离子,微电流和远红外线对改善人体健康和存在环境十分有益。
黑曜石:其主要成为为二氧化硅,1000℃以上温度加热后,由于内部水分散失,变成质地疏松多孔。是晶体中,吸纳性最强的一种晶体。
黄龙玉:主要成分有二氧化硅、白云母等,富含有铁、铝、锰等金属元素及40多种微量元素。
长石:是一类常见的含钙、钠和钾的铝硅酸盐类造岩矿物,是陶瓷原料。硬度波动于6-6.5,比重波动于 2-2.5,性脆,有较高的抗压强度,对酸有较强的化学稳定性。
累托石:具有高温稳定性,耐火度高达1650℃,并能在500℃状态下保持结构稳定。还具有高分散性和高塑性,塑性指数可高达50,易粘结成形,烘干或烧结不产生裂纹。在本发明中主要用于产品成型时增加坯体可塑性,降低坯体耐火度。
膨润土:是以蒙脱石为主要矿物成分的非金属矿产,具有很强的吸湿性和膨胀性,有较强的阳离子交换能力,对各种气体、液体、有机物质有一定的吸附能力,能吸附有色离子。
龙岩土:具有优越的可塑性、干燥强度和粘性等物理性能,在产品制作过程中可以大大减少半成品和陶瓷产品的变形及破碎。
沸石:具有吸附性,离子交换性,催化和耐酸、耐热性,因此被广泛用于吸附材料用料、离子交换剂、气体干燥净化等等。在本发明中主要用于实现分子筛功能。
麦饭石:又称长寿石、健康石,是一种天然的药物矿石,含有人体所必需的钾、钠、钙、镁、磷常量元素和锌、铁、硒、铜、锶、碘、氟、偏硅酸等十八种微量元素。麦饭石内含有大量锆石,能释放对人体有益的远红外线,常温下远红外线辐射率>0.88~0.92,常温下抑菌率(大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌)>90%。在本发明中主要是实现放射远红外线功能。
水晶石英:具有独特的物理、化学特性,特别是其内在分子链结构品格变化规律,具有耐高温、热膨胀系数小、高度绝缘、耐腐蚀性、压电效应、谐振效应等。
本发明玉能瓷的生产工艺,基本与陶瓷产品相仿,其特征主要在于原料配方,主要由岫岩玉7-9%、独山玉6-8%、木纹玉石8-10%、碧玺11-14%、黑曜石5-7%、黄龙玉5-7%、长石11-13%、累托石8-10%、于寺图10-12%、龙岩土9-11%、沸石5-7%、麦饭石9-10%、水晶石英4-6%等组成。将精选物料经过精准配比装入球磨机中进行26-28小时精研细磨,形成颗粒在0.18g以下细度泥浆,泥浆经过400目振动筛筛分,再用滤泥机滤水制成泥饼,在经真空负压9.5-10MP下搅拌挤出泥条,泥条按工艺要求塑型成坯,成型坯体经1180(±3)℃的氧化焰窑炉烧制。由于该泥料活性比较强,在烧制过程中需采用阶段性升温方式烧制,坯体入窑先经0~500℃排湿,再持续升温至800℃,在800~1080℃区间稳升温度控制在8小时左右完成,1080~1180℃间控制在19小时左右,从而减少产品变型、色变,同时保持玉能陶瓷产品独特性能,整体烧制时间大约29-31小时。出窑后经拣选、抛光,即为成品。
本发明玉能瓷,由于采用了上述配方,最终获得的玉能瓷,通过检测玉能瓷的理化成分为:SiO2量50-60%,Al2O3成分10-13%,CaO成分3-6%,Fe2O3成分0.8-1.7%,MgO成分3-7%,K2O成分1-2.7%, Na2O成分1.83-1.9%,从理化指标数值中得到玉能瓷理化成分基本接近原玉成分。
本发明玉能瓷打破现有日用陶瓷为无机陶瓷的现状,富含钙、镁、钾、钠、铁等对人体有益矿物质成分,铅、镉等重金属溶出量为0。
本发明玉能瓷,由于采用了上述配方,具有离子转换功能,负氧离子放射量为800-1500个/s.cm3,同时发射远红外线,波长5-14um,发射率0.90。
本发明玉能瓷能通过与水接触,将制品中的水的大水分子团、正电位等转换成小水分子团、负电位、富氧性,同时自身可溶出对有益人体的微量元素。
具体实施方案
实施例1:将岫岩玉7-9%、独山玉6-8%、木纹玉石8-10%、碧玺11-14%、黑曜石5-7%、黄龙玉 5-7%、长石11-13%、累托石8-10%、于寺图10-12%、龙岩土9-11%、沸石5-7%、麦饭石9-10%、水晶石英4-6%混配,将精选物料经过精准配比装入球磨机中进行26-28小时精研细磨,形成颗粒在0.18g以下细度泥浆,泥浆经过400目振动筛筛分,再用滤泥机滤水制成泥饼,在经真空负压9.5-10MP下搅拌挤出泥条,泥条按工艺要求塑型成坯,成型坯体经1180(±3)℃的氧化焰窑炉烧制。由于该泥料活性比较强,在烧制过程中需采用阶段性升温方式烧制,坯体入窑先经0~500℃排湿,再持续升温至800℃,在800~1080℃区间稳升温度控制在8小时左右,1080~1180℃间控制在19小时左右,整体烧制时间大约29-31小时。出窑后经拣选抛光为成品。理化成分检测接近原玉。功能检测,负氧离子发射量800-1500个/s.cm3,远红外线波长5-14um,发射率0.90。

1.本发明玉能瓷,其特征在于原料配方主要由岫岩玉7-9%、独山玉6-8%、木纹玉石8-10%、碧玺11-14%、黑曜石5-7%、黄龙玉5-7%、长石11-13%、累托石8-10%、于寺图10-12%、龙岩土9-11%、沸石5-7%、麦饭石9-10%、水晶石英4-6%等组成。
2.根据从权利要求1所述的玉能瓷,其特征在于将精选物料经过精准配比装入球磨机中进行26-28小时精研细磨,形成颗粒在0.18g以下细度泥浆,泥浆经过400目振动筛筛分,再用滤泥机滤水制成泥饼,在经真空负压9.5-10MP下搅拌挤出泥条,泥条按工艺要求塑型成坯,成型坯体经1180(±3)℃的氧化焰窑炉烧制。由于泥料活性比较强,在烧制过程中需采用阶段性升温方式烧制,坯体入窑先经0~500℃排湿,再持续升温至800℃,在800~1080℃区间稳升温度控制在8小时左右,1080~1180℃间控制在19小时左右,从而减少产品变型、色变,同时保持玉能瓷独特性能,整体烧制时间大约29-31小时。出窑后经拣选、抛光,即为成品。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的玉能瓷,其特征在于通过检测玉能瓷的理化成分为:SiO2量50-60%,Al2O3成分10-13%,CaO成分3-6%,Fe2O3成分0.8-1.7%,MgO成分3-7%,K2O成分1-2.7%,Na2O成分1.83-1.9%,从理化指标数值中得到玉能日用陶瓷制品理化成分基本接近原玉成分。
4.根据权利要求1、2、3所述玉能瓷,其特征在于打破现有日用陶瓷为无机陶瓷的现状,富含钙、镁、钾、钠、铁等对人体有益矿物质成分,铅、镉等重金属溶出量为0。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3、4所述玉能瓷,其特征在于采用了上述特殊配方,具有离子转换功能,负氧离子放射量为800-1500个/s.cm3,同时发射远红外线,波长5-14um,发射率0.90。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5所述玉能瓷,其特征在于能通过与水接触,将制品中的水的大水分子团、正电位等转换成小水分子团、负电位、富氧性,同时自身可溶出对有益人体的微量元素。
