Abstract

一种止水夹,包括止外轮廓为“C”形的水夹本体,水夹本体包括底座,底座的两侧分别固定左部、右部,左部、右部之间设有缺口;左部为三角形的活动框架,其下部为压迫部,上部末端为活动端,其固定端与底座固定为一体;右部的下部为与底座固定的固定端。本发明由于上述技术的运用,与现有技术相比具有以下的良好效果:当左部1的活动端向下压时,其将挤压右部的卡接扣,使右部的卡接扣向后移动并带动弹性楔块后移并稍上翘,从而使其夹持软管松动,管内贮存的药液量变大,当左部的活动端向下压至右部的卡接扣下后,避免血栓形成,从而消除了影响患者安全的隐患。

技术领域
本发明属于一次性使用医疗器械,具体地说涉及一种止水夹。
背景技术
目前,静脉留置针在临床上应用比较普遍,静脉留置针一般由针组件、导管组件、软管、单手夹或片夹、端帽、彩三通和肝素帽或正压接头组成,静脉留置针使软管关闭有使用片夹或单手夹,在临床使用静脉留置针静脉留置时,在其关闭状态下,易使血液回流到静脉留置针的留置软管内,时间稍长即极易造成血液堵塞而形成血栓,进而引发医疗事故。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题为:现有的止水夹一般都自行锁死,当其锁死时,压迫部(压迫软管的部位)会因为卡合部的回弹出现回弹,造成锁死点前端的软管体积增大,导致人体内的血液回流到留置软管内,容易形成血栓。
本发明的目的在于提供一种改良的止水夹,以克服现有留置针在封管关闭片夹或单手夹后出现血液回流到留置软管内形成血栓而引发医疗事故的弊端。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种止水夹,其特征在于:包括止外轮廓为“C”形的水夹本体,水夹本体包括底座,底座的两侧分别固定左部、右部,左部、右部之间设有缺口;左部为三角形的活动框架,其下部为压迫部,上部末端为活动端,其固定端与底座固定为一体;右部的下部为与底座固定的固定端,其上部为卡接扣,在下部、上部之间的部分向内延伸出弹性楔块;底座的左右两侧分别设有软管穿入的左通孔和右通孔,其中部设有凸起,所述弹性楔块和底座之间形成软管夹道, 软管夹道的左部宽度小于软管外径;当所述左部的活动端与右部的卡接扣卡合时,左部的压迫部挤压底座的凸起使软管闭合。
当左部的活动端向下压,直到活动端抵在右部的卡接扣上左侧末端,此时右部的卡接扣向后移动并带动弹性楔块后移并上翘,从而使其夹持的软管松弛,软管内贮存的药液量变大;当左部的活动端继续向下压至右部的卡接扣下后,右部的卡接扣复位,弹性楔块也跟着前移并复位同时挤压软管,软管及其内药液因受挤压而使药液向前流动形成正向流动。
左部的下部为平滑过渡的压迫部。
当所述左部的活动端与右部的卡接扣卡合时,左部的压迫部挤压底座的凸起的右侧使软管闭合。
本发明由于上述技术的运用,与现有技术相比具有以下的良好效果:当左部1的活动端向下压时,其将挤压右部的卡接扣,使右部的卡接扣向后移动并带动弹性楔块后移并稍上翘,从而使其夹持软管松动,管内贮存的药液量变大,当左部的活动端向下压至右部的卡接扣下后,右部的卡接扣复位,弹性楔块也跟着前移复位挤压软管,管内药液因受挤压而使药液向前流动形成正向流,从而防止血液回流到留置软管内,避免血栓形成,从而消除了影响患者安全的隐患。

具体实施方式
在图中,本发明止水夹包括止外轮廓为“C”形的水夹本体,水夹本体包括底座3,底座3的两侧分别固定左部1、右部2,左部1、右部2之间设有缺口。
左部1为大体成三角形的活动框架,其下部(就是三角形的一个角)为平滑过渡的压迫部1b,上部末端(就是三角形的另外一个角)为活动端1a,其固定端(就是三角形的最后一个角)与底座3固定为一体。
右部2的下部为与底座3固定的固定端,其上部为卡接扣2a,在下部、上部之间的部分向内延伸出弹性楔块2b。
底座3的左右两侧分别设有软管4穿入的左通孔3a和右通孔3c,其中部设有一凸起3b,所述弹性楔块2b和底座3之间形成软管夹道。
当所述左部1的活动端1a与右部2的卡接扣2a卡合时,左部的压迫部1b挤压底座3的凸起3b、使软管4闭合,从而阻止管内药液流动。
软管夹道的左部宽度小于软管4外径。
当所述左部1的活动端1a与右部2的卡接扣2a卡合时,左部的压迫部1b挤压底座3的凸起3b的右侧、使软管4闭合,从而阻止管内药液流动。挤压凸起3b的右侧,使软管4又向前流动的力,效果更好。
当左部1的活动端1a向下压,直到活动端1a抵在右部2的卡接扣2a的左端部,同时,3b会将右部2的卡接扣2a向后移动并带动弹性楔块2b后移并稍上翘,从而使其夹持软管松弛,软管夹道的左部的软管扩张导致管内贮存的药液量变大,此时压迫部1b与凸起能将软管4锁死;当左部1的活动端1a继续向下压至右部2的卡接扣2a下后(参见图中附图标记2c),右部2的卡接扣2a复位,弹性楔块2b也跟着前移并复位同时挤压软管4,因为软管4及其内药液因受挤压而不能向后退回(因为压迫部1b与凸起能将软管4锁死)、只能使药液向前流动形成正向(向右)流排挤血液,从而防止血液回流到留置软管内,即而避免血栓形成,确保患者安全,延长留置针使用时间,降低患者的医疗费用。
以上所述实施例仅是本发明的优先实施方式。应当指出,对于本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,在上述配件上还可作出若干变型及改进,这也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种止水夹,其特征在于:包括止外轮廓为“C”形的水夹本体,水夹本体包括底座(3),底座(3)的两侧分别固定左部(1)、右部(2),左部(1)、右部(2)之间设有缺口;左部(1)为三角形的活动框架,其下部为压迫部(1b),上部末端为活动端(1a),其固定端与底座(3)固定为一体;右部(2)的下部为与底座(3)固定的固定端,其上部为卡接扣(2a),在下部、上部之间的部分向内延伸出弹性楔块(2b);底座(3)的左右两侧分别设有软管(4)穿入的左通孔(3a)和右通孔(3c),其中部设有凸起(3b),所述弹性楔块(2b)和底座(3)之间形成软管夹道, 软管夹道的左部宽度小于软管(4)外径;当所述左部(1)的活动端(1a)与右部(2)的卡接扣(2a)卡合时,左部的压迫部(1b)挤压底座(3)的凸起(3b)使软管(4)闭合。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的止水夹,其特征在于:当左部(1)的活动端(1a)向下压,直到活动端(1a)抵在右部(2)的卡接扣(2a)上左侧末端,此时右部(2)的卡接扣(2a)向后移动并带动弹性楔块(2b)后移并上翘,从而使其夹持的软管(4)松弛,软管(4)内贮存的药液量变大;当左部1的活动端(1a)继续向下压至右部(2)的卡接扣(2a)下后,右部(2)的卡接扣(2a)复位,弹性楔块(2b)也跟着前移并复位同时挤压软管(4),软管(4)及其内药液因受挤压而使药液向前流动形成正向流动。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的止水夹,其特征在于:左部(1)的下部为平滑过渡的压迫部(1b)。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的止水夹,其特征在于:当所述左部(1)的活动端(1a)与右部(2)的卡接扣(2a)卡合时,左部的压迫部(1b)挤压底座(3)的凸起(3b)的右侧使软管(4)闭合。
