技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物农药,具体是指一种用苦参及其一些中药原料制成生物杀虫剂。
背景技术
化学农药是社会公认的高效农药,但是,化学农药均有毒性,喷洒到植物上长期存在毒性残留问题,人、畜若食用含超标化学农药残留物的食物,轻则引起身体不适,重者引起中毒,在蔬菜种植中,杀虫剂使用相当普遍,但现有的杀虫剂在使用过程中会产生很大的副作用,不利于人体的健康,随着世界各国对人类生存环境和自然生态的保护意识日益增强,高毒高残留杀虫剂将进一步受到限制,农药的不合理使用对农产品的质量安全构成威胁,因此减少农药使用特别是高毒农药使用,以生物农药替代化学农药已成为时代要求,近几年农药制造业已研制出多种高效生物农药用于病虫防治,现已取得很好的成果。
发明内容
本发明主要针对现有农药高毒性、高残留的问题,提出一种组分合理、药效高、击倒速效性快、无毒性残留的天然苦参碱杀虫剂及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种天然苦参碱杀虫剂,它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:苦参碱10%~30%,苦楝子10%~15%,除虫菊10%~15%,百部5%~10%,皂角5%~15%,仙鹤草10%~20%,鱼藤10%~15%。
优选的,它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:苦参碱20%,苦楝子10%,除虫菊10%,百部10%,皂角15%,仙鹤草20%,鱼藤15%。
所述的一种天然苦参碱杀虫剂的制备方法,它包括如下步骤:
(1)、按照上述重量配比称重;
(2)、按常规工艺粉碎、浸泡、蒸煮、过滤、浓缩、和回馏提取生物碱原液;
(3)、将提取的生物碱原液用乙醇稀释乳化剂混合。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明的药物采用纯天然植物制取的苦参碱杀虫剂,不含任何化学农药,对天敌与环境安全,喷洒后无毒性残留,组分中新增价廉的除虫菊具有较强的挥发性,倍增击倒速效性,杀虫率高。
具体实施方式
苦参碱:苦参碱是由豆科植物苦参的干燥根、植株、果实经乙醇等有机溶剂提取制成的,是一种生物碱,具有特定性、天然性的特点,只对特定的生物产生作用,在大自然中能迅速分解,最终产物为二氧化碳和水,其次苦参碱是对有害生物具有活性的植物内源化学物质,成分不是单一的,而是化学结构相近的多组和化学结构不相近的多组的结合,相辅相成,共同发挥作用,第三,苦参碱因为多种化学物质共同作用,使其不易导致有害物产生抗药性,能长期使用,第四,对相应的害虫不会直接完全毒杀,而是控制害虫生物种群数量不会严重影响到该植物种群的生产和繁衍,这种机理和在化学农药防护副作用凸显后经过几十年研究得出的综合防治体系中有害生物控制的原则是十分近似的,综上四点可以说明苦参碱与一般高毒、高残留的化学农药有着明显区别,是十分绿色、环保的。
苦楝子:防蛀,防霉,杀虫生用,有一定抑菌作用。
除虫菊:除虫菊头序花序中含有4种0.4-2%的杀虫成分,即除虫菊素甲、乙及灰菊素甲、乙,杀虫效力以除虫素甲最强,除虫菊不仅可以除灭蚊虫,而且可杀灭农作物和林木、果树的害虫。它和烟草、毒鱼藤合称为“三大植物性农药”。
百部:亦称婆妇草,药虱药,是百部科的植物,用于蛲虫病及人、畜的头虱、体虱等。
皂角:又名皂角树,消肿托毒,排脓,杀虫。
仙鹤草:别名脱力草、瓜香草、老牛筋、狼芽草,具有收敛止血,补虚,消积,止痢,杀虫,解毒消肿等功效。
鱼藤:别名毒鱼藤,灭蝇蛆,并用作农药杀虫剂,鱼藤作为农业杀虫药,成分中以鱼藤酮的毒力最强,鱼藤素次之,其余极弱。
实施例一
一种天然苦参碱杀虫剂,它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:苦参碱20%,苦楝子10%,除虫菊10%,百部10%,皂角15%,仙鹤草20%,鱼藤15%。
此杀虫剂的制作方法它包括如下步骤:
(1)、按照上述重量配比称重;
(2)、按常规工艺粉碎、浸泡、蒸煮、过滤、浓缩、和回馏提取生物碱原液;
(3)、将提取的生物碱原液用乙醇稀释乳化剂混合制成杀虫剂。
实施例二
一种天然苦参碱杀虫剂,它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:苦参碱25%,苦楝子15%,除虫菊10%,百部5%,皂角10%,仙鹤草20%,鱼藤15%。
此杀虫剂的制作方法它包括如下步骤:
(1)、按照上述重量配比称重;
(2)、按常规工艺粉碎、浸泡、蒸煮、过滤、浓缩、和回馏提取生物碱原液;
(3)、将提取的生物碱原液用乙醇稀释乳化剂混合制成杀虫剂。

1.一种天然苦参碱杀虫剂,其特征在于:它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:苦参碱10%~30%,苦楝子10%~15%,除虫菊10%~15%,百部5%~10%,皂角5%~15%,仙鹤草10%~20%,鱼藤10%~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然苦参碱杀虫剂,其特征在于:它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:苦参碱20%,苦楝子10%,除虫菊10%,百部10%,皂角15%,仙鹤草20%,鱼藤15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然苦参碱杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:它包括如下步骤:
(1)、按照上述重量配比称重;
(2)、按常规工艺粉碎、浸泡、蒸煮、过滤、浓缩、和回馏提取生物碱原液;
(3)、将提取的生物碱原液用乙醇稀释乳化剂混合制成杀虫剂。
