技术领域
本发明涉及铝基板生产技术领域,具体涉及一种铝基板清洁铺装生产线。
背景技术
目前,铝基板的铝板在使用前需要对表面进行打磨清洁烘干,以方便喷涂耦合剂,传统的打磨无法很好的去除铝材表面的氧化层或轻微的划伤等问题,在清洁时用水量大,造成浪费,同时传统的水渍清理都是通过热风机上下对着铝板直接吹干,时间长,浪费电,基板在铺装时需要在基板上先后铺设一层半固化片和铜箔,一般70-100层基板为一个单元,然后进行装框,在铺设的过程中上下基板不易对齐,导致装框困难,同时在基板上铺设半固化片和铜箔时,由于半固化片和铜箔比较薄,工作人员不易从铜箔堆上抽取,影响工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前,铝基板的铝板在使用前需要对表面进行打磨清洁烘干,以方便喷涂耦合剂,传统的打磨无法很好的去除铝材表面的氧化层或轻微的划伤等问题,在清洁时用水量大,造成浪费,同时传统的水渍清理都是通过热风机上下对着铝板直接吹干,时间长,浪费电,基板在铺装时需要在基板上先后铺设一层半固化片和铜箔,一般70-100层基板为一个单元,然后进行装框,在铺设的过程中上下基板不易对齐,导致装框困难,同时在基板上铺设半固化片和铜箔时,由于半固化片和铜箔比较薄,工作人员不易从铜箔堆上抽取,影响工作效率之不足,而提供一种铝基板清洁铺装生产线。
本发明包括输送辊道、基板清洁装置、基板干燥喷涂装置和基板铺装装置,输送辊道的两侧分别设有一组导向滚,基板清洁装置包括打磨箱、第一水洗箱、除油箱和第二水洗箱,基板干燥喷涂装置包括预干燥箱、干燥箱、涂胶箱、烘干箱和一对冷风机,输送辊道依次穿过打磨箱、第一水洗箱、除油箱、第二水洗箱、预干燥箱、干燥箱、涂胶箱和烘干箱,打磨箱内的输送辊道上方设有一对打磨辊,以使打磨箱内的一对打磨辊对铝板氧化层表面进行打磨,一对打磨辊的一侧分别设有一组降温喷头,以使打磨的同时一组降温喷头对打磨辊进行喷淋降温,以使打磨的同时一组降温喷头8对打磨辊7进行喷淋降温,第一水洗箱、除油箱和第二水洗箱的输送辊道上下均设有多组清洁喷头,所述打磨箱、第一水洗箱、除油箱和第二水洗箱上分别设有抽屉和泵,并在抽屉内设有过滤棉,降温喷头和清洁喷头的进水口分别通过泵与对应的箱体内相通;预干燥箱内的输送辊上设有海绵层,且在预干燥箱内的输送辊道上方设有一组海绵辊,干燥箱内的输送辊道上方设有风机,涂胶箱内的输送辊道上方分别设有喷胶喷头和匀胶辊,烘干箱内的输送辊道上方和下方分别设有热风机,一对冷风机安装在输送辊道的出料端上方,输送辊道的出料端一侧设有基板升降架;基板铺装装置包括托纸架、铺装台和基板定位组件,托纸架和铺装台上分别设有输送辊,铺装台位于托纸架和基板升降架之间,基板定位组件包括升降气缸、推进气缸和L形定位板,L形定位板一端设有挡板,L形定位板的一侧设有滑槽,推进气缸的活塞杆上设有与L形定位板的滑槽配合使用的滑块,升降气缸安装在托纸架上,推进气缸的缸体通过支座与升降气缸的活塞杆连接。
所述打磨箱、第一水洗箱、除油箱和第二水洗箱顶部分别设有透明盖体。
所述预干燥箱内的输送辊和海绵辊的辊芯为空心,且在辊芯的辊面上开有多组孔,辊芯一端开口,另一端封闭,且开口端的孔径大于封闭端的孔径;所述辊芯的开口端分别通过排水泵与预干燥箱内相通。
所述托纸架分为上中下三层,且中上两层托纸架上分别设有搓纸组件。
本发明优点是:基板在打磨和清洗中使用的清洗液通过海绵层过滤后循环利用,清洗后通过上下两组海绵辊对水渍进行吸附,吸附的水被泵吸走,保证海绵的吸水能力,然后进入到干燥箱内通过风机吹干,使基板在常温下进耦合剂喷涂,提高喷涂质量,通过基板定位组件使基板码放整齐,通过搓纸组件能够快速抽取铜箔和半固化片,提高铺装质量和效率。

实施方式
如附图所示,本发明包括输送辊道1、基板清洁装置、基板干燥喷涂装置和基板铺装装置,输送辊道1的两侧分别设有一组导向滚6,基板清洁装置包括打磨箱2、第一水洗箱3、除油箱4和第二水洗箱5,基板干燥喷涂装置包括预干燥箱21、干燥箱22、涂胶箱23、烘干箱24和一对冷风机25,输送辊道1依次穿过打磨箱2、第一水洗箱3、除油箱4、第二水洗箱5、预干燥箱21、干燥箱22、涂胶箱23和烘干箱24,打磨箱2内的输送辊道上方设有一对打磨辊7,以使打磨箱2内的一对打磨辊7对铝板氧化层表面进行打磨,一对打磨辊7的一侧分别设有一组降温喷头8,以使打磨的同时一组降温喷头8对打磨辊7进行喷淋降温,第一水洗箱3、除油箱4和第二水洗箱5的输送辊道上下均设有多组清洁喷头9,所述打磨箱2、第一水洗箱3、除油箱4和第二水洗箱5上分别设有抽屉和泵11,并在抽屉内设有过滤棉10,降温喷头8和清洁喷头9的进水口分别通过泵11与对应的箱体内相通;预干燥箱21内的输送辊上设有海绵层,且在预干燥箱21内的输送辊道上方设有一组海绵辊26,干燥箱22内的输送辊道上方设有风机27,涂胶箱23内的输送辊道上方分别设有喷胶喷头28和匀胶辊29,烘干箱24内的输送辊道上方和下方分别设有热风机30,一对冷风机25安装在输送辊道1的出料端上方,输送辊道1的出料端一侧设有基板升降架42;基板铺装装置包括托纸架40、铺装台41和基板定位组件,托纸架40和铺装台41上分别设有输送辊44,铺装台41位于托纸架40和基板升降架42之间,基板定位组件包括升降气缸45、推进气缸46和L形定位板47,L形定位板47一端设有挡板48,L形定位板47的一侧设有滑槽,推进气缸46的活塞杆上设有与L形定位板47的滑槽配合使用的滑块50,升降气缸45安装在托纸架40上,推进气缸46的缸体通过支座与升降气缸45的活塞杆连接。
所述打磨箱2、第一水洗箱3、除油箱4和第二水洗箱5顶部分别设有透明盖体12。
所述预干燥箱21内的输送辊和海绵辊26的辊芯32为空心,且在辊芯32的辊面上开有多组孔,辊芯32一端开口,另一端封闭,且开口端的孔径大于封闭端的孔径;所述辊芯32的开口端分别通过排水泵31与预干燥箱21内相通。
所述托纸架40分为上中下三层,且中上两层托纸架上分别设有搓纸组件43。
工作方式和原理:打磨箱2、第一水洗箱3、除油箱4、第二水洗箱5、预干燥箱21、干燥箱22、涂胶箱23和烘干箱24分别开有进料口和出料口,且前一个箱体的出料口与后一个箱体的进料口相通,启动输送辊道1,铝板在输送辊道1上输送,打磨箱2内的一对打磨辊7对铝板氧化层表面进行打磨,第一水洗箱3内使用水对铝板进行初次清洁,除油箱4内使用除油剂对铝板表面的油渍进行清洁,第二水洗箱5使用中和剂对铝板上的除油剂进行清洁;打磨的同时一组降温喷头8对打磨辊7进行喷淋降温,打磨箱2、第一水洗箱3、除油箱4和第二水洗箱5内使用的液体落下后经过过滤棉10过滤后进入到对应的箱体底部,再被泵11抽出循环利用,可以抽开抽屉更换过滤棉10。
清洗后的铝板进入到预干燥箱21内,海绵辊26和输送辊夹住铝板输送时把铝板上的水渍吸走,海绵上的水渍通过排水泵31吸入到辊芯32内,辊芯32开口端通过旋转接头和排水泵31的进水口连接,由于辊芯32开口端的孔径大于封闭端,水会向开口端汇集,并在排水泵31的作用下流入到预干燥箱21内,保证海绵能够继续吸水;然后铝板进入到干燥箱22内,铝板的上表面被风机27吹干,进入到涂胶箱23内,喷胶喷头28向铝板上表面喷涂耦合剂,匀胶辊29把铝板上表面的耦合剂摊匀,然后进入到烘干箱24内通过热风机30对铝板上下两面进行烘干,烘干后从输送辊道20的出料端输出,在输出的时候一对冷风机25对铝板上表面进行降温,使铝板上的耦合剂冷却定型。烘干红的基板放置到基板升降架42上。
先在铺装台41上铺设托板64,并在托板64上铺上一层垫纸,依次启动推进气缸46和升降气缸45,把L形定位板47放置到托板64上,然后铺设基板,基板一端放置在L形定位板47上,并通过L形定位板47使基板的一端定位,挡板48对基板的一侧进行定位,由于基板为方形,通过一个端面和一个侧面即可使基板定位;然后推进气缸46缩回把L形定位板47抽出,升降气缸45再缩回,在基板上依次铺设半固化片和铜箔后,推进气缸46和升降气缸45再启动,重复上面的基板、半固化片和铜箔的铺设动作,基板铺装完成后在顶部再铺设一层垫纸和盖板。根据铺装的高度变化,滑块50和滑槽的配合保证了升降气缸45行程不变时L形定位板47可以自然的落到铺装层表面而不会压坏基板;搓纸组件43由电机驱动搓纸辊对铜箔堆和半固化片堆进行分离,方便工作人员抽取,提高工作效率;基板升降架42根据基板堆的使用情况上升,方便工作人员取板。
